Yerevan airport, although small, was not crowded, the people were very pleasant and hospitable.
While waiting to board a flight to Moscow, we visited duty free and were pleasantly surprised by the prices and the fact that it was possible to pay in rubles.
The flight went almost well, since no airport accepted us when approaching Moscow, and then the commander of the ship explained in a calm voice that we would circle for 40 minutes in the waiting area, if they did not open, then we would fly to the alternate airport, all the way to St. Petersburg.
But to our joy, the corridor to Domodedovo airport was opened and we landed safely, although not at our own airport, after the plane stopped, the captain of the ship came into the cabin and explained the whole situation, after a short wait we were allowed to leave the plane.
At the bottom of the ramp, already on the street, the commander of the ship saw us off and said goodbye to us, it was damn nice.
I want to thank the entire crew of the aircraft and especially the COMMANDER of flight 3F246, you are a wonderful person and a master of your craft!!!!!
P.S. I don't know, but there were no problems with tickets, seats and check-in for the flight, although I was very worried, since when booking tickets online for almost a month, registration and boarding passes immediately came.

We flew from Moscow to Batumi and back with a transfer in Yerevan. Everything was fine in one direction, except that the flight from Moscow was delayed for more than an hour. When we flew back (on the night from 09.09 to 10.09), at the check-in in Batumi we were given only one boarding pass to Yerevan, and they said that the second boarding pass would be given in Yerevan, there was no need to register.

Then an airline representative came and rudely sent all the passengers (more than a hundred people) to pass passport control, check-in at the airport and passport control again to fly to Moscow. We stood in line for more than an hour, it was about 6 a.m. when we finally took off. I do not know whose fault it was, Batumi airport or Yerevan, but I believe that this is an absolute negligence on the part of the airline. I do not recommend using their services, despite the cheapness of the tickets.
We flew on September 20 from Sheremetyevo to Yerevan. We bought plane tickets for this company because of the reasonable price. I couldn't register on the website before departure, but at the check-in desk, a nice girl, at my husband's request, found us seats nearby without any problems and for free. The crew of the plane is very pleasant and polite. The luggage was received in Yerevan very quickly, almost immediately after getting off the plane. If I need to fly to Yerevan again, I will use the services of this company.

BUT, I was on a flight from Sochi to Yerevan , with my husband and a 4-month-old child, the flight was NOT delayed, the flight attendants were insanely attentive , the flight staff was very polite, helped secure the child, brought napkins when needed! In general, I can say that the flight was excellent!

I flew with Armenian Airlines on 18.10.23 from Sochi to Yerevan. Everything is on time, wonderful flight attendants, friendly attitude, water was delivered free of charge for 50 minutes of flight.
As for hand luggage, when they gave out a boarding pass, they looked at it, weighed it, sent it for an additional payment from someone who does not fit in size. But they didn't look at anything in the landing zone anymore. People who have been flying for a long time, carried 3 bags into the cabin.
They were supposed to fly from Yerevan on the night of December 14, 2023 at 2.00 o'clock. 3 hours before check-in, we learned that the flight was postponed to the morning. A railway ticket for the train from Moscow to Kursk for 08.46 to 14.12 has already been purchased. But if you took off from Yerevan only at 10.45 am, of course, you did not have time.

I bought 2 round-trip tickets with a transfer in Yerevan. Exactly the next day, one sector of the flight was canceled and, accordingly, the entire ticket had to be handed over. And an hour after that, the return ticket was canceled completely.

Thank you personally, dear Liana, if all and everywhere operators were as literate as you, then life would be better for people at least from this side.

FlyOne Armenia is an unpredictable aviation company! There are many flights departing with delays. More precisely, most of them! We are currently sitting in Vnukovo. Two hours ago, the flight was postponed by 1 hour due to late arrival. Five minutes before the new time, the start of the landing was postponed for another 1 hour. Then, after 30 minutes, they finally started boarding!?
