How not to get to the divorces of the restaurant "Abai" on Kok-Tobe!
The restaurant has 2 types of cuisine: Oriental and European. First, they will bring you a menu of European cuisine, where the average price of a dish is 10,000 tenge. Oriental dishes are several times cheaper than 2-3 thousand, but you will not receive a menu until you place an order for European cuisine, the waiters specifically pull the Oriental menu.
In the menu of European cuisine, as I said, the prices are about 10,000 tenge, and here, for example, a Steak for 7,900 tenge catches my eye. but! But it says in small letters "for 100 grams", not for the dish!!!, in fact, when paying the bill, they will tell you that the steak was 300 grams (although who will weigh it) and you will pay for both THREE steaks at a fine, that is, 7900 * 3= 23700 tenge. We ordered 2 steaks and were charged 6 servings!!! The photo is attached (see below). Although, for example, in the "Pint" steak is tastier and the menu says the price of the whole dish is 5290 tenge!!!
After you have eaten and ask for the bill, they will bring you a POS terminal first and you will pay some amount, they will say that the bill will be brought now. When you're already dressed and the waiter catches up with you on the way out and says, "do I need a bill?", to which the majority will say, "don't!", the 99% who drink will say, "don't!"
Even if you take the bill and then discover all this and indignantly call this "restaurant" a manager, for example, Dastan, will tell you that a steak pulls 300 grams, and then in marketing traditions he will say that: "We wanted you to become our regular customer, we will give you a 10% discount, we will give you a coupon for 20,000 tenge so that you come back to us!" But you won't get anything promised! This is the last divorce, so that you don't write bad reviews anywhere!!!

The food is delicious!
Tea and coffee are mediocre. The location is excellent in terms of location as such - on a hillside, overlooking the city. But it's a little far from the center.
The atmosphere is generally pleasant, although it's a bit noisy for me.

I visited the place a couple of times, both with minimal workload (on weekdays late in the evening, I was sitting there alone), and I had to wait a long time for the waiter.
There are not many complaints about the kitchen, but I want to note that I think the cook's vision is strange. The menu is quite interesting, the serving is excellent, but the dishes are given as if they are not well-known to the taste. It's bland, the meat is a bit harsh. You expect a higher level of cooking from a restaurant with such a menu.

I liked only the interior in the national style. The prices for the kitchen do not justify the expected national flavor and sophistication for this money, one could try, especially, mainly, a tourist guide. The food is ordinary, in the city in cafes and restaurants below the category they cook much tastier. The bartender does not know how to make tea in Kazakh, the brew is too strong with such a saving of milk, chifir in a word. The singer is voiceless, the music is too loud for a calm atmosphere, the kobyzist is fascinated only by himself, the music.the program more or less went to the dancers.
