We had a vacation with friends last weekend. I really liked the place. We decided to celebrate a birthday with friends in early July and book 2 rooms and one VIP. We called the receptionist to check the availability of seats around 3 o'clock in the afternoon. We were given an answer about the availability of seats only by 12.00 at night. We discussed everything with my husband, wrote down what numbers we wanted, and provided our passport details. And the girl was missing, the places were not confirmed, we called in the morning, but she did not take off the phone, we were not provided with information all day, although her husband called many times a day, she just did not take off the phone, i.e. we went for the second day as we cannot book rooms. In the evening, her husband still got through to her and she told us that nothing depended on her and that the man wanted to rent the entire estate for 2 weeks, so she could not confirm the reservation.
Well, what can I say about customer focus on the face. I.e. they choose a more profitable client. The situation is very unpleasant and the impression of the place is spoiled. Fortunately, there is more than one worthy place in Belarus.

Overall, I liked it. There was an unpleasant smell in the toilet, and the windows on the balcony and windows did not close. The staff is polite to the point of being annoying. The territory is for those who like to entertain children) there is a forest nearby and you can go for a walk.

The atmosphere is very pleasant. Hospitable employees. Excellent conditions for relaxation of both body and soul (sauna, salt room, rooms). I was particularly pleased with the attitude towards animals (you can come with a dog and a cat). Thank you so much for the rest. I recommend it to everyone.

A great place, beautiful rooms and delicious food, in winter it is especially beautiful here. Unity is a minus that the heating may not be working properly.
When we were vacationing in winter, it was so flooded that we had to sleep with an open balcony. It is best to come in a large company.
