We went to the Ak-Bermet hot springs every day. A very pleasant place: friendly reception staff, clean changing rooms, nice territory. From the recommendations: 1. Hang a large clock to control the time. 2. It would be good if a certain temperature was maintained in the pools, while yesterday there was warm water in a particular pool, today you go in - there is almost boiling water. 3. There are not enough recommendations on how to properly stay in the sources: in what order, to whom what water temperature is recommended, how long to stay in the pool. And so everything is great!
A great hotel, the rooms are large, but you can feel the Soviet past in the dining room! But all this is offset by a well-groomed territory, century-old pine trees and, of course, a private beach with a large pier! I really liked the hot SPA springs, I advise you to visit 👍🤝
We wanted to visit the thermal baths and the pool, we need hats for the pool ( which of course we didn't know about)
One pool with ice water ( if you dive perfectly) the rest are all hot ( not counting the children's paddling pool )
If you have lunch in the cafe of the complex +1 hour as a gift , I was very pleased .
After lunch, there are a lot of people, I really didn't like looking at Muslim women swimming in clothes ( there is a fine written at the entrance for this , but I understand that everyone doesn't care)
I really liked the thermal springs. There are modern changing rooms with cabins with keys, swimming pools with convenient stairs for descent, sun beds, you can take slates, towels.
The boarding house is clearly not worth the money that is being asked for it, do not expect Asian hospitality. The breakfasts, lunches and dinners that are included in the price are meager, the portions are definitely not Asian, I would say so that they do not starve to death. According to the goodies, it's fine, in some places it's delicious. Salads atas, we can say that these are not salads, but just slicing vegetables. The baths did not understand the joke, probably because they were when it was hot, and it was not comfortable to spend time there, although there were just a lot of people there. The rooms were in the second building, a suite, generally normal, but dirty, and repairs need to be done. It is definitely boring with children, since there is no entertainment. In the evening, there is only a terrace where you can drink coffee or something hot for a lot of money, and listen to live music. I won't go any more, and I don't advise you. Well, issykul is Issykul, I won't write anything here.
A wonderful thermal spring! Everything here is perfectly landscaped, clean and tidy! Beautiful roses are blooming on the territory, and there is a lot of greenery. There is a swimming pool with fish, a cafe and a Russian bath!
It resembles the thermal springs on Arshan, Buryatia, but here they were able to make a very "fashionable" institution out of this resource. You can smoke very well in hot springs, the main thing is to come when it is not very hot 😉
We visited the Ak Bermet hot springs today. The water in all 7 baths is boiling water, it is impossible to enter the water, you can cook, all visitors walk and do not know what to do. The only tub with tolerable water is teeming with children who jump into it at a run, and none of the staff monitors the comfort of visitors and does not make a remark to them. The water in the bathrooms is not running, but circulates in a circle, dirty, with hair and mucus. As a result, you pay money, but you don't actually receive paid services.
The hotel is not clear... a new building has been built, the prices are not cheap, but the service is for 3 and no more. There is no Internet, when you find out, it is allegedly available, but not now, it is calculated that you will not sort things out and leave in a few days.Television is also only via the Internet - which is not there!Hot springs are a separate topic - it looks like everything is from the exhaust pipe, the same temperature, at least 50-60 degrees, it is simply not possible to enter the pool!!! There are no doctors nearby, so if you suddenly feel unwell, call an ambulance! There is no information about the content of elements in this water and to whom it is good for health.....I do not recommend it!
If it were possible to put - the stars would definitely follow!
The place is good, but the person is terrible!!!!!
We arrived in a company and they didn't let us in because the company was Russian, although we had a rest a couple of weeks ago and everything was fine
But the most interesting thing is that when the relatives came during the conversation and they were calmly and politely allowed in ! And they continued to be rude and kick us out of there !
The receptionist is Nestan (an adult woman). And she behaves like a 15-year-old girl
Horror!!!!!
Just because of this, I do not recommend this place!
We rested for 5 nights from 01 to 06 June 2024 in building 2 economy: old furniture with bedbugs and a toilet-shower without a hair dryer. The food was excellent and hearty, fruits and water were bought at the entrance to the hotel in shops, entertainment was in the cafe: billiards, karaoke and evening spa treatments. In hot springs, the water is above 45 degrees or 14 degrees, a very good indoor pool with diluted thermal water is 27 degrees
A good place, although I haven't been to the hotel itself, but I don't think that it is very different from other hotels in Kyrgyzstan, you can visit this institution for a cheap price, if you didn't take with you, you will be provided with shorts and a towel 300c like, several pools with different temperatures , the only thing that is not warned about the rules for accepting these procedures, the main thing is not to sit out,It's not a pleasant feeling. There was a buzz in winter, I can't even imagine how it was in summer...
Nice beach. There are no strangers. Nice, green area. It's a pity that the lake is getting shallow and you can no longer dive from the pier: you can hit the bottom. The toilet on the beach is in a fucked up state, very dirty. There is no catering and shops on the beach.
It is quite cheap - the entrance is 400 som per hour, one hour is enough to swim in all the pools and relax. I recommend starting with a large round one, it is the coolest of the hot ones, then it is hotter in the neighboring ones. It is difficult to sit in the hottest for more than a minute, then you can jump into a large rectangular pool with cold water - cheerfulness will be guaranteed)
Minus - in some pools the water is dirty, but it is noticeable only if you look closely
The premium of what is 200 meters further away) and more expensive by 100 rubles.
Several fonts with different temperatures from very warm to scalding.
Silver darkens in the water.
We visited this place by chance, on the advice of local guys from a teahouse in the neighboring Ala Too when we traveled to Kyrgyzstan in the fall of the 23rd century, we were very satisfied, cool thermal springs, welcoming staff.
The only thing that didn't work was the sauna and the hammam, as they said the work was being done.
On May 5, 2024, they wanted to walk around the territory, choosing a place for their future vacation.
The guard did not let us into the territory of the sanatorium, neither for free nor for money. He said, "for guests only." Although he was completely wrong according to the law, I told him about it, he didn't care 🤐
I ruined not only a good impression of Kyrgyz hospitality, but of course, we will never return to this sanatorium again.
It is because of such "workers" that potential customers are lost 🫠
We were in Ak-Bermet today, in a new cafe on the Terrace, we did not like it there, there are no some items on the menu, they did not bring fresh carrots, they ordered ginger tea, they brought some kind of liquid without ginger. They add 15% of their service to the order amount. Super! The view is presentable, the feeling is the same (until you order something from the menu, and they tell you that it's not there today)
It was clean, the people were average, because it was a cloudy day, apparently everyone went to the springs. Several pools with mineral water, salty, all hot with different intensity. 1 pool with cold/fresh water. 1 Jacuzzi, always packed. 2 pools completely with boiling water (always empty) On the territory of the thermal baths there is a massage, Ruffu fish, a cafe, a toilet. The stay time is 1 hour, followed by an additional payment.
A very good boarding house. The food was very good. The bed was changed twice in 8 days. The pension is located in a green area: old tall fir trees, birch groves and magnificent pines. Two complexes of pools with mineral hot water from springs. A luxurious pier.
It's very cool, beautiful, a lot greener than trampling, it looks very cool, very cool, very very cool

I love Issyk-Kul very much. With its beauty, it covers many shortcomings. I like that the boarding house is developing. Nice modern swimming pool and gym. I didn't really like the service. The junior suite is not cleaned, the bed is not changed, towels are not changed, tea is not given. In the springs, the walls of the pools are poorly cleaned. It would be nice to hang an electronic scoreboard in the spa area, where the temperature of the air, the water in each pool and the time will be indicated. Information about mineral water and wells would not hurt.
We were in February, there were few people at the spa. We had a great time. A clean modern complex with a cafe, sauna, spacious locker room, swimming pools and massage. In winter, the most necessary thing (+ 6 C) the body manages to cool down a little outside after hot baths.
Hot springs are a must to visit. However, most are either very hot or cold. But a couple of pools have beautiful very warm water. We had a wonderful conversation with the Kyrgyz, there are no language problems, people are very friendly.
I will immediately note that we lived in this complex in the second half of September, it's not the season, all the rooms are empty, we took a room in the new building 3, the price of the room is 10900 for a suite for two and then the entrance to the source is 300 som, like for living you get a discount of 100 som))) going to the gym 300 som, to the pool 300 som, for the fact that the car is in an empty parking lot 100 som, in general, everything is so greedy that it is disgusting, although there is money. I recommend a good general massage for 2000 som. Everything is fine in the room, but there are bedbugs and ants. The territory is green, beautiful and what squirrels are running around there, just a buzz. By the way, there are other hotels nearby, where the price is 2, or even 3 times cheaper, you can buy there and go to the springs for 400 som at 1.15min, just like for residents, the time is the same, the price for 100 som is different))))
I liked the complex, it was perfectly done. Clean, everything is covered in roses, there are many pools with mineral water of different temperatures. Nice. We saw a squirrel, ate cones.
Nice beach, beautiful grounds, hot springs.Special thanks to the receptionist Altyn for her responsiveness and attention to the guests. We will definitely come next year!
Comfortable lockers with a magnetic lock, a large clean area with pools / bathrooms with hot water of different temperatures, sun beds, cafes, well, in general it's good.
It's quite passable for this money. A large area. A beautiful park. The rooms are of course smoky and the carpet on the floor is battered, you can stay for a few days to spend the night and wash. The food is good. Portions are small for an adult man, of course. But there are a lot of cafes around and on the territory. We lived in a 2-place standard in 1 building. A large balcony is a plus.
That's right, a spa salon. Very hot water. We used to float our feet in such baths as a child.. First one finger, then the second, then the heels. It is necessary to have good health and a heart here. The load of boiling water is high. Everything is hot. And one cold one. I don't know how the locals bathe in them. They probably got used to it.. The water is natural, mineral. I kicked my legs. Sometimes it's hot, sometimes it's cold. And they said thank you to me. Then she rode lightly over the mountains. I recommend it to everyone. Just be careful. 400 rubles per hour. Have everything with you and a towel. Or pay extra.
Everything is quite decent, especially against the background of other establishments with thermal baths. But I would like to pay more attention to cleaning in the locker rooms, and on the territory, as well as monitoring the number of customers.
A great place, 5 springs with different temperature regimes, the territory is clean, the staff is polite, the food is delicious, the price tag is not expensive!
I stayed at this hotel in August 2022. The staff is polite, attentive, respond to any request and try to help. The territory is partially well maintained, the other part is in ruins: rotted boards on the paths and the bridge. An overgrown and littered pond. Rust is showing through the paintwork on the pier. There is no daily cleaning of the beach. Some of the buildings were still Soviet-built. There are no elevators. The rooms have no air conditioning, no wardrobes, only metal hangers with hangers. Of the dishes, only 2 mugs with saucers are available. Meals are served three times a day without a buffet and pre-order. Use of the thermal pools for an additional fee. The cost of the rooms is very high.
Normal, the locker room is not tired yet. Well-arranged pools, separated by temperature. There is a cold pool. Additional massage, sauna, fish massage, Olympic swimming pool
A great place to stay!!! We came with my wife from Russia, 2500 kilometers, we never regretted it!!! The only thing I recommend is that for two hours a day, no more, it relaxes with a bang;-)
I've been coming here for 7 years now. I really like to relax here. Delicious food. Comfortable, new rooms and the price is not expensive. I recommend it!👍💗
We had a rest in July 2022, we really liked the hot springs in the Cholpon-Ata area, pools with different water temperatures from cold to almost boiling water. The spa has excellent massage therapists. I highly recommend you to visit.
The old rooms are expensive, there are mice and cockroaches. The food is for adults, there is no menu for children, there is no schedule, it is often repeated. Some dishes are delicious. The area is very good, the beach, the pier, but it seems the Director is greedy, they do not invest, they do not manage - everything is on its own. The staff is trying, but it's not enough. The price and quality do not match.
