In addition to the quality of services and the optimal price in general, I would like to separately note the professionalism of the technical support staff from the very beginning of my hosting use. Including in June 2024, when the company switched to new servers, problems with the operation of my site were identified. These problems were successfully resolved by the technical support staff, and the most difficult of them was personally solved by the head of the technical support group, Anton Mozolkov. Anton carefully investigated the problem, determined its cause, eliminated incorrect moments in the operation of the site on the new company server, and also gave recommendations for improving the site in this way. Everything is as usual.... nothing changes with them... If tech support does something.... In 90% of cases, something breaks: in my next case, they just moved the site from their old server to the new one.... After that, identical urls with different registers began to appear... To which the support response, we kind of rescheduled, you said everything is ok... And such errors pop up over time... When I turned to them... We said it had nothing to do with it, solve your own problem... To our request to give more rights to the server so that we can fix it ourselves.... the answer is "we can't."... In general, time goes by, nothing changes..... By the way, I have already opened the second site not on the server of this company....
