A super place to relax with a company/mi with children. Best of all in summer, swimming in the pool and lake. Super-duper friendly staff. There is a possibility of horseback riding.

This is the best place for me. You rest your soul here. You enjoy the fresh air and delicious food. Friendly and positive staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, and warm. I want to come back here as if I were at home. A sauna, a salt room, a swimming pool and branded tea will immerse you in a state of relaxation and peace. And homemade wine and karaoke will brighten up not boring evenings.

We rested in the Bear blockage - a great rest: a sauna.swimming pool, billiards, swing.We had a large company with children - everyone found breeding for themselves. The staff is attentive.

There is little free territory, somehow everything is messy! The price for everything is very expensive, and the quality is not a restaurant...well...
3 rubles - 3 stars... But probably 3 is a stretch....

We had a rest from October 3 to October 6, 2022 with our loved ones and relatives! The administrator Julia greeted me good-naturedly despite her days off. Chef Vadim is a chef of the highest category. Everything is very tasty, the dishes are varied, cooked with a soul. Massage therapist Vitaly is a professional, a master of his craft! The territory is well maintained, the rooms are good. The staff is friendly, good-natured! Thank you all very much! There is no better place for a family holiday.

The place is great for families with children. The children's play complex is gorgeous, there is a trampoline. Very beautiful exterior everywhere, friendly staff. Nice pool. There are several barbecues on site. Beautiful view from the rooms that overlook the river.
There are also disadvantages: noise insulation in the rooms is zero, you can clearly hear the usual conversation of a neighbor, wifi falls off every 5-10 minutes, there is a roast in the room above the bathhouse, the smell of sewage, the cost of food is more expensive than in Spain;), there are few sun beds by the pool.
Overall, I liked it!

A fantastic place to relax body and soul!
Everything is done with love and thought out to the smallest detail. The rooms are comfortable and warm, the food is a separate format of pleasure, starting from serving and portion sizes, ending with the highest taste ratings.
Nature is diverse and beautiful, a great big sauna with a swimming pool inside.
I have rested there more than once and will definitely return thereagain. The hosts are amazing!

Two children's towns are everything. This is all the advantage of this estate. The pool did not work, the sauna was 3 with a minus. The food is expensive and not very tasty. There is audibility in the room, as if a person is standing next to you. Everything in there is pretty much worn out. I'm not going there anymore.

A great cozy place to relax.
A huge playground for children, a swimming pool, hammocks, a recreation room with exercise equipment, tennis and billiard tables, a clean pond. A luxurious sauna with a swimming pool, comfortable rooms with underfloor heating.
I am proud that there are such places in our region. Special thanks to the owner, Benjamin, and the staff service, Julia and Valentin. A very warm welcome.

It will be great for children in general, because there is a lot of entertainment for every taste. Very cool place, stayed for 2 nights. There is a lake and a beautiful forest nearby. We were a little unlucky with the weather - it was raining, but I'm sure that on a snowy or dry warm day, a walk through the forest will be just great.
A big plus is that you can take a pet with you.
Delicious cuisine, very polite and caring staff. I would like to mention Faith.
The view from the room overlooks the lake. The mattress is very comfortable to sleep on, quiet. Billiard and tennis tables are provided free of charge for entertainment.
For a fee - sauna, horse riding.
An ideal place for children - the whole yard is lined with various slides and so on.

This is not the first time we have booked a room in this manor. And with each visit, we do not get tired of being surprised by new and pleasant discoveries and moments for ourselves. Not only that, everything on the estate is being added to some new locations on the territory. This is very encouraging! Plus, the kitchen and menu are constantly being improved. Serving dishes is super! No worse than some establishments in the capital!) Very friendly staff and receptionist! The atmosphere is very comfortable and conducive to a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of the city. A great sauna with two pools: indoor and outdoor! A great area with hammocks!
