One of the most visited places in Paris! Famous Frenchmen are buried inside. Victor Hugo and Alexandre Dumas, for example. It's downstairs. And at the top there is an active Foucault pendulum! It is better to take tickets online, there are significantly fewer people in a separate passage. The Sorbonne University is nearby, and Notre Dame de Paris is also nearby.

It is required to visit. To avoid queues at the entrance, buy a ticket online on the website. If your health allows, go up to the terrace with panoramic views - one of the best views of Paris! However, you will have to walk up the steps, there is no elevator, but the view is worth it!
Dumas, Voltaire, Zola, Hugo, Curie and other famous people of France are buried here.
