It's not the first time I've stopped. There are no questions about the hostel itself. What's at the old address, what's at the new one. It's comfortable, clean, and cozy. Polite staff. Only questions for those who live there. No mutual respect for others, just like at home, talking loudly, knocking on doors, and it's after midnight, as if they're the only ones there.
A nice and cozy hostel. Recently, a good repair was done. Clean showers and sanitary facilities, always friendly administrators. There are many public transport stops nearby, and therefore getting to the metro is not a problem.
The hostel failed. We booked 2 places through the website, everything was fine, the reservation was completed, the confirmation letter arrived. We have calculated our plans, transportation, and tickets accordingly. A day before the trip to Minsk, I received an e-mail saying that the reservation for one place had been canceled. And if I hadn't accidentally gone to my email, would we have gone and one person wouldn't have a place?
They called the specified number, to clarify what was the matter, they did not raise it. We dialed 4 times - zero response. It is extremely difficult to find a budget accommodation option in Minsk for 2 people per day.
Why can't we immediately set up a booking system, immediately indicate that there is no place? Or if someone already living extends the reservation, why should other people suffer?
