Terrible hotel! I don't understand the rave reviews - either they are inflated by the hotel, or the people who wrote the reviews have very unassuming taste.
In short: in response to our loud complaints about the quality of the room, the hotel just decided to evict us!!! The argument was simple: you behaved loudly, cursed, - leave!
Now for more details.
- Service. The hotel is very mediocre with disgusting service and completely indifferent staff. There is no personal approach and understanding of the wishes of the hotel guests. We paid 390 thousand rubles for a family room with a flight in 6 days - this is an incredibly inflated price for a hotel of this level. We were put in a room that smelled terrible of sewage, and the ventilation units located outside were buzzing so that the room was noisy even with the windows closed. In addition to the disgusting smell, the room itself is old, the shower holder was constantly falling off in the bathroom, the family bathroom is also tiny. After a lot of loud arguments at the reception, they agreed to move us the next day, but they naturally refused to compensate for our inconveniences in any way.
The hotel is listed as 5*, but bathrobes are not provided for free. When we asked to bring bathrobes, they replied that they must first be prepaid at the reception.
Buffet. We arrived in a large company, we were forbidden to move the tables in the dining room, despite the fact that we were located in the farthest corner of the hall, no one was disturbed in the aisle, and the next table, which we wanted to move, stood 40 cm from our table.
The food is normal, for 4 people, a lot of greens, but, for example, it is impossible to eat scramble for breakfast - powdered. There is no choice of seafood at all, mostly fish dishes are represented by some kind of fish.
Beach. We are in the hotel now, in August, it is very stuffy outside, on the beach you can only be on the pier, out to sea, it blows a little. On the main beach, the awnings are stretched in rows, the air under them does not circulate even in windy weather, it is impossible to stay under the awnings because of the stuffiness. To take the sun beds on the pier, you need to come at 5.30-6 am.
Families with children need to keep in mind that there is almost no shallow water, 2 steps - and immediately a great depth. The sea is clear, but choppy, constantly swollen.

Great hotel. Honest online Turkish 5-ka. The rooms are as they should be - repair, mattress, pillows, kondey, textiles, sound insulation at the level. The minibar is filled with what we would like. Bar drinks are imported (but it's worth watching, local stuff is always and gladly poured into a cocktail, just immediately say the name of the desired brand). There is a single malt or 12-year-old blend in the lobby. The coffee is cool, a separate coffee bar with a bunch of positions from ristretto to frappe.
A cool pier and a nice beach, without sand, but this is the Kemer area, it's like this everywhere. Clear. The sun beds are super, different in each zone, but all comfortable. A water park with 4 slides, all of them excellent, two with inflatable cheesecakes. The pools are perfectly clean at any time of the day. The staff is good, the animators are cheerful and responsive. Evening show class. The food varies, it is not particularly diverse, but basically each of the zones, there are several of them, pleases with something good. The territory is green, clean.
The audience is extremely decent, even young people do not give out "Tagil", which is very pleasing to those who came specifically for a comfortable pastime, and not for a break at sea. The main contingent is married couples or families in full assembly.
Wifi catches and works almost everywhere. I turned off roaming on the second day.
The vacation is successful and there are no unnecessary surprises. Definitely you can go.
PS - the "sea view” room assumes a disco until 12 at night, keep this in mind.

I have been to Akka 6 times and consider it the best hotel in Turkey. I was with friends, I recommended it, the opinion is not only mine, but a collective one. The hotel is very expensive in season and acceptable in the off-season and in winter. There is a great uphill trail nearby, moderately tiring, with stunning views and safe. Great disco and great waiters. There is even a cafe on the territory where 10+ types of coffee are made, no worse than in the specialized cafes of St. Petersburg, for example. The hotel is basically good. I can rate the check-in at 5. Respect Oktay, we changed the room from the block to the main building with a sea view without any problems. The rooms are not very large, but for swimming and sleeping it's the best thing. They didn't even hang out in the room. There are complaints about cleaning, they were not always cleaned 100%. But at the request they immediately corrected it. The bar was replenished every day.
The food is varied. There is a lot of meat, everything is delicious, fresh, cooked outdoors. Lamb, turkey, chicken, veal, seafood) can be listed forever))) vegetables, fruits, cheeses, pastries, etc. We have never been hungry.
Alcohol is imported, which is very pleasing. The only thing is, alas, not all bartenders can make cocktails. Alper is just a fire true bartender.
Sea and pool) Despite the full workload of the hotel, places can always be found both by the sea and by the pool. We are always only by the sea. The water is gorgeous, clear, and pleasant. We watched the fish with masks, it was very cool.
And finally, animation. It's enough) For every taste. Darts, volleyball, water polo for adults and children, water aerobics, etc. In the evening there is a variety of show program and of course a disco. There is a nightclub. I would like to highlight the animators) Charming Sedat is fun, easy, relaxed with him, and volleyball is generally a fire. He will always come up, talk to you, help you with any question. And our positive Yupi is always smiling and positive. Thanks a lot to the guys.
If we talk about the disadvantages, then they can always be found. We came on vacation and decided not to spoil our mood with negative moments. The hotel is decent for rest, the main thing is the mood)))

A good hotel, but it does not reach the premium 5. Let's start with the food. It is very diverse. Every day there is chicken, beef, pancakes, waffles, various fish, mainly trout. Trout salted, baked, grilled steak; shrimp, crayfish, squid, mussels not every day, but often. About a day later. There are a lot of vegetables, cheeses, homemade baklava in various interpretations. The range and quality of the food is excellent, but the taste suffers. Too many hot spices are added, incomprehensible sauces. For example, you will not find ordinary sausages for breakfast. They are sometimes filled with spicy ketchup, then in mayonnaise. Similarly with scrambled eggs. It is sometimes mixed with pepper, then with tomatoes and broccoli.. Although most people just eat an omelet or fried egg. There is a children's table. Purees, a mixture can be taken, and standard children's food, soups, boiled vegetables, buckwheat, boiled meat. The coffee in the dining room is not very good. It is better to drink in a coffee shop. Drinks at lunch and dinner are served by waiters. I would put 4 for the food in the main restaurant. I don't drink alcohol, I can't say anything. But there is beer in glass, draught, wine of all kinds, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. There is paid alcohol. There are also balls, and there are from the shops of famous brands. Rooms: at first they were accommodated due to overnight arrival at the apartment. That's horrible. The only advantage there is the silence. The room itself turned out to be for the disabled, everything there is old, uncomfortable, the room is very tired, there are pieces of iron sticking out all around for people with disabilities and it's just not pleasant to be there. Fortunately, in the morning they were moved to a normal room in building B. There are rooms of the standard category. The rooms are certainly not new, but they are still quite decent, unused by life.Like it. The cleaning is mediocre, but towels are changed every day, garbage is thrown out, the sink, shower and toilet are washed. That's enough for me personally. Specifically about building b. The windows overlooked the entrance to the hotel. The noise from the animation with the balcony closed did not come much. It didn't bother me. Animation up to 23. Then quietly. The animation itself is every day, but I didn't go, I can't judge its quality. As well as about the kids' club. He is there and the children are really being taken care of there. We constantly held some kind of master classes there, ran around the hotel with the tutor and played some games. I did not attend the children's club myself. I can't say anything bad either. There is a water park. But not for kids. For children 7+ and adults. There are enough slides. There are not many queues. The disadvantage of the water park is that there are few circles. They have to wait and catch for a long time. The beach is pebbly, the sea is transparent, you can enter from the pier, from the shore on the rocks, or through a wheelchair bridge - it is very convenient, you can gradually enter the sea from it. The swimming areas are fenced with buoys, there are very convenient lifebuoys that are fixed to the bottom, lifeguards work on the beach. On my arrival at the end of August, the hotel was completely full and even more. At the same time, there were enough sun beds for everyone. In the morning it was quite free, after lunch it was tighter, sometimes I had to lie very close to an unfamiliar neighbor) but it didn't bother me how much I was almost constantly in the water. A towel is given on the beach by card, and there is also a huge refrigerator with drinks on the beach. Fanta, cola glass, juices, ayrans, just water.the territory of the hotel is not large, but there is a place to walk. Everything is green and well maintained. There is also a place to walk in the evening outside the territory. There are many shops, piers, a minibus goes to Kemer every 20 minutes for 25 liras or 1 dollar, you can take a walk there. It takes about 15 minutes to drive. He brings me to the center. Overall, I liked the hotel, except for some disadvantages. So the rest in this hotel has come to an end))) if you left with regret earlier, then this year with joy) with the change of the manager, the hotel turned into a lame hotel, but the fee for the rest is high, as before. We have been vacationing in Akka Alinda for 3 times already. Before that, the service was at its best in all respects, then this year there is a decline in everything.
It all started with the settlement. We waited a long time, it is clear that the hotel is loaded to capacity, but when we were given a room, then.... it was not cleaned, although it was already 15.30.
The food used to be varied and delicious, but this year everything is the same. Well, the cherry on the cake, there was a fly in the porridge for breakfast today. The boss, who came up to us, said that flies were flying in the hall and spread his hands.... however, there are a lot of flies in the hall, this has not been observed before.
The towels that are in the room, for some reason, always have an unpleasant smell!!! Many had a 2018 date, probably for a hotel of the level they had, towels can be changed more often. They have spots, gray in color.
It's a pity that everything is falling into disrepair!!!!! We don't set foot in this hotel anymore, I advise everyone to think about whether it's worth coming here. The Akka Alinda hotel is not worth this money!!!!
The reception staff is very unfriendly, the guide also surprised, we have never encountered such an attitude🤷♀️He works as if we owe him and distract him from very important things.
