The hotel is nice, but unpretentious, the renovation is old, but clean, the room has everything you need. Plus, for the good location, close to the center, they give a discount coupon for visiting the botanical garden upon check-in, although we did not go there. We were also warned that the hotel is departmental, so if we stay late, warn the concierge to open the door.

The only thing that was strange to see was a Chinese cafe inside (this is not a minus, it's just that an ordinary dining room with mashed potatoes and cutlets, and accordingly with comparable prices, would be more suitable for such a hotel). Stayed for 2 nights, liked everything:very simple rooms, not new, but clean, the administrators are trying to help with the check-in, solve emerging issues. Near the metro, Cornflowers.. I recommend it to those who appreciate simplicity and comfort for reasonable money

Among the obvious advantages: a roof over your head, the price per room, proximity to the center.
Of the obvious disadvantages: everything is clear from the photos of the interiors.
P.S. I propose a rebranding: from "Academic" to "Student". It will be more honest with the guests and zero high expectations :)

Excellent location, there are many intelligent people around and inside, this is a rarity today. A magnificent botanical garden, such a careful, even reverent attitude towards flora. There are friendly receptionists at the reception, which brightens up the "sovkovost" of the hotel. We liked everything! If we are still in Minsk, we will stop here. A minus star is for the noise during the repair.

An inexpensive, conveniently located hotel near the metro station "Academy of Sciences", within walking distance of the Euroopt chain store, TSUM, McDonald's, educational institutions, aquarark Freestyle across the street, an amusement park. It's a little noisy in the rooms facing the road, but in principle it's not critical. On the 1st floor there is a cafe (Chinese cuisine). You can invite guests, access is round the clock. The staff is very friendly.

I liked the hotel. I want to come there again. It was a great room. Two-room apartment. On the second floor. Clean, cozy. TV, refrigerator. The car was parked right under the windows. The staff is polite and talkative. I only found out later that 2 stars.!!!
Conveniently located. Not in the center, but on Independence Avenue, opposite the park. Great!

Not far from the center. A quiet, peaceful place. The room stock is a little tired, but everything is in order. Everything you need is available. There is a Chinese-style cafe run by a Chinese man. The breakfast is hearty: scrambled eggs, 2 sausages, salad, tea and cheese, all for 10 local rubles. The price of accommodation is affordable, although in Brest there are better conditions in the hotel for this money.

"Red" price, for a double room, taking into account the situation inside, no more than 60 rubles. The situation in the room is not far away from the "Hostel", only the price is higher. It is better to stay in a Hostel in Minsk for a day, for 35-45 rubles, than to pay already 90 for the same room.

A good hotel. It is the "hotel". The feeling of returning to Soviet times in the best sense of the word. Simple but clean and cozy rooms, friendly but unhurried staff, cleaning "sometimes". Excellent location. It takes 15 minutes by metro to the very center. There are several grocery stores and cafes within walking distance. There's a gas station nearby if you're driving. There are no problems with parking. In short, an excellent inexpensive option for travelers without any special claims. I recommend it!
