I have used the services of this company many times. At first, everything was fine. Problems have started since the beginning of this year. The cleaner just didn't show up. After that, they did not use the company's services for some time, but after moving to another apartment, they decided to order again.The cleaner did not arrive again, there was no warning from the company. We agreed to postpone it to the next day (we offered any time after lunch). The next day, of course, no one came again. At the same time, they said on the phone that it was the most responsible cleaner and they do not know how it happened) They promised free cleaning and that the management will contact you on working days. As a result, from the third time, the cleaner still came and cleaned up. And on working days during the week, no one contacted us. There is a feeling that the company is in a mess or they have such an attitude towards customers. The technical support only says that we will give the information and contact you. You spend time on these conversations, you adjust, and then no one comes. If you use the services of the same cleaners, then in general it is OK.

I really liked the quality of the sofa cleaning and dry cleaning! I ordered general cleaning after the tenants, who, it feels like they have never even dusted in 3 years, not to mention plumbing and kitchen surfaces!!! The cleaners arrived in advance, had all the necessary equipment and detergents. Two very nice women worked for more than 6 hours! And, miraculously, they managed to make the apartment natural for living! All surfaces are wiped, mirrors are clean, plumbing too. Of course, if desired, you can always find flaws. But before writing negative reviews, think about whether you would have been able to achieve such an effect and in what period of time. I am very happy! The prices for cleaning are quite adequate. Thanks for the dry cleaning of the sofa to Valery, for the cleaning to Natalia and Irina!!! And I honestly can't imagine who writes such negative reviews about the company. I chose this particular company on the recommendation of a friend who has been contacting her for several years. And I did not lose!
