The first question is why such a budget model and whether I need a more expensive model. Okay, after my explanations, they decided to issue it to me anyway, and it started. Consultant's question: Do you need an extended warranty? I politely answer that no, because it is covered by an 18-month warranty from the store. At the same time, the consultant was in no particular hurry to finish packing the kettle. After a couple of minutes again: For such a CHEAP kettle, the warranty will be very cheap, only 20p.
When I have already refused the guarantee, why these persuasions?
Well, think again, after all, the money is small. If I buy a budget product, then they teach me to do some accents or what?)
That is, the attitude towards customers depends on the amount of their purchase? For buyers of cheap goods, is a normal attitude not part of their responsibilities?
