A great place to explore the culture and history of the country.The museum's expositions will tell about the flora and fauna, ancient traditions of the deep, new history of Abkhazia. You will be able to get acquainted with the customs of the people. Entrance is paid, 200 rubles. We were lucky to get on the tour. The guide is Glad, this is a person who really loves his job. Her stories about everyday life and traditions of Abkhazia help tourists to learn a lot of interesting things.

The museum is magnificent, and Nara's guide is simply beyond praise. It was the best tour I've ever been on. Such caring staff, wonderful exhibits, answers to all questions. If you are in Sukhumi, visiting this museum is just a must have!
