Very nice hotel! Great location. The main attractions are within walking distance. If you don't want to have dinner at the hotel, there are many places nearby for different budgets where you can satisfy your hunger. We had dinner at the hotel once, it was delicious. The rooms are small, but this is normal for Istanbul. The rooms are warm and clean. There are air conditioners, a refrigerator. Heating batteries are a huge plus for cold weather. Towels were changed every day. Breakfast is normal: several types of salads and snacks, sliced cheeses, sausages, pickles, fresh vegetables, fruits, pastries, boiled eggs, muesli, milk, tea, coffee (coffee machine). There is a bottle of water in each room upon check-in.
The hotel has an elevator to the 5th floor. We can walk up to the 6th floor, but it doesn't bother us at all.
We stayed at the hotel from 02.01.2025 to 06.01.2025. A cozy, clean, comfortable room. Everything was working. Cleaning every day. Convenient location for everything: attractions, public transport, restaurants. If we still go to this part of Istanbul, then definitely to the same hotel.
I stayed for one night, ideal for those who come to the hotel only to spend the night. Super close to the main attractions of the old town, pleasant staff, speak and understand English perfectly, offer (at least on 02.02.25) a relatively inexpensive transfer to the airport. The rooms are really tiny, there are few outlets, but it doesn't matter to me personally. The breakfasts are average, but if you come for a walk, you should definitely consider this option.
Excellent location . In the historical part of Istanbul . Many things are within walking distance. A very pleasant hotel. Clean, cozy. Friendly staff. The restaurant is small. But the food is delicious, everything is fresh. We will be happy to come again!
A good location. All the sights are nearby. The hotel staff are polite, unobtrusive, but they will always help. The room was cleaned every day. The room is normal. Not 5 stars of course, but everything is clean and comfortable.
Good location, very quickly you can walk both to Sultan Ahmed Square and to the embankment of the Golden horn bay, nearby there are small grocery stores, a bunch of restaurants, cafes, canteens. But you need to clearly understand that there are very, very, very small rooms, almost like in inexpensive hotels in Singapore (who was the one understands what I mean :-)). But for this money, a hotel for two for 2-3:00 nights is very acceptable!
This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. And as always, everything is fine. The rooms are clean and cozy, with great views. Regular cleaning. And the breakfasts... They're beautiful. There is everything. Very tasty.
The hookah in the restaurant is just as great. I definitely recommend it.
And I will come again.
Update. We came here for the third time, booking a Deluxe room as usual, but we were put in some kind of room half the size and they say that we have so booked. But this is not our first time here, so we purposefully booked a room of a certain category. A complete disappointment in the hotel, the city and the country. Don't come here.
I really liked the hotel. We stayed for a week in a Deluxe suite on the second floor, the room is very spacious for the center of Istanbul. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The location is convenient, close to Hagia Sophia and other famous attractions. There is also convenient transport accessibility, near the tram, the Marmaray metro, a little further the Eminonu marina. Would you come back here again
Very convenient location of the hotel. The friendly staff is always ready to help. Breakfasts are on "4-", there is something to improve. The rooms need a little cosmetic repairs.
Excellent hotel, meets the criterion of price/quality 100%%
The reception is 24-hour, the staff is helpful, the breakfasts are not bad, the location is great, there is a lot of everything within walking distance

The location is quite convenient in relation to the sights. The price/quality is consistent. Breakfast in the cafe on the 1st floor, the set of products is standard for a three-star hotel. The rooms are small and have all the necessary toiletries.
Despite the outdoor cafes nearby, it's quiet at night, they close around 10-11 pm.
The photo shows the view from the window. The room was on the 5th floor, everything was as shown in the photo of the website, even in reality the room seemed larger than we expected based on the description. The location of the hotel is excellent, tram stop, metro, embankment, many attractions nearby. We have never regretted choosing this hotel.
Modest, but not a bad hotel. The room was cleaned properly, it is located close to the sights. Polite staff.
We took a large room, we liked it

A cozy little hotel with small rooms in the center of Old Town Istanbul. It's not new, but it's in the center. Rooms with Turkish breakfast, modest but you can eat. The price-quality ratio is perfect. Excellent staff.

You can book through the sites of Russian analogues of booking, the price was lower than through tour aggregators.
Positive:
Cleanliness, daily cleaning.
Everything is a little old, but well maintained.
Quick check-in - 5 minutes.
WiFi is working well.
Close to the tram stop, metro, river trams.
Many Excursions start from here.
There is a safe.
They write that the sounds of the mosque interfere at night - nothing bothered me, I closed the windows and slept - I fell asleep even at 11 pm. I didn't hear the neighbors. I think if you live in a large city, nothing will bother you.
There are Russian channels!
Minuses:
An expensive dinner if you want to eat at the hotel.
There are no dressing gowns.
The shower is combined with the toilet and there is no glass door / curtain to wash without splashing the floor will not work (but it's worth trying)))
The rooms are very small.
It's debatable:
Breakfast - you won't stay hungry, but you don't count on variety. There are no scrambled eggs, porridge, sausages, homemade pastries, etc. everything is modest, but satisfying).
There is no pool or hammam in the room.
I recommend the hotel for people who know how to plan their budget. If you look at the level above, the price doubles, and the quality increases by 10-20%.
Old Ottoman chic, but for a little money
Wi-Fi – right off the bat, almost at the reception.
The hotel is finishing renovation, so everything is extremely new. The scope and taste are taken on the old Ottoman chic, but for little money.
The linen is also new and fresh. There are even disposable slippers.
The bed is a double bed, not two single beds pushed together.
The equipment of the rooms is mostly ergonomic and correct: with the presence of cabinets, hangers, bedside tables, banquettes, but the washbasin is extremely small and there were not enough door stoppers.
There are a lot of outlets. There are as many as 6 of them in a room of 11 m2, not counting the switches. Therefore, it is not difficult to recharge at the same time, even with a large pile of equipment.
TV was present: it turned on the news a couple of times and something like the local "Russian (Turkey) Travel Guide", which took the most attention, because there was really something to watch..
I liked the breakfasts. I frankly do not like Turkish sausages, boiled egg too, as I adore half–boiled eggs, but the omelet definitely worked for the chefs of "Agan" - gently, gently, satisfying. Cucumbers-tomatoes, raisins-muesli and some other Turkish fruits-sweets unknown to me were present. There were several types of cocoa coffee, except that I didn't notice tea. But fried (not fried in Russian, namely fried in Turkish) potatoes are a fantastically useful thing, especially before long and long walks to nearby and very distant attractions.
It is close (3 minutes walk) from the Gulkhane tram stop, as well as Gulkhane Park itself, Topkapi Palaces, St. Irene, St. Sophia, Sultanahmet, Galata Bridge. Therefore, it is convenient for independent walks in the most ancient part of Constantinople with arrival on the "Ataturk Havalimani" and departure from it.
A wonderful hotel and wonderful people work in it. A very decent breakfast, which was enough for me for the whole day. And it is located in a very convenient and pleasant place., there are many shrines of the Great City nearby.
