Then suddenly a certain person in Viber writes "hello", and that's it. I thought that I had made a mistake and replied with a similar greeting, waiting for the dialogue to continue. Since then, another 1 month has passed (!) and for the sake of interest, I check in the contact what kind of person is this, and what do you think? It's signed "Oleg the air conditioner". That is, instead of calling me without warning, they write an empty "hello" to the messenger and just disappear. Then I decided to look through Viber, remembering that the first would-be "master" also wrote to me on Viber and I found this drowned chat. This "master" is called Alexander, I wrote to him about the current problem and the situation regarding the air conditioner, saying that you were installing, let's think about what can be done. Guess what happened next? No way. The person read it, the person ignored it. The company did not send any master, no one called, no one wrote. Good luck with this approach to clients!
