After dialing the number, I got to the assistant, the girl listened to me kindly and clarified all my needs.
I was contacted by the manager, and I received advice on the choice of equipment, so I was able to choose exactly the cameras that were ideal for my site. I was offered 3 options, in different price ranges, having ordered a complete turnkey set of equipment, I was informed about the delivery and installation dates. This was important to me because I wanted to install the cameras as soon as possible.
The installation of the equipment was completed within the agreed time frame. The specialists not only installed the cameras, but also set them up, brought everything to the screen and set up the application. They also answered all my questions.

I clicked through the link in tiktok, everything is cool, the marketing is great.
I ordered 4 cameras + Internet (they offered it themselves), we agreed to meet in 5 days (with an engineer).
The weekend passed, we agreed with the engineer, then, let's reschedule for a day, no problem, let's reschedule (the generator broke down) - no problem, then the engineer and the messenger who offered services disappeared. Things happen.
I don't understand how the company works yet.

I want to leave an honest review, but first I will describe how it was.
I had experience in purchasing and installing video surveillance. Not on a professional level, but help was usually not required. So one day my client asked for help with this issue many kilometers away from Minsk in the wilderness. We have agreed on the number of cameras and wishes. I read what is on the market now, looked at the characteristics that I needed and bought it.
After installation, starting the setup, I ran into a problem – motion detection. They didn't want to do this in any way. Although, as written, there was such support. And all this distance from the client weighed down. It was decided to leave it as it is, and next time come with new thoughts and strength, finish the question. Another problem was that the mobile network coverage was terrible, and even the remote connection to the client made it difficult to configure the equipment further.
And now this day has come, a client calls, says the dogs have chewed through the wires, now the cameras don't work at all. And I started preparing for the trip. A week before departure, at night I stumble across targeted advertising on instagram 7Video.by . Probably so much "Googling" information on this request was destined to receive such advertising. Since the advertisement was broadcast to me at night, I shamelessly write to Yandex. Direct, guys help. And I say right away, I didn't buy anything from you, just help.
And voila. They answer me in the morning and ask me to leave my number. The seller contacts me, listens to the situation, asks for the model of the equipment and says "we will call you back."
As a result, I am given to understand that the company's engineer will contact me and tell me how to solve this issue. And they call me back. They say that there is a way out, everything will work, and I, in turn, agree on what day I will be there.
On the appointed day, I contact an employee of the company, I say that I will re-wire the wires now and I am ready to act. But here begins "as always, a series of problems. It is impossible to reach the registrar, the master password does not fit, the web muzzle does not load in the browser due to outdated certificates, problems with subnets and "a hundred hundred" other problems. I will not go into these points further. For a moment, an employee of the company spends his time on the phone /remote on his day off. As a result, I am informed that he needs to leave within an hour, and just in case, he tells me what I need to do as soon as I get access to the registrar. During this hour (and it was already getting dark), I was raking out all these moments and doing what I was told, and hooray, "push" flew to the application in the phone that there is movement. After some time, after playing with the settings, we achieve the optimal result.
Why all this writing? And to the fact that if you do your job, you love this business, you understand it, well done. If not, it is worth putting it in the hands of specialists, because the money saved in the end was not worth all these trips, nerves and other things. And maybe it even cost more.

Very beautiful words on the site and everything is completely different in practice!
We decided to install a video surveillance system at home. There were no questions at the stage of choosing equipment and selling - here and KP were sent and told in detail. But the questions started after we bought the equipment.
We stipulated in advance that we do the installation ourselves, and we needed a master to connect (no one refused to pay for the services of a master at the initial stage - this is an important clarification in the whole story below).
Day X has come. We received the equipment (not from Minsk ourselves), installed it and moved on to the moment of connection. We were led by manager Ilya, who only accepted the information, but those.support did not give feedback. Only after the 3rd reminder did a man from those call back.I sent enough support in a rough form to watch YouTube (which one? What kind of videos? Very interesting, but nothing is clear).
The next day we try to contact those again.support and manager Dmitry is already contacting us. We'll find out from there (and only from him!) and we get a sloppy file containing links to the video (by the way: the functionality and details of the settings on most videos are not visible).
We are trying to set up the video ourselves, but we still encounter a lot of errors and turn to Ilya again. Once again, we insist that the master come to us and connect everything, but in response, we already know "I'll call you back" (and so for all the calls we heard 5 times and no one called back - we ourselves called everyone again).
In the end, after 5 days of our attempts to obtain the services of a master, we achieve what we want.
What is more interesting is that when we got through to technical support for the first time, an employee told us "yes, everything is simple there, do it on YouTube", however, according to the conclusion of the master who arrived, everything turned out to be not so simple (for an ordinary person), because initially the equipment was not configured correctly when selling (besides, the master I installed completely different software on the laptop, which was not even mentioned in any video).
I give 2 stars only for the service, because I hope that the company's management will pay attention to the work of its employees and try to fix the situation. This is especially true for the tech group.support.
And to the master who still came to us - a separate respect! Very competent and professional.

We purchased 4 cameras for a private house. We worked with the manager Alexander, we don't understand cameras at all, we thought they were selling the most expensive and nothing incomprehensible to us, BUT NO, he explained everything in detail, helped us choose the best option for cameras for price / quality (he sent 3 variants of a commercial offer, for each option he gave a comment on why exactly this cost). He accompanied us from the very beginning to the very end of the work. We are very satisfied with the work of both the manager and the installer. We did everything very efficiently and promptly, there were no problems in the process. After some time of use, there was a problem with the application, they called technical support, helped to configure everything remotely.
We are very satisfied with the quality of work and equipment, thanks to all the guys 7 Videos! I will recommend it!

I also searched the Internet for a long time, called a lot of companies, including the Interior Ministry security. 7video is a clear site with video reviews, the guys are professionals. She called, they told me everything clearly, they picked up a video system. Which is nice, we got into the situation and gave an interest-free installment plan. They were installed quickly (in a rustic house). The settings have been recorded . For all questions, and I had a lot of them, so far I have memorized and mastered all the menus)))) You can say I took out the brain according to the settings, but they always answered correctly, patiently and even came to the Soligorsky district to set up my night mode.
