Positive:
1. Good nutrition, a large selection of meat, fish, seafood and, as already noted, they are cooked throughout breakfast / lunch / dinner and constantly replenished, the food does not cool down, does not curdle, if the potatoes are crisp, fresh and the like. Plus a lot of fruits. The only thing I note is that I personally did not like breakfast, there was nothing much to choose for my taste, since I am not a fan of sweet breakfasts, I ate egg dishes at home, and this is the vast majority of the breakfast menu. But there is always fresh orange juice until the very closing of breakfast, this is a big plus
2. Alcoholic concept - I really liked the impressive selection of alcohol in the hotel, cocktails for every taste, if you ask, they will do it off the menu and generally anything. And delicious)
3. The rooms are quite fresh, we didn't notice any special traces of operation anywhere, we were pleased with the presence of a dryer on the balcony, for some reason they don't provide everywhere, plus a mini bar, which was replenished every day. The air conditioning in the room in the main building worked perfectly well and in general there were no complaints about the room.
4. An absolutely delightful coffee shop where delicious coffee drinks are made from the very morning until late at night.
5. The presence of not only water in the refrigerators near the beach, but also cola and other sodas in glass, mineral water, ayran and other things. You won't find it everywhere. There is also a large selection of ice cream at the beach bar.
6. A good snack bar, where they serve a la carte, but very quickly, I was really pleased.
7. The presence of a good water park will be a big plus for fans.
Minuses:
1. Compact territory. Yes, it is well planned and with a large load of the hotel it is still comfortable and there are not too many queues, but I would like a little more.
2. The rooms are small in my opinion.
3. As I already wrote, I was not pleased with the breakfasts.
4. The entrance group and the main building as a whole do not look very stylish, I do not know if something can be done about it, but it looks a little outdated to my taste.
5. Animation - we didn't "use" it practically, except for one show and one evening of live music. There were daily walks in dobedan and the level was higher.
A family of 3 people vacationed in Akka Alinda from 12/27/23 to 01/3/2013. They even took a dip in the pool and in the sea, as lovers of activity took advantage of all the activities: cycling, hiking in the mountains, culinary master class, Turkish language lesson, yoga, zumba. Choosing their hotels, we were looking for a hotel with a winter concept. I liked everything! The food was delicious and varied. Thanks to the hotel for a great stay! Special thanks to Julia (an excellent fitness trainer and a nice girl who is interested in working and communicating with vacationers).
They were at the end of April 2024. I liked everything very much. A two-storey family room with two bathrooms was given for 5 people. There is no fault to find with the service at all. Something about plumbing bothered me on the first day, they called me - after a couple of minutes they already came to fix it. They asked to bring a pot for a small one - they brought it in a moment. The food is great! My husband is a fan of fish, he ate it different every day and smacked his lips. Strawberries every day. Ice cream is unlimited. It is especially pleasant that they gave not only horns with a ball attached to you (two, three ;)), but also Turkish factory Algida, and we sooo love it. The kids' club is great. My son went to the sandbox. We hung out on the playground almost every night before going to bed. The pools near the slides are warm. The kids were getting high. The one with the slides coming out is a little salty, so that it was comfortable to dive. Once before, in other hotels, we came across the fact that the baby pool, the one with a depth of 30 cm, is usually, for unknown reasons, colder than large ones. Everything is fine here, the kids have always bathed in it. The pool inside the building was also appreciated. The water was already hot in the Jacuzzi once. Sauna, hammam - everything is great. Cats don't walk around the territory in droves. I've met people who got lost a couple of times. They have their own living in a special house-pen. I liked the area, it was very green: palm trees, medlar, pomegranate trees, climbing flowering vines, strelitzia, hibiscus, bougainvillea....palm trees, pines. It is very green and cozy!

We had a rest from August 25 to September 1! The hotel does not pull in 5 stars, especially for such money.
1. We arrived at the hotel at 10-00, check-in is strictly after 14-00, they do not check in earlier. You can go to a restaurant for breakfast, they don't have a bracelet system, no one is watching anyone
2. The room was of the side category in the far building on the 1st floor. The furniture is decent, but the pillows are all in lumps, the bed linen is worn, the towels are already yellow. There are slippers in the room, a kettle with tea and instant coffee, a mini bar with drinks and biscuits, soap, gels, shampoos in the bathroom. The air conditioner was working properly, but the electrics were blinking. They called an employee - he just knocked with his hand and said that he had "done everything", as a result, they adapted themselves.
3. There is simply no cleaning, I went to the reception every day and asked that at least the garbage be taken out. There is dust in the room, the floors are not washed, upon arrival in the shower there was a silicone mat covered in mold, I immediately asked to be thrown out! The towels were changed only for the 6th day! Even if you throw it on the floor, they will take it away, but they will not put a new one, even though they left a tip at the beginning. Cleaning is a huge disadvantage. There was a tropical cockroach and a grasshopper in the room once
4. The restaurant is large, if you come to the opening, then you can find a place, if later, it is already difficult. I saw a cockroach 1 time, flies fly. For me, there was no breakfast, the porridge is simply disgusting, it is impossible to eat, there is no cottage cheese, there is no milk as such. Soy sausages, eggs were edible, there were also pastries, waffles, etc. The coffee is not delicious from the coffee machine, the tea is good. Lunch and dinner are good, there is a lot of food, the grill worked every day, but at the end of the rest the food is boring, because almost every day everything repeats itself. The waiters come over, pour wine or whatever you want.
5. On the territory there is a coffee shop where you can drink delicious coffee, a beach bar where ice cream is distributed (the only thing I didn't understand is there is ice cream in a package, it is also distributed, really you can't take it from the refrigerator yourself or count the amount), chips, nuts, cocktails (depends on the bartender: the girl makes good after lunch, a guy comes and works as a favor, cocktails become ice water), there is also a cafe where you can have a snack on the menu.
6. The pool is small, the beach is also small, sun beds need to be occupied at 5-6 in the morning, because everyone throws towels and can come to the beach only by 10 in the morning, and the sunbed is already occupied. There is a pier, there are no sunbeds on the pier at all. If you do not borrow, you will have to walk along the beach for a long time in search. There is a descent into the water, also stairs on the pier, the beach is small pebbles, but it hurts barefoot, you need either special shoes, or in your slippers to reach the stairs and leave them there.
7. What killed me the most was the harassment on the beach. Every day they come up several times and offer a spa, massage, trip to the store, parachute, banana, corn, etc. It gets boring by the second day of rest. They are very annoying, I think that this is unacceptable in a 5-star hotel.
8. Animation is a separate conversation, teenagers 16-20 years old, they are completely invisible, they walk like sleepy flies. It is clear from the faces that they are tired of everything, the shows start at 21-30, there is nothing to do until that time, there was a Turkish performance about the Ottomans, acrobats (very weakly), just a disco, live music, everything ends somewhere at 23-00-23-30. There are fireworks and dancing in the neighboring hotels, and silence here. 70 percent of the hotel's guests are Russians, Belarusians, Ukrainians and Kazakhs. There are also many local Turks, but no Europeans.
To summarize, I want to say that the hotel was very upset, reading the reviews and comparing the price, I wanted to get a completely different level, this hotel pulls at 4, does not exactly justify the price, I do not recommend it! I think that half of the reviews are screwed up or people just haven't seen another service for that kind of money.

Akka Alinda Kiris - the hotel really surprised the traveler, who is difficult to surprise. Excellent quality of food, quality of products, cooking at the level of an expensive restaurant, an assortment and a wide selection, all kinds of meat, seafood, red fish for breakfast, seasonal fruits-not grass. In the ual concept, alcohol is bottled only in bars, except local, some imports are also included. 🥂-tableware-glasses 💥are already rare, no plastic! The bars are very conveniently located on the territory, they absolutely do not bother to think where to go + waiters work both on the territory and on the beach, there are no queues, they bring the order every minute.
With all the abundance, there are restaurants of the ala cart concept. This is a separate gastro orgasm. The fish restaurant about the hotel is much cooler than the famous city ones, and surprises from the chef make you come back here again. Also, there is a coffee bar on site, there are 7 types of coffee in the assortment, not hardware concentrate, access is not limited. In general, for bars and restaurants-just 5 * super.
The hotel staff is a high school of excellence, everyone speaks several languages, there is no barrier, responsive, hospitable, not intrusive-this is important!
Animation, from morning to evening, again, well-built logistics, despite the small territory, is absolutely not annoying.
The room stock has been updated, everything is clean and fresh. Individual hotel cosmetics-not in dispensers!!!- these are also modern trends.
The territory of the hotel is compact, there is its own water park, quite large, but successfully removed from the general adult pool. Another plus, a wide beach line, with stationary sunshades, is a rarity for the Kemer region.
In summary, the hotel exceeds expectations in terms of price and quality! Not pretentious, with a very decent audience, with a high level and quality of services provided. For repeat guests of the Akka network, there are their own premium buns!

As positive points, I can mention a very, very good sea, friendly staff in bars and restaurants, the presence of a pier, 1 km away there is a mountain with good and difficult hiking routes, a shopping street next to the hotel. Whiskey and cocktails are good. But with wine, the tap is scarce. We need to work on this. I list the main problems of the hotel. First of all, it is too much love of owners for money. My relatives arrived in the afternoon of the current day, and check-in from the next. Since there were no available rooms for the current day, they planned to stay in the Family room of our other relatives for 1 night. They were charged 160 euros per person for staying at the hotel and using all services. We asked several times to lower the price, because in fact it was the price for dinner and the right to use the bars. But no, they said that the management did not allow them. Looking ahead, I want to say that after the situation was spread on various Responses, the hotel Manager met with us and provided a discount. After the discount, the amount was reduced to 120 euros. But I think it's still too much.
Another unpleasant thing is that our comfort room was located next to noisy ventilation systems. We lived in it for 2 days, periodically watched the proposed replacements. But there was no room with the same area.As a result, they gave up. Our relatives and friends had two Famely. There was also the noise of cars from the ventilation systems. They didn't agree either. In general , passions were boiling . And the reason that we were brought to a boil is not the professionalism of the senior shift manager and his assistants. There was a sequel a day later. The hotel contacted the tour operator and tried to evict us from the hotel through him. We refused because the proposed alternatives were even worse. This is a stone in the operator's garden. It was Coral travel. All this was arranged by middle-level employees of Akka Alinda, at the meeting with the Manager that followed 1 day later, he was extremely surprised by this fact. I.e., he was not even aware of what was happening. In short, we were made nervous 2 times.
What else.. The territory of the hotel is too small, of course. Lawn tennis is allowed only after 9.00, because they say there are rooms nearby. We prevent others from talking. Although that's not a fact. It's already hard to play after 9.00. There is a small tennis court in the main building also after 9.00, they definitely didn't bother anyone here, but they didn't go to meet us, the rules say so.
In general, there is something for the staff and managers to work on. But there is no desire for this, it seems. They think that everything is OK with them, they say you look at what is being done in other hotels, we still say it's not bad.
Such things. I decided to spend time on a review because they monitor them, respond, and that's good. So they are not hopeless. And so time will tell. I once again urge the Manager of Akka Alinda Kirish/Kemer will fully compensate my relatives and friends for their stay for the first day.

In the lobby and in the restaurant, the air conditioners are almost not working, it is impossible to stay. With a heat of 33 and above, inside 30, if not more, you can easily faint. The cleaning is very bad everywhere, they don't watch that two people sit on a table for six, and you have to wait for a company of 5 people until these couples are full. There are always sun beds. The food is varied, but the whole impression is spoiled by the fact that the conduits in the lobby and restaurant are as old as the hotel. I would like to highlight the Snack bar separately - very good and fast service. It is impossible to leave the main restaurant directly to the sea, it is very difficult to find a gozleme, as well as all the activities here in general. You should not overpay for this hotel, it is better to go to the neighboring Sailor's, where the renovation is fresh, the air conditioners are working, the snack bar is also on top.
I forgot that there were problems with the wiring in akka, my husband's desk lamp switch burned out in his hands and turned off the light in the entire case. The towels are really old: hard as sandpaper. Rooms are very poorly cleaned: they often put fewer towels, dust on the bedside table and on the sink is not wiped. Everyone smokes on the beach in the non-smoking area, security would be better to keep an eye on this. Near the shower on the beach, where towels are changed, there is a very strong smell of garbage (bags are right behind the shower). There is also imported alcohol, Coca Cola, sprite, refrigerators by the pool and on the beach, bottled beer Miller, bad, ephesus, bex. The beach is also poorly cleaned: wrappers and bottles in the morning., so they can lie for several days. Maybe if you go out of season, everything will be great, but in the season it's hell: no pleasure during lunch / dinner from the heat and also in the lobby after lunch / dinner. Everyone sits on the sofas in swimsuits, no one is watching either. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone. If you are going to Turkey for the first time, it may seem like a fairy tale, but when you have been to neighboring Dobedan several times, you will never go to Akka again.
The staff at the reception is also very different: Zarina is very customer-oriented, she will always help, she will go to a meeting, which cannot be said about others who do not know how to communicate with clients correctly. The room could not be extended for a couple of hours from 12 to 14 either, supposedly cleaning should be done for two hours, judging by the cleaning - it takes a maximum of 5 minutes.
I almost forgot - two times they came in without knocking with a "do not disturb" sign hanging to get out. It's down to the staff level

The room has everything: toiletries, hair dryer, gels and shampoos, soap are constantly replenished, mini bar - daily. The rooms are cleaned regularly, but it's not really necessary.
The restaurant has a large selection of dishes for every taste, fruits and vegetables in large quantities, strawberries were eaten daily. The waiters are responsive and friendly, especially if you oil up...
There are two pools on the territory, one with slides is heated, the other is not and is very cold, and it is warmer in the sea. There is also a pool on the ground floor, where there is a spa, but in bad weather there is nowhere to fall ...
What I didn't like: I was struck by the large number of children who behaved noisily in the lobby of the hotel while their mothers were relaxing in bars (in general, there were a lot of children during this period of rest), as well as very large pebbles when entering the sea..
And so, I recommend this hotel to everyone, the service is at a high level!

Now to the cons, which greatly spoiled the impression of the hotel:
- Smoking is allowed everywhere! We were suffocating from the stench of cigarettes. You can just smoke everywhere except indoors! You can't sit on the balcony because the neighbors are smoking and all the stink is coming to you. This is just a horror and the most important minus!
- disgusting cleaning. I didn't understand at all what their room cleaning regulations were. In 10 days of stay, the bed linen was changed in my opinion only once and then after a request. Towels were changed every day. The mini bar was sometimes not updated for some reason. And the cherry on the cake - when we checked out, we looked under the bed - there was a cigarette pack lying there. We don't smoke, if anything. Well, that is, everything is very bad with cleaning.
- due to the large number of people in the restaurant at dinner, you couldn't wait for drinks from the waiters, you had to take them yourself. Anyway, they cleaned and cleaned the tables very slowly, and if you ask them to clean the table for you, they did it with such faces as if it was not their responsibility. The hotel staff is generally not very friendly (except for the animators)

It's my first time abroad and I didn't make a mistake in choosing a hotel along the way. A decent hotel, the food is very tasty for dinner crabs, crayfish, shrimp, sushi fish every day, a huge selection in the grill area. The restaurant menu is great, very tasty. Ice cream in a package and balls. Own coffee shop on site, pastry shop. Cola, fanta, sprite in glass, packaged juices. A large selection of imported spirits, bottled beer, chips, nuts. The sea, like a tear, is simply magical at the end of May. There is no room cleaning, from the word at all, even the bathroom accessories are not replenished. There is a good water park on the territory, a mini club nearby, children are engaged. The animation is weak, in the evening there is a show with visiting artists. We have been vacationing in Akka Alinda since July 6.
The hotel is good. But the number we received leaves much to be desired. We came to this hotel for the 4th time. The room was given on the ground floor, next to the elevator (noise, respectively), the corridor is a passageway (transition to another building, constant noise). The balcony opens onto huge hoods (they never went out onto the balcony, the door was not opened at night because of the noise).
They refused to change the room upon arrival - they said only the general manager could decide the next day.
I find this attitude towards our guests disgusting.
As it is, the hotel is pleasant, everything has always been fine. But now let's think about whether it's worth coming here again.

So, I'll insert my 5 kopecks :) just arrived with my wife from Akka Alinda! 11 days 350k the cost of the tour. I'll start with the check-in, the reception is Russian-speaking staff, the girls are great!
Arrival at the hotel at 10 am. We checked in at 14.15 ( the hotel is full ! ) we moved into a room on the ground floor overlooking the roof of the dining room , with an open balcony , the noise level was 9.3 dB ( the sound of a passing bus ) from the hood, it was very upsetting and I asked to replace the room (no problem , they said , but come back tomorrow! in the morning I went to change the room , they gave it back on the ground floor with a view of the water park ( OK , I think ! ) As a result, the heat is plus 36, the air conditioner does not work! They called again, saying what the hell?! The master came , spread his hands and said let 's see you tomorrow ! Okay, I think! Tomorrow came, I came back to the reception, I say what about my question? They say let 's replace your number again , okay ! They changed it , they gave it already on the second floor with a view of the restaurant ( it also has its charms ( the smell of food that they say on the grill and a contrasting shower with drops of hot and cold water)) they did not change it . The rooms themselves are generally normal, but the hotel itself is tired and definitely not worth the money.
The food is generally normal, the crowd in the dining room is fierce!! it seemed to me that the choice is not very large ( comparison with other hotels ! ) Alcohol is all there, as Premium Ultra! Cocktails at the bar are lousy !!

To sum up! The rest seemed ambiguous, it seemed like I liked it, but it didn't seem like it, it was most likely because of the very high cost of the voucher (expectation is reality 🤷♂️) would I come back again? Definitely not!
As a note to the hotel, change the mugs! When a waiter brings you tea in such a dish, you want to pour it on his head :)) I have attached a photo ! Also, after cleaning, towels were not brought 4 times, I had to call to bring them, which was terribly annoying ! We will not go to you anymore :)

The most excellent hotel! Cozy, with a small but beautiful territory. Clear sea, pebble beach. Swimming pool, hammam, tennis court, bicycle. Kirish is a pleasant village, with citrus orchards, roosters and wonderful views of Takhtali. The food is varied and it is delicious. Super!!!
We are staying at the hotel in April.
Rooms. We live in a Standard room with a sea view on the 5th floor. The view is gorgeous! The room is small, but very neat, freshly renovated. There is a mini-bar: cola, beer, water, juices, cookies - replenished every day. Cleaning every day, change of towels on request.
Territory. A small, but very cozy, green area with a children's pool and slides is located separately from the main pool and the beach, which is a huge plus for us))
Staff. He is very friendly, tries to please, smiles, always helps in any matter.
Food. They feed you around the clock)) 3 times in the main restaurant, there is a cafe on the beach, by the bar, seine bars, awesome coffee shop😍
Animation. She is unobtrusive, during the day they entertain with volleyball, shooting, aqua aerobics. Live music in the evenings, followed by a disco.
We rested for a week in this hotel, this is the best hotel in which we rested!!!!! The food is very tasty, respect to the chefs. The service is at the highest level!!! The rooms are clean, the whole hotel is clean too! The territory is beautiful, in short, if you are going to relax, this is the best choice!!!!!!!!
This is not the first time I have been staying at this hotel, I really like the territory, the first time is in December. Very comfortable, pleasant animation team! Varied cuisine, everything is delicious! There is something to do, you can play billiards. The rest is great - I advise everyone!
We had a rest in December 2022 and 2023. The most beautiful hotel. A green area. Polite staff. The food is very tasty , the rooms are clean. The pool with slides is heated. There are many shops nearby.

Admittedly, this happened for the first time in fifteen years of visiting Turkey. Of course, we have heard that this has happened to tourists, but we have never encountered it ourselves, because we always choose only decent hotels with good ratings and reviews for our holidays. But about everything in order.
Placement.
We arrived at the hotel around 9-00 and at 13-00 we were already given a family room. So, it's about the same as everywhere else. While the room was being prepared for delivery, things could be put in a special room and already use the hotel's infrastructure.
Number.
We had a two-storey family room. We really liked it: everything we needed was there. The furniture is relatively new, the plumbing is in working condition (without leaks, weak pressures, clogged sewers).
A good view from the window (side sea view) complemented the pleasant impression of the room.
Food.
We only went to the main restaurant, so I can't say anything about a la carte.
At first it seemed that there was not enough food (especially hot at lunch). But, in principle, if you don't aim for a mass set, then it's fine — there is absolutely everything you need. Lots of greens, vegetables, fruits. There are several types of hot indoors, as well as an outdoor grill area where, after standing in line, you can choose fish, chicken, lamb or turkey.
There are always two soups at lunch. It's not a very diverse children's table, but you can always find broccoli there.
Sweets are also present, both in the European version and oriental sweets.
The drinks are quite decent (wine, beer). Seafood was often served for dinner, and in the season (May-June), strawberries were taken out with buckets, and very sweet ones, which the vacationers immediately attacked in hand-to-hand combat.
The disadvantage in the main restaurant is that there are no tables for a large family (more than seven people). I had to move a couple of tables next to each other under the disapproving clacking of waiters.
The service in the restaurant is normal: the waiters did not bother themselves much, as is usual in Turkey, but they also did not openly filly (as it often happens).
The infrastructure of the hotel.
There are various shops, cafes, and a pharmacy on the territory of the hotel, but we did not buy anything there, since there is no point in overpaying.
There are several normal bars on the street with a variety of drinks (who is interested) and quite efficient waiters.
There is also a stage where some kind of program takes place every evening, ending with a disco. It's like everywhere else.
It is worth noting the swimming pools on the territory of the hotel. Actually, this is one pool consisting of several with heated water (in season) and different depths, which is very convenient for children and especially for toddlers.
There are also cool slides on the territory, where an endless queue of children stands in line with cheesecakes. It's very fun there, but the slides work for a limited amount of time — you have to make it.
There is one interesting feature — hiking in the mountains on Thursdays with a guide. This event is organized by the hotel. I need to go to guest communications and make an appointment for next Thursday. At the appointed time, a group of 10-15 people gathers and, under the command of a guide, goes on an organized hike to nearby mountains (with a flag on top). The journey takes about 3 hours. Well, that's great! I recommend testing yourself to those who need it.
Beach.
The beach is large and there should be enough places for everyone, but it is better to go into the sea either to the left of the pier or up the stairs from the pier itself, because to the right of the pier, right in the center, a few meters from the shore, concrete blocks are piled right in the water, about which more than one leg is torn.
Towels are provided near the entrance to the beach. The beach bar is right there, who can't stand it.
Room cleaning and hotel service.
Room cleaning is very decent: at the appointed time they come to clean, change towels, etc.
The guy who serviced the minibar also delivered everything regularly every day, but apparently he forgot about personal hygiene and his presence in the room then reminded him of some time.
Therefore, the service at the hotel is normal, as everywhere else. Without fanaticism.
The reception works very formally: they perform their duties, but without frills. It happened that several times I had to address one issue, which, in the end, was still resolved.
Guest Communications is the best service in the hotel. Especially Victoria, whose role will be discussed later. In this department, the girls solve all the issues that the vacationers address. Well done! She heads the Elif department, which resolves issues as quickly as possible, giving acceleration to all other and not particularly efficient hotel services.
The Pegasus hotel guide is the worst character in 15 years of visiting Turkey. Her name is Elena Maksimova. Her only task is to sell you tours. But if something happens to you (as it happened to us), then there is no trace of it, although it is the responsibility to solve the problems of tourists. But more about it later.
The area outside the hotel.
Across the street from the hotel is an endless and long bazaar with all sorts of hats: souvenirs, shoes, pharmacies, textiles, berries. Of course, clothes are increasingly "brands". But in the evening, after dinner, it's very normal to walk towards Kemer: the heat subsides and it's comfortable to walk.
Well, now about the incident.
Returning to the room one day after the beach before lunch (at about 12:15) We found an open safe. Only I knew the password to the safe and, accordingly, neither my spouse nor my children had access to the safe. And, of course, I closed it. By the way, documents and cash (dollars, euros, rubles) were stored in the safe.
When I saw the open safe, I was stunned, but when I looked in there, I saw that the documents and money were in place. It was my mistake — I didn't count the money.
When we went shopping a couple of days later, I discovered that no less than 700 dollars and 200 euros were missing. Nobody took the rubles. I thought I was mistaken, but after counting the money several times, I was convinced that the specified amounts were missing.
To say that we are fucked up is to say nothing. The money was set aside to buy clothes for three children, and something for themselves.
We immediately contacted our travel agent in St. Petersburg. She said that it was necessary to notify the hotel management and the hotel guide about this incident and call the police.
We contacted the previously mentioned Elena Maximova (hotel guide) and she also confirmed that we need to notify the hotel and the police.
We reported the theft to the hotel management and they called the police. After a while, a criminologist arrived with a task force. They interviewed me and my family members under the protocol and took fingerprints from the safe, bills and nearby objects.
Next, it was necessary to go to the police for questioning on the merits. The guest relations department said that a hotel guide should accompany us to the police as an interpreter. But when we contacted her, she said that she would not do this and that the hotel should allocate someone as an interpreter (correspondence with the guide was saved and transferred to Pegasus Touristic).
The hotel was simply stunned by such impudence of the Pegasus guide, but there is nothing to do and the previously mentioned Victoria went to the police as an interpreter with us. By the way, it was Friday night.
The police station was located in the center of Kemer. Almost immediately we got to the investigator, who recorded everything in great detail during the interrogation, drew up a protocol and said that according to the results of the investigation, which will last about one calendar month, I will be notified through the consulate of the Russian Federation. It should be noted that during the interrogation, I pointed out a number of details that it would make sense to pay attention to and which would significantly speed up the investigation and, as a result, find the perpetrator. You can't drink away the old experience...

As a result, on the day of our departure from the hotel, several policemen arrived specifically to meet with us in order to assure us that, despite our departure home, the investigation will definitely continue and I will be informed of its results. In response, I said that the goal is to find the criminal, who is an employee of the hotel, because the presence of this person casts a serious shadow on the prestige of this hotel. Both the police and the hotel management agreed with me, of course, etc., etc.
Next, we met with the general manager of the hotel, where we talked about the same thing for the hundredth time and I asked him if the hotel would like to compensate for the above damage in some way. The answer was: let's wait for the results from the police.
The only thing the hotel did for us in connection with this incident was not to take payment for three hours of stay in the room on the day of departure after the estimated time. Thank you.
As a result, I honestly waited a month, a month and a half and two, but no one notified me about anything. Of course, during this time, I periodically inquired about the results of the investigation from the guest communications department (since the police said that they would also report the results to the hotel), but the answer was always about the same: there is no news from the police; as soon as there is news, we will immediately inform you, our dear Vladimir!
Finally realizing that there would be no results, I informed the hotel that I was forced to write this review about the hotel, as well as notify the professional travel community of the CIS countries through other communication channels about a similar incident at the Akka Alinda hotel.
I understand perfectly well that no one will return the stolen funds to me. I just really wanted the culprit/cov to be found and they would definitely be punished as they deserved.
We also hoped, of course, that the management of the Akka Alinda hotel would show loyalty not in words, but in deeds to tourists who had such an event under the roof of their hotel, and if they did not fully compensate for the stolen funds, then at least in some other way they would compensate for the lost. But these hopes were not destined to come true.
I urge you, reading this review, to think a few times before going to this hotel. If (God forbid) something like this happens to you within its walls, you will be left alone with your problem. The hotel will not meet you in any way, the hotel guide will dismiss you and you do not have to count on the police — after all, this did not happen to Turkish citizens, what is there?
I appeal to the management of the Akka Alinda hotel: I will definitely leave this review on English-language resources so that citizens of other countries will learn about this incident.
Kemer, Kirish district is a heavenly place. Once you arrive, you fall in love with it, and the hotel becomes your favorite hotel that you want to return to. . A chamber hotel, for a relaxing family holiday. The hotel has many advantages: Cleanliness at the highest level, children's animation is the best thing I've ever seen. The variety of food in the restaurant and bars is beyond praise.
Very nice hotel! Polite staff! It's clear! The food is very tasty! There is a Preto cafe on site, where they make wonderful coffee! Very responsive girls are sitting in the guest relations department (opposite the reception)! Many interesting events are organized by the animators. I've ridden bikes several times and joined trekking on two different routes. Walking in the mountains is not easy, some people get tired and come back, but it was easy for me. And there are gorgeous views. Jamil (animator, guide, coach), who conducts trekking and cycling, is a very friendly and polite guy. He can tell you a lot of interesting things if you understand English. The hotel has swimming pools and a water park with cool slides, which will be fun even for adults. There is a sauna, hammam, massages, but I did not use them, as I am not a fan of this.
Kemer is five kilometers away from the hotel. I went there once. I took the bus (stop at the hotel), and returned on foot, admiring the beauty around.
I bought the ticket very quickly and unexpectedly, I bought it on the advice of a travel agent. Then I read that the hotel was in the village, and I was very upset. But when I arrived, I realized that this is a wonderful place. I've never regretted it. The sea, the mountains, the pines all around. The air is clean and transparent. It's easy to breathe. I had a very good rest and gained strength. I think I'll come again in spring or autumn (I don't like the heat).
I recommend it to everyone. It will also be convenient with the kids here, everything is provided for them here.
A good hotel in the off season. We go to the chain of these hotels for school holidays in the spring. Everything is fine. Good slides for children and most importantly heated. There is something to do outside the hotel. There are gingerbread cookies for regular customers.
