Arriving in Vitebsk from Russia and choosing a place for a family dinner on Yandex.On the maps, I stopped at the restaurant "Agnivo", located in a picturesque park.
Reviews on Yandex.The maps were positive, we liked the interior and the menu, and I called on the phone to book a table.
The manager informed me that there were available tables, and after 10 minutes we were parked in a convenient parking lot near the restaurant.
When my wife and two daughters and I entered the main building and announced that I had booked a table in my name, a man in black (name on the badge Sergey) appeared in front of me, without introducing himself, looked us all up and down with a contemptuous look and said that "you can't wear shorts"
Both of my daughters were wearing summer suits, including shorts.
To my direct question whether a dress code has been introduced in this institution, he said with a sigh that no, nodded at the guests in the hall and once again said that you can not wear shorts.
At the same time, neither on the website nor by phone I was informed about the requirements of the institution for the appearance of customers.
Not to mention the extremely offensive behavior of an unknown man in black, the like of which I have not met in any institution in Russia or other European countries.
As a result, we were taken to the terrace, where we were seated at a comfortable table under a large umbrella.
However, one of the chairs was pushed up to the table and rested against the concrete umbrella stand from behind, and it was impossible to use one place.
In the kitchen, the pancakes personally seemed too greasy to me, and the plate of pickles was too small for four, which the waiter did not warn me about.

A wonderful place to relax. The food is delicious/signature salad,steaks,cake/. The pitch is wonderful. The interior is beautifully decorated in a New Year's style. Inexpensive. The waiter was friendly and attentive, but unobtrusive.I recommend it to those who want to have a good time

We have heard a lot of positive reviews about the Agnivo restaurant, including about the delicious cuisine, so we decided to celebrate our daughter's wedding there. Which we are very sorry about now. In reality, everything turned out the other way around: apart from the relatively good interior and cleanliness in the hall, there were no other advantages. The restaurant turned out to be a canteen with tasteless food! From the word at all! It seemed that the Steak salad with beef was cooked a week ago - it was not the first freshness and had an unpleasant smell, at the bottom of the plate instead of the declared sauce there was some kind of muddy liquid, pepper of an incomprehensible consistency, arugula and cucumber were "tired", beef meat was not chewed at all and did not smell very pleasant. Of all the components of the salad, only cherry tomatoes could be eaten. Many of the guests simply did not eat the salad. Cold appetizers: eggplant rolls - eggplant is half-cooked, their appearance did not cause appetite at all. In the cold cuts, the lettuce leaves were not washed at all - sand crunched on the teeth.... Ciabatta with trout - the fish was so soaked in lemon juice that its taste was not felt. The hot dish Grilled pork steak with potato slices was served cold!!! The steak is dry and bland, like the sole..... The second hot dish, a pork kebab and chicken fillet, was barely warm. As a result, they paid money for poor-quality service and absolutely tasteless dishes, because they did not want to swear and spoil even more for themselves and the newlyweds the already spoiled mood at the banquet table. A chef who respects himself and the guests of the restaurant, who values his reputation, would not allow such an attitude!!! I do not recommend this restaurant to visit and, moreover, to hold family celebrations in it.

It's not a bad place, there are a lot of places to relax, although the music is too loud. The food is delicious, the price tag is acceptable, the working hours are Friday, Saturday - until 4 am. The place is comfortable and cozy. You can celebrate both birthdays and various events, and just have a good rest, meeting with friends. I recommend

I really like this place. The food is delicious, the price tag is acceptable, the working hours are also great, we walked several times before 4 a.m. The music is wonderful, you can order, the live accompaniment is excellent. The dance floor is too small, but it's not critical. The place is comfortable and cozy. A good place, a big plus is that there is quite a lot of location for recreation, if a large company, then I advise you to definitely book a chalet on the side (left) of the main building - privacy, music and no conflicts are guaranteed, in the main building everything is the opposite, a team of companies will not let you get bored on the dance floor, but nevertheless too loud music and a courtyard near the reserved table slightly reduce interest in the institution.

We noted on Friday that the occupancy is complete, but it's good that the halls are broken and you don't have much contact with others, minus the dance floor on the second floor and very small, but those who wanted to dance fit together.The air conditioners are blowing great! I rarely write reviews , but it is not possible to leave this place without attention.
The price-quality ratio does not match at all.
Plus, the attitude of the staff towards the guests is terrible. Not to react in any way to the fact that guests in your establishment allow themselves to do things that do not comply with the law , I think it is unthinkable . Only negative emotions remained . It is very strange that this institution holds such a rating .
I do not recommend it .
The staff is not competent , starting with the waiter and ending with the administrator .

Unfortunately, the praise ends there. Because the food is disgusting! Three potato pancakes cost 8 rubles! And this is in September! Where did they find such potatoes! Moreover, the draniki were soiled and warmed up when served. Salads are about nothing. Second courses too. The only thing that was edible was grilled vegetables. But they are difficult to spoil.
