The story of a "responsible" attitude to your business.
The story of this order began on Saturday 06/08/2024 with a conversation with the manager Olga, who kindly met us at the office, offered to take samples home, which we took advantage of. The model of the future furniture was created by us in the Basis Furniture Maker program. Olga also assured us that after choosing the decors and sending the file, the order processing will take 2-3 days, and the cut itself will take about 10 days.
Early on Monday morning, having decided on the decorations, I sent a file with a furniture model to Olga. And silence, after repeated calls and messages, Olga condescended to process the order. And as a result, on the following Saturday, 06/13/2024 (somehow not 2-3 days of order processing), we were invited to place an order and make a one hundred percent prepayment. Apparently, the order for 2,600 rubles for Ajax is insignificant, since they did not show any visible interest in its design. After successful registration, the deadline for the order was announced to us on 07/01/2024, which also did not coincide with Olga's words that cutting takes up to 10 days.
And so comes the long-awaited 01.07.2024 and silence. After 15.00, unable to stand the wait, I call AJAX, the manager who picked up the phone promises to find out the status of the order's readiness and call back, and again silence. Two hours later, I call myself and again get a promise to call back, but tomorrow. The next day they call back and say that the order will be ready at 07/05/2024, which is later than the deadline specified in the contract.
But the surprises don't end there. 05.07.2024 at 11.00 a.m. the manager calls to inform me about the readiness of the order and asks when it is convenient for me to accept the order. I reply at any time, to which I receive a promise to call back to clarify the delivery time (apparently a feature of the company). At 15.00, I can't stand the wait, I call and get an answer that no cars have been found and delivery is postponed to 07/08/2024. Of course we are waiting for Monday… but such a careless attitude towards customers is disgusting, although before that they ordered a cut from them and everything was on top.
The service is disgusting.
My wife and I came in to ask if they could calculate and cut the box for a bunk bed according to the ready-made drawings. While the blonde consultant was smartly explaining something to the clients, another one was called to us. We went with my wife to choose possible color options for the future product. Quasimode crept up to us in miniature with a distorted face. I received only answers to any questions like "we don't have this", "we don't do this", "I won't do the calculation of the product". From the words of the consultant, I realized that in the "own" production of chipboard only 18 mm and there are no other options. Why the site has a huge palette of colors and thicknesses is not clear. And the plans were to furnish the whole three-piece with cabinet furniture. There are only 5 commanders, 2 tables and a kitchen with 2 walls. Well, no, no, let's go to another cut.
Unpleasant sensations remained after visiting this place.
The training of managers leaves much to be desired.
