We turned to service specialists and it started here, for a week, we waited for them to contact us after our application, and no one contacted us, called another number, where again only promises, tomorrow he will definitely arrive, we hear this answer every time, then they have problems with cash registers, although I do not understand the direct problem on check out, and now they don't pick up the phone at all. They helped me out when I came to town and forgot my phone charger. They offered a choice of several options, and in the end they reported that there was a discounted charger that just had a torn package. This charger has been working for 3 years without any problems. I also took a Samsung SD card and it was very nice that there were no attempts to impose additional goods (this was the first time in all my contacts with element 5).
On the store's website, we chose a Belarusian-made refrigerator suitable for our request (we chose it for a cottage, for rare use and the ability to easily move it in view of the upcoming repairs). We came to the store to make a purchase.
Consultant Andrey Olegovich came up and began to dissuade the Belarusian manufacturer. He offered to take any other manufacturer, even those about which there are many negative reviews from other buyers, but he did not name any strong arguments in favor of one brand or another, besides, the proposed options were more dimensional. He gave only ridiculous examples that competitors write reviews, and about Belarusian products (in response to objections that we have been using this brand for several years), he only said that they once did better.
From the whole conversation, we concluded that this same sales consultant is simply an opponent of Belarusian products.
As a result, when we got tired of listening to him, we left and ordered elsewhere.
I consider it unacceptable to impose personal views when working with clients.
The result is wasted time, gasoline and a spoiled mood.

I handed over a robot vacuum cleaner whose warranty comes out in November 2 times, and both times they admitted the consumer's guilt, they do not return the money, the goods are not repaired, they absolve themselves of all responsibility, and they say solve the issues yourself with the service.
To be honest, everything is fine here except for the staff. You often have to run around the hall looking for someone. I often have more information about products than a consultant. I visited the shops of this retail chain in Minsk and Baranovichi - there the consultants surprise with their knowledge.
The company's policy is slightly incorrect in terms of the age of consultants, young does not mean better. After all, they say "young and green"
