When trying to make comments about the unsatisfactory condition of the men's locker room, the administrator snapped and brazenly lied that the shower did not work last year either, with bulging eyes she proved that I was confused about the shower, and its work was not provided. I haven't been to the hotel itself.

Ak Bermet-Ak Mess! There is no service! From the word "completely". It's dirty! Everywhere! On the beach, at the hot springs in the locker room and on the territory. Cleaning the room with a scandal for the 5th day. The bed linen is not ironed, towels are sandpaper, bathrobes and a hairdryer on request. And it's in the Deluxe room! They don't respond to your requests and comments. A spoiled vacation for a lot of money.
