A gorgeous place! Especially in the summer morning, I liked the breakfast buffet on the terrace. The room is clean, there is everything you need, right down to the dishes for cooking. We carried the iron for a very long time, we had to wait more than an hour! The location is very convenient. Overall a great family hotel!

The girls at the reception are funny and nice, but forget about the baths, the pool, they don't work. (The administrators in the elevator change the video clip until the time when the baths and the pool start working).
The rooms are large, spacious, the plumbing is good, toiletries are welcome, the refrigerator is large, water tea and coffee were offered free of charge. There is alcohol, juice and chocolate in the fridge. The bed and the bed are of good quality. Breakfast is free in the restaurant and delicious, except for sausages, do not take them (I read the reviews above, but I thought they were corrected).
Be careful and careful when handing over the room!!! The whole impression of the hotel was crossed out for us. After vacating the room, we went downstairs, handed over the keys, we were asked to "wait a minute" and it started here. The maid reports on the walkie-talkie there is no hair dryer in the room. To the words that he was there and is (hanging next to the mirror), the spouse used a personal one, of course the answer is no. They asked to inspect the room again, but again they say no on the radio. Well, there was time in reserve, I went up to the floor and already during a commission inspection, the hair dryer was found in its place (an ordinary wall-mounted white hair dryer). Conclusion: if a guest is in a hurry to get to the airport to the train station, the staff is always ready to squeeze money from him, even to the detriment of the image of the hotel.

A 3-hour swimming pool, hammam and sauna are available.
The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette. However, there are not enough sponges and tools in the kitchen to wash the dishes themselves right away.
Blackout curtains and a comfortable large bed - get a good night's sleep.

We were in Astana in early July, we lived in this hotel, this is an apartment hotel. Very large rooms with a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven. Everything is clean, beautiful on the 6th floor there is a restaurant, in the morning breakfast (Buffet, included in the price), in the evening you can have a nice and delicious dinner there. Or cook something in the room. In general, we really liked it, it is located not far from the center, near the shopping center.
