Hello!Aidan Plaza is a very nice and cozy place, the dishes are very tasty, you can hold large events, the administrator Ruslan is very responsible and polite, he will always find an approach to every visitor
I booked the room while on the road. The receptionist politely answered all questions and assured that everything works in the room, there is WI-FI. We managed to park pretty quickly (it was Monday), there is no parking, we need to look for a place along the street. At first glance, everything is fine. . Location, own restaurant, coffee shop and dining room nearby, the street is not very noisy, there were no events in the restaurant on the 1st floor, breakfast is included, the room is spacious, although old. We checked into a 2-bed junior suite and it started ... there is no soap, gel / shampoo for two, the TV does not work, there is no password to WI-FI in the room and the administrator's TLF number too. I went to the administrator, the handle from the room door remained in my hands, despite the fact that the door opens into the room. They promised to fix the problems. Another hour was spent on a specialist's visit. After 10 hours on the road and considering the late time, I didn't want anything anymore. Nothing could be fixed, it was also not possible to connect to WI-FI (they explained to me that the problem was in my tlf, because I travel a lot and often connect to another network 🤯. By that time, the mirror from the dressing table almost collapsed on me, it was simply propped up with a frame with a list of all kinds of fines and a file holder, which also listed fines. The spouse had already taken a shower, did not want to go anywhere and went to ask to be moved to another room or to make a discount for this one (paid 22t. tenge. ~5t₽). The owner did not respond to the request. I didn't want to live like in a tent. I had to move to another hotel at night, although there were rooms available. Obviously, there's something wrong with them, too. 😏…
I didn't regret the relocation. I found two hotels nearby and the right room was available in one of them. I wish you all a pleasant journey!
We attended the event in the basement, where the billiard room used to be.
1. There were problems with the sound
2. The meat in the beshbarmak is tough
The service leaves much to be desired, there is a completely non-customer-oriented staff at the reception. The first day they didn't give breakfast, the second day they said that fried eggs with sausage, but they ate it on the way))), on the third day they brought it with spoiled ham. On the day of departure, they began to assure us that we stopped by at 10:30, despite the fact that we left Astana at 10:35. The room is dirty and dusty. The first day the room was cleaned, then only after the request. The water in the sink was barely running, the brush was terrible. To wait for hot water in the shower, you had to turn on the hot water tap and wait for 10-15 minutes. In general, a terrible hotel, I do not recommend it.
Thank you so much, we had a corporate party at your restaurant, it was cool, delicious cuisine, liked the service, good luck and many thanks to the administration!
The hotel is not new, there seem to be 8 or 10 rooms in total, but everything is clean and tidy. In downtown. The bed, towels, and bathrobes are new. There are rooms for smokers. The breakfast is hearty. Prices from 16,000 tenge. I recommend

Great place!
We spent the night in this hotel for several days!
It is located in the center. Comfortably. It's cute. Cleanly. There is a Wi-Fi connection. There is no parking of its own. The breakfasts are well prepared. We stayed here three times.
Nice but expensive rooms. It is located in the center, so there are pros and cons. The complexity of parking for cars and the high accessibility of all organizations in the city center. There are not many rooms, so the neighbors will not bother.
