No one called in advance and did not inform about the delay - he dialed himself. I had to change my plans, I was late for a meeting. He asked for 10 bonus points as compensation.
In response, the online store announced a 4-hour delivery interval and offered, as an alternative, a pick-up point. Bonus points were refused. In general, it's my fault)
BUT- we have clearly agreed with them on the delivery time. The order is not for a small amount and in other online stores, delivery is carried out without any problems and offers to pick it up yourself at the pick-up point. The problem that has arisen is a flaw in the online store (courier) and a violation of Article 16 of the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection", namely, failure to provide the consumer with proper information.
You need to be more customer-oriented if you want to develop in the future.

I ordered a lamp on the website on July 13, pickup from Briquette 31. Order number: 1221573. They brought a lamp beaten by life, all shabby, crumpled, dirty, something is hanging inside, there is no packaging. I asked if there was another one, they said there was no more, only this one. Since the lamp is of an industrial type and, accordingly, will not be hung in the apartment, I decided to pick it up after asking about the fasteners to it and asked the question that something is hanging inside the lamp. The seller replied that there are these fasteners inside, and they hang out there. There was no box or passport for him. My request to check its performance, since I will take it to another city, was refused due to the lack of a plug on the wire. What turned out to be in fact: it was not the fasteners that were hanging inside, but the LED strip that fell off from the housing, there were no fasteners at all, the lamp itself was not removable in a moisture-proof housing. When connected to the network, the machine was knocked out. Thank God I stayed alive! The conclusion is this: they sell what should be in the landfill!!! No one has called back to my appeal so far, they said to wait, they will contact me someday. I've lost time and money! The attitude is not caring! It's not about 100 rubles anymore, on Monday, if the issue is not resolved, I will spend another week of my time going to the authorities, MARCH, consumer protection agency, I will conduct an examination of the goods and go to court! I will deal with this issue in principle, because garbage cannot be sold under the guise of good quality goods and mislead the buyer.
