If you want to plunge into the atmosphere of Soviet life, you are here.
+ Affordable price.
+ Great view from the window.
+ Location in the green part of the city.
+ Own parking.
+ Beautiful park nearby.
- if you are used to European renovation, the color of the renovation of the 70s will disappoint you.
- it's quite far from the subway.
Bottom line: for the price that the hotel asks, everything is just fine.
A wonderful hotel. Very good staff. There is an ironing room, a separate room where you can use the microwave and eat. There is a bar on the ground floor. You can have lunch and have coffee in the morning. There is a green area next to the hotel. The air is clean, beautiful views and walks. It is convenient to get from the station by metro, then by trolleybus or bus. Transport runs frequently. I lived there while studying, my impressions are excellent. The hotel is located in a quiet green area.
A modest hotel! The room is very modest (like my grandmother's in the village)! But the bed linen is clean and as new as the towels too!!! This is the only place in Minsk where there was a place !There was no hot water on the day of the overnight stay! And the kettle is 1 downstairs in the cafe! Breakfast lunch must be pre-ordered and the food will be delivered! You can buy tea, coffee, and buns in the cafe! There were a lot of grandmothers in the morning, this kind of hotel is just right for the elderly!
At the reception, pleasant and helpful people met us at 23-00 at night and gave us dishes and a kettle! Thank you for the warm welcome for this all 5 stars!
An amazing place, cozy, clean, delicious air, friendly hotel staff. The room overlooked a piece of the city, where you could watch the sunset and a piece of pine forest. The rooms are clean and decent. The Internet works perfectly, without interruptions. Delicious breakfasts!!! Near a beautiful park, metro, shopping center within walking distance. Only the warmest and most pleasant memories of this place remain!!! I thank the hotel staff for their friendly and attentive attitude towards the guests!!!
A good hotel. The interior is clean, Soviet-style cozy. The prices are acceptable. But most importantly, they accept animals there. We came to the dog show, there were no problems. They settled in. There is a beautiful park not far away, there are shops. The main thing is that you can pay with a Russian mir card. Thank you.
A great accommodation option, especially if you are traveling by car. There are no problems with parking, the location is close to the ring road. We can talk about the need for a small cosmetic repair, but overall we were very satisfied with the stay. The rooms are spacious, there are elevators, everything works in the room: refrigerator, TV, heater. The loggia offers a stunning view of the coniferous forest, the air is wonderful, especially in the morning. And most importantly, the staff. We came across professionals in the hotel industry, and among the receptionists, and maids, and others. In a word, we recommend it.
Convenient location to the Moscow Ring Road and to the sports complex. Breakfast is ordered in the restaurant in advance, which is not convenient. The rooms are simple to stay in quite normally.
Friendly staff, special thanks to them!
It corresponds to 2 stars. No services, no food, no information. The room is clean and cozy, a scoop in the best sense. The place is wonderful, the pine forest and the trolleybus stop are close. However, a taxi in Minsk costs such pennies, taxi drivers are all friendly Slavs that you can get anywhere at any time.
It's good on the outside, the real Soviet Union is inside. It's clean, but it needs updating for a long time. The staff and people in general in Belarus are friendly. The restaurant was closed on site.
We were charged 3500 rubles for a room in Russian rubles. Close to the center of Minsk.
The hotel has a very picturesque location, next to the sports complex. I would really like to have a buffet meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The rooms are often cozy.
We have been staying at this hotel for several years. We like. We try to take a room with a view of the library. Francisca Skaryna. The bed linen is clean, cleaned regularly. There is a refrigerator. The TV takes both Belarusian and Russian channels. You can order breakfast and lunch. The payment for accommodation is adequate and moderate.
The hotel is located in the middle of a pine park, a 15-minute walk to the metro. The hotel has a Soviet-era design, but is slowly being renovated and updated.
What I don't like: in the morning, employees are rattling and making noise in the hallway, and the audibility is awesome. In the rooms too, the walls are "cardboard". It helps that the law on silence works. You can sleep peacefully))
I really liked everything. The location of the hotel (around the square, walking distance to transport). My room was spacious, with a loggia. She left in a great mood.
A good hotel. I really liked the nature. Christmas trees.....
The room is standard, but with a balcony. The bathroom is good, not a shower cabin, but a bathroom.... you can take a full bath... and relax....
But the coffee table is small, it is not convenient to work with a note of a stick.
Basically a strong 4-ka
This is a great hotel. Friendly staff, told me what and where and how), clean rooms, good sound insulation., wi-Fi works fine, but the rooms, of course, are old. But it's not 5* either. but everything is clean and cozy! !and the check-out time is from 12 to 12!!! The hotel is good, but there is one disadvantage - it's breakfast) Espresso coffee and a bun with jam. And so I advise you, I would return to it again myself. Thank you for your hospitality
The hotel is located in a wooded area, far from industrial enterprises, clean air, cleanliness, the staff is very friendly, everything in the rooms is modest but very neat, 20 minutes walk to Independence Avenue, but you can also use transport. If you need to eat, there is a Fox Hole cafe, a Neighbors store and a Euroopt nearby. I didn't find any disadvantages. Good luck to the staff!!!
Budget hotel, spacious rooms, clean, comfortable beds. It 's a little far from the center . Lovely polite staff. I can't say anything about the food, since we ate in the city.
A good hotel, mainly for those who come to take courses at the institute located here. Convenient location, beautiful location, there is a bar and a restaurant
It's convenient that you study and live in the same building. The rooms need renovation, of course. There is a cooler on the floor with cold and hot water. On the ground floor there are utility rooms with a microwave and an iron. You need to take a hair dryer at the reception. Beautiful views nearby. Convenient location. For short-term stays and not pretentious will do.
A normal hotel for the socialist period. Of course, repairs are required, doors, jambs are all from the last millennium). It is good that there is a small refrigerator and a balcony.
The advantages are good nature, a quiet place, few cars and people. Therefore, a solid four))
The location is wonderful, quiet, peaceful, near a park, a reservoir. The staff is nice and polite. The view from the window is gorgeous. It was cool in the room. The kettle is missing . Microwave oven at least one per floor. The smell of sewage from the pipes.
No luck with the number... I got a corner one, under the roof, apparently with a clogged storm drain, so there is a wet wall and a musty smell in the hallway... as well as in the bathroom too ... from the parquet to the door handles - the atmosphere of the Soviet era, as a child I visited health resorts with my parents, so it somehow resembles the interior, probably typical at that time in sanatoriums, rest homes and hotels... from the equipment: LCD TV, mini fridge, Wi-Fi router (yes, there is Internet, but somewhere around a megabit... for some reason, I barely caught it from my smartphone, probably too far to 4g towers...) and a phone, a regular, landline phone, which for some reason sometimes rang during the day... and when you pick it up, they asked you to accept a fax on the wire and hung up the phone without waiting for an answer, approval or explanation... the bedside lamp (again unlucky) also did not work, or rather the switch on the wire - it was worth slightly moving the wire, and the light began to blink and turn off... otherwise, a hotel and a hotel, for people coming from different regions for advanced training, is a good option, paid for by the company... there are no questions for the staff, the management is apparently interested in profit - you can't keep track of the little things and shortcomings, and people either won't return at all, or only after 3-5 years, when the next professional development period comes...
P.S. IMHO, your opinion may differ, especially if you had some kind of single "suite", if it there is😁(I was not in other rooms)
The room stock is very old, the doors from post-Soviet times are skewed, they do not close well, the plumbing is in the same sad condition, dirty carpets, bed linen does not match the size of the bed, there is nothing to say about pillows, creaky floors and it is very cold - and this is in early October! Only for 3 nights I fell asleep under 3 blankets, while a small air fan was able to warm up the room. The location of the hotel is far from the city center, it is difficult to get there, taxis are correspondingly much more expensive, shops are at a distance of 1 km. The food in the cafe is imported, very tasty, like coffee, in general, not the best place to relax!
A wonderful hotel. A light vibe of the Soviet arrangement brings pleasant memories. Very warm rooms. Wi-Fi catches even on the street. Behind the hotel there is a large forest with a beautiful view. The rooms are cozy and have everything you need to stay. There was a refrigerator in the Suite. The rooms have balconies with wonderful views of the river and the sports complex. I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel is a real memorial to the Soviet past, only the red banner is missing. Therefore, the impressions are ambivalent. Advantages - humane and customer-oriented staff, the rooms are very clean, they allow you to live with a dog. This also includes humane prices and breakfast included in the room rate. Now let's focus on the disadvantages. The mentioned breakfast is a glass of tea and a bun. We are not bourgeois, we don't need to eat a lot! The hotel restaurant is only engaged in catering events, you can't just eat for money. By the way, the hotel is located on the outskirts, it is better to get to the nearest cafe by car. If at the same time you want to drink, then take a taxi - Minsk policemen are incorruptible and severely punish drunk drivers. There are a lot of things in the rooms! There are no bathrobes, no slippers, no hygiene kits with a toothbrush either. Since there is socialism in the hotel, no, it means not at all, not for any money. But there are hair dryers - exactly two for the whole hotel, and you have to take a queue for them. We are not bourgeois - we wash every day! The usual services in capitalist hotels like laundry, gym, ordering food in the room - well, you already understand... In general, the hotel is firmly worth two stars. Here I put four - for good staff, Parking space and almost always available free places (I wonder why that would be ...).
A nice, beautiful place, the view from the Windows is wonderful! A big plus is the balcony in the room! The linen is clean. Beds for 4 people. The refrigerator froze well. The TV was not turned on. Everything is clean enough. Good coffee and pastries are included for breakfast.Entourage from the 90s - how did you go to visit your grandmother🙂 but! ATTENTION TO TOURISTS FROM RUSSIA! Pay for your stay only in Belarusian rubles. The COMMISSION In the terminal when paying with the Mir ATOMIC card, we did not understand why, but we paid much more than the calculation was based on the bank's exchange rate. At the same time, on this day, the bank counted white. The rubles are about 32 when calculating in other establishments in Minsk, and it turned out to be much more expensive in the hotel (for this I take off the stars.
A hotel for 4 balls maximum. There was a two-room room, with its own bathroom. A large TV, tortured for years, the remote control of which did not work. The refrigerator is loud at night. They froze at night, the heating batteries did not work (month of October). According to the price tag, the hotel is not expensive. The location is beautiful. The metro station is a 20-minute walk away. Cafe, restaurant. The room is clean. I couldn't hear the neighbors, because the hotel was almost empty.
A classic hotel for business travelers. Nothing superfluous, but at the same time there is everything you need. The rooms are clean, the rooms are cleaned daily. The staff is friendly.
Not a bad hotel for its category. Clean and tidy. The food for the guests is not organized at the proper level and the coffee in the vending machine at the reception is bad.
A wonderful hotel in a green, quiet place, not far from the central avenue - Independence Avenue (20 minutes to the Vostok metro station at a leisurely pace). The area around the hotel is clean and well maintained. A three-minute walk from the hotel is a water system - there are ducks, a family of swans. Boating and water biking are also available.
There is a forest near the hotel where you can walk (there are well-trodden paths, lighting).
There is a sports complex next door.
The hotel has sooo delicious pastries for breakfast, tea.
The rooms are clean and cozy. The bed linen is clean and fresh.
Appliances: TV, refrigerator - everything works.
The bathroom is separate. The toilet is small and clean. The bathroom is clean, nothing leaks.
The infrastructure is well developed - there are many shops nearby, a pharmacy, a bus and trolleybus stop.
Very affordable cost of accommodation. Friendly staff. Departmental hotel. The room is clean and has everything you need. I had a great night's sleep.Breakfast was not included in the price, but a pleasant compliment from the hotel in the form of morning tea/coffee and pastries pleased me. Rooms in the Soviet style and time)
The rooms are very Soviet (parquet, doors covered with spy, plumbing of the 90s, but everything is clean, everything works (TV, refrigerator, who needs a bidet), bed linen is clean. The room is warm.
Oh, this is my favorite place in Minsk, how I liked it there, I want to go back there So much, everything is clean, cozy, near the hotel, better than any foreign country, forest, nature, pond, waterfall, weeping willows, the room is clean, the TV is working, the bed is comfortable, the only minus is the buffet, though breakfast is included, but it's no, a dry bun and tea in a paper cup) but, it didn't spoil the impression) I want to go there again, and I will go))))
We lived in two double rooms for a week. Clean, tidy, cozy. The interior is in the style of the USSR, completely authentic (except for modern plastic windows), so for those who are interested in how it was - an additional educational moment.
Unfortunately, in some places the interior details have worn out, door hinges and latches require minor repairs and maintenance. The beds are sturdy, the bed linen is of exemplary cleanliness, as are the towels.
Our price included mini breakfasts: a glass of coffee or tea and pastries. Nearby, in the same building, there is a cafe, at least you can have lunch. There is a small parking lot. There is a water system and catamaran rental nearby, and a forest area behind the hotel.
There are several bus and trolleybus stops nearby, 15-20 minutes walk to the metro, the national library is also located there, one of the sights of Minsk.
If you are afraid of spiders, then you are not here. The door lock does not always open the first time.
Among the advantages: stable hot water, a large refrigerator, the presence of a cooler on the floor. The room for three is quite spacious. There is a parking lot, a restaurant, a quiet place for walking nearby, a pond with the possibility to rent a catamaran, a boat.
A good hotel , we stopped by with dancing , we liked it 💓there is a refrigerator, there are 2 armchairs, a lot of hangers , there is a bed 🔥 for two , the room is the best , the beds are separate, but we moved them🤍🔥🔥
A great place for your money, I liked the location, the fullness of the room, the quality of repair and cleanliness in the room
The stated 2 stars justify, I recommend
The hotel that helped me out and accepted me late at night without reservation. Very ordinary and simple rooms from the past, but everything is clean, neat and inexpensive. Thanks for the reception
The best thing is the view from the window and that's it! The rest leaves much to be desired. The smell in the room is as if a hundred people smoked at the same time for 10 years in a row. And in general, the whole situation is not pleasant. And also stock up on a kettle, cups and groceries, because the bar is closed on weekends, and the restaurant is often closed for special maintenance.
I liked the hotel right away, the reception immediately offered to choose a room from the available ones to your taste, the room on the 8th floor was completely satisfied, any troubles were solved very quickly and promptly. We fulfilled all the requests we had. They were supposed to leave on 2.10.23, but they extended the room for another day. Everything was very satisfactory, in the future we will book a room only here on the 8th floor. I wish the owners of the hotel and the staff prosperity and adequate visitors. Sincerely, Alexander and Larisa from Kolomna.
Clean, tidy, but the rooms have been in need of repair for a long time. The old wooden doors are knocking, the interior door in my room did not close at all, and the refrigerator is noisy in the room. There is no hair dryer in the room. There is also a kettle, but there is a cooler in the hallway. There is a smell of old carpets and sewage in the room and in the corridors.
Drive past this hotel!I read negative reviews, but I decided to leave and for nothing! The hotel urgently needs major repairs, and the furniture- these greasy chairs were still seen by my grandmother (The beds creak, there is no breakfast, coffee and a bun, and on Saturday and Sunday there is none at all, we went to the nearest shopping center for breakfast, I put 2 only for the goodwill of the staff, the rest is -1.
An ordinary old hotel, "tired" renovation. If you live while studying at the courses, then it is tolerable and convenient. Afternoon classes, evening walk) There is only one night in the room.
We rented a 2-room suite, we liked everything. For that kind of money, it's hard to find something. There is a beautiful forest near the hotel, cozy and peaceful.
I visited the hotel at work, there is a state facility there, I can say that it is clean, pleasant inside, the staff will always tell you where to look for someone, there is a very cozy bar - cafe on the territory
A small hotel in a pine grove, the entourage in the room is Soviet premium, but this does not interfere. Breakfast is pre-ordered, it is not served on Sunday. Transport accessibility - trolleybus and taxi.
A good hotel, the bathroom needs repair (fungus in the tile seams). There is not enough hair dryer and at least a kettle in the room, air conditioning is not bad. And so it turns out to be expensive for a day. And it is wrong that checking in in the evening, there is no way to buy breakfast.
We lived in a 2-room suite, a clean room. One room is a bedroom, the second is a living room with a sofa and an armchair, there is a TV and a refrigerator (full),a separate bathroom, in the bathroom there is a bidet, a bathtub and a sink, there was shampoo and disposable soap (replenished daily). It is far from the city center, 40 minutes by public transport.I do not advise you to take breakfast-it's just not delicious, coffee also tastes like water.Overall, it's not bad.
Junior Suite 'Soviet style'...but the room is warm, and in winter it is important... Coffee/green tea +croissants/khachapuri in the bar as a compliment from the hotel = a pleasant bonus. The hotel is located in a quiet picturesque place, just behind the hotel there is a forest, at the bottom there is a river with ducks. The hotel would have a small repair shop with the replacement of plumbing and there would be no end of those who wanted to.
I do not recommend it: in the room, all the walls in the bathroom were covered in black mold - I had to do without a shower. The place around is picturesque, it is a pity that the hotel itself is not being monitored, basically everything is old, requiring serious repairs
