You can safely spend the night, wash up. Just don't grab the stars from the sky for such a budget. There is some kind of dubious cafe with an unpleasant smell nearby, I do not recommend eating there. And take a room with windows facing the courtyard, the road is very close, it can interfere with sleeping.

A very nice hotel, cozy, spacious, with a refrigerator and a kettle in the room, a large bathroom with a shower stall, sink and toilet. There is a cafe on the ground floor and a coffee machine stands at the entrance to the lobby of the hotel, you can make hot chocolate in the vending machine.
