Upon arrival, the order placed through the website was not at the pick-up point. We agreed to deliver the goods in Minsk the next day and pay through the terminal, 5 minutes after leaving the store it turned out that payment via the terminal was impossible, although other information is indicated on the website.

Resellers of goods with terrible service. I ordered an air conditioner, they feed me "breakfast", promised to bring it the next day, as a result, I waited a week, they said that "the supplier is not responding." They do not understand who is calling them and every time they have to spend 5 minutes to make them understand who is calling them and on what issue. Specifically, Maxim's manager makes me terribly disgusted. Every time he picks up the phone with this behavior, like, "Well, what are you calling for?". By the way, an air conditioner for $ 500
On the contrary, it seemed to me that the staff is very well prepared to deceive customers! They go to great lengths to sell and disown the buyer! In my case, after the warranty repair, they do not want to put a mark on the repair and return the documents to me, they pretend to forget the comments! They sent me the phone three times and I didn't accept it. We sent a photo of the warranty service document that is on the blacklist!

I purchased a Lenovo Yoga Tablet in this store on 1.12.2014. In December 2015, problems with the camera began. When turned on, the screen was just black. I suspected that the camera's "peephole" was turned.
I'll start with the fact that the phone was taken from the warranty service 23 (!) times (and this is during working hours on Monday). But an hour later I was able to get through, describing my problem, the manager on the phone said without looking that it was mechanical damage. I assured her that the tablet had not fallen, and it had been lying idle on the shelf for some time before the problem was discovered. After that, they put forward a new version to me - incorrect storage(!). There was no offer to bring the tablet to their center, so I said myself that I would come and show it.
I went to the address indicated in the warranty card. There, the girl examined my tablet and immediately stated that my case was not guaranteed, because there were scuffs on the edges. Which, according to her, is "mechanical damage or improper storage" (apparently she was taught only these two phrases).
Having accepted that they were not going to fix my tablet under warranty, I asked the girl how much the repair would cost. In response, I heard: "Well, I don't know, but it's very expensive." Then he asked how long the repair would last, to which he received an answer on the verge of absurdity: "We will put it into repair, it will be repaired in a day or two, but we will return it to you in two weeks"
In the end, I asked for the address of this very workshop. Once again, reminding me that my warranty is not valid, they wrote me the address.
I came to the repair, where the master examined the tablet and said that they did not have an agreement on warranty service for this tablet, because it was assembled in Poland. (This is interesting!) Then he opened the tablet and gave me a look at the "breakdown": a small film was simply glued to the "eye" of the camera. For some time, he and I examined the tablet, trying to figure out where this film came off and how, after a year of use, it stuck to the camera. Having found nothing, we were both left at a loss. I asked the price for his work. The master said that he would not take payment for 3 minutes of work.
When I bought a tablet, it cost about $ 500, in some stores it cost less, but I want to note that when choosing a tablet, I relied on the warranty period, in this store it is 24 months. Referring to the store's website - "All products of our online store have an official manufacturer's warranty. "(The words of the master make us doubt this already)
As a result, I can say that if it were not for this incident, I would have had good impressions about the store, because there were no problems with the purchase.
I draw conclusions:
Whatever happens to your product, you will be very nicely explained that there is no factory defect and only you are to blame for everything.
The warranty card, according to the girl manager, applies only if the tablet is brought home to me, I will unpack it with the courier and it will not turn on.
It is a pity that I did not immediately read the real reviews of dissatisfied customers. In most cases, any negative review, this store instantly scores positive ones, which misleads future customers!!! Read a real review about the work of the Syroezhkin store and the Agroup online store on different sites!!! I found myself in the same situation as most dissatisfied customers, when they sell the wrong thing, then the thing turns out to be non-working and they send it to solve this problem through a service center. I had experience buying an air humidifier in this online store. I chose the one that I needed, at the time of the order, the manager transferred it to another, supposedly the best one. When the device was started at home, it turned out to be non-working. When contacting the online store about the problem, they were sent to the service center. When communicating with the senior manager with Anna and asking to clarify the possibility of replacing the initially non-working product with a working one, I received the answer: "Have you said everything? Goodbye!" I solved the problem myself, looked for an importer and replaced the goods at the supplier. Agroup didn't even get a call back.
