I don't know about other people, but it specifically confuses me that there are more flies than people at breakfasts, lunches and dinners, you feel like you're in the cafeteria of some shabby university, horror! they fly through food, containers with food, it's completely unsanitary, as in general this place has 5 stars!! Tell me, please, where is the administration looking? We love to play volleyball with the whole family, but why are the conditions so terrible? The site is not fenced in any way, it has not been cleaned, it's just trash, and also the attitude of the employees is just a nightmare - when they decide to do a kind of cleaning, they just kicked people off the site... Please do not treat your customers like that - these are the people who paid you money!!!

The hotel is magnificent!! The room is clean, beautiful, cozy, everything is as our family loves. I must say right away, we were traveling with relatives. They liked everything too!! The food is delicious, everything is very fresh and delicious!!)))) The water in the pools is very warm (as we love :)), I just didn't want to get out of there)). The beach is not far away at all. Very close! You can see it right from the window!! We will definitely go again :). I recommend it to everyone!)))

My family and I had a rest (5 people), the tour was arranged by anex tour, Azur.airs airline (they do not feed on board).
The hotel is located in a gorgeous place, it "breathes" here, we took a room with a sea view, this view is enough to feel happy, it's really great to wake up in the morning, watch the dawn, it's better to try it yourself, words cannot describe.
The 5-star hotel, only, somehow looks a little old, and this is observed everywhere. Everything is neat. it's clean, just a little old (I decided to study a little).
It is very clean, cozy in the room, the bathroom set is updated every day, bedding is changed every day if desired, there are no restrictions on this.
The hair dryer in the bathroom is a little old, it works for a maximum of 70-80 seconds, it heats up, turns off, you have to wait a little when it cools down.
The mini-bar is replenished every day (cola, fanta, sprite, liter drinking water, soda).
There is an electric kettle, tea bags, coffee (3 in 1), sugar, if desired, you can drink tea.
We have specially chosen those days for recreation in which we celebrate the birthdays of my wife, son and daughter, yes, they were born for 7 days in March, March is a special month for our family.
On birthdays, they can bring a fruit plate to the room, on the wife's birthday they also brought red wine, a trifle, but it's nice.
There is a lot of food and drinks, really a lot, but I didn't see anything premium in all this. The kitchen is quite monotonous, for lunch and dinner they serve almost the same range of food (side dishes, first, second, desserts, drinks).
The staff in the main restaurant is polite, they work well, but there are a lot of people, 80% of the guests are families with children.
A few words about the contingent of guests. It seems that the hotel is specifically focused on Russian-speaking tourists, those who all speak Russian (at least). The majority of tourists are guests from the Russian Federation.
The territory of the hotel is very pleasing, everything is clean, neat, insanely beautiful. There is a tennis court, a mini football field, a playground, mini clubs for active recreation of children, children really like it there.
There is also an opportunity to drink Turkish coffee, lattes, tea, hot chocolate, alcoholic beverages, various juices, lemonades, etc., everything can be tasted in unlimited quantities.
The pools on the territory of the hotel are provided for everyone, i.e., the depth of the pools starts from 40 cm to 140 cm, the pools are clean, water samples are taken daily (I personally witnessed this procedure) for various infections, hazards, etc. The staff constantly revolve around the pool, ensure cleanliness. There is a water park, children really like it.
On the territory of the hotel, closer to the beach, you can try gyuzlyeme (kutabs), they are really very tasty.
Inside the hotel there is a Turkish hammam, a Finnish sauna, a steam room, a relaxation area, an indoor pool, a Jacuzzi, everything is OK in the SPA area.
In the evening hours, live music every other day, karaoke several times a week, dancing fields, fun.
There was a small negative episode, I did not focus on it, however, the sediment remained.
One evening, Guduz (a very cool, positive hotel employee) came up to me, decided to ask if everything was okay (I speak Turkish fluently, that's why we communicated in Gunduz's native language), then I had to tell him about that unpleasant episode, he was surprised and upset that he one of the reception staff could afford it, promised that he would discuss everything with the management. The next day, Ergin bay came up to me at the reception, discussed everything, offered to resolve the situation, gave my daughter a birthday cake, and dispersed peacefully. Conclusion: If someone somehow allowed themselves to behave incorrectly, even in their views, it is definitely worth talking about it, since they receive a PO for our money, they are obliged to serve guests at a high level.
A few words about the anex tour staff. You should not listen to everything that concerns all sorts of different tours, trips outside your hotel (if you do not want it yourself), they also offer shopping services, like they have connections there, and everything will be significantly cheaper, in fact it will turn out as always. They offer their services too obsessively, even on the bus, while driving from the airport to the hotel, the driver offers a coke or sprite for $ 1.

The number, of course, was not given immediately after 2, there was no number, at three they somehow got there and then the floor... tatam... I've never seen this in my life, despite the fact that akka is not a cheap 5ka...Dear mom, I'm attaching a photo. The maid came to make the bed, I show her that the floor is dirty, she pretends not to see at all. The phone is not working. They're fixing it well.... You spend the whole day trying to sort things out. The rest has just begun, and already all these impressions are spoiled. Conclusion:for this money, you should not go here, choose another hotel where they pay attention to you, and they will not spoil the impression with their attitude. If the administration is suddenly interested, they settled us in room 1024. It's not the tourists' fault that you have problems in the service. Food 5,territory 5

It took a long time to decide where to go and, according to reviews, they chose Akka Antedon and regretted it right from the moment of arrival, the reception staff was terrible, they trembled terribly to all requests and questions. We meet such rudeness for the first time in a 5-star hotel. Further more interesting, the room is terribly cleaned, the furniture is so old that after opening it did not close back, I had to call a repairman. The restaurant looks like a large dining room with a bunch of people looking for a place to sit, the waiters had to constantly run around looking for people to pour wine, then they got the hang of it and poured themselves. In general, it seemed that it was easier to do everything yourself than to wait for the staff. The only place where they worked well was a coffee shop, where the guys were spinning like clockwork, and the rest were clearly strained by tourists and from the second week new waiters appeared, apparently they made an additional set, since everyone complained, but they recruited young and stupid schoolchildren and this did not solve the situation. Of course, a lot of food was purchased, we have not seen so many varieties of fish anywhere, but they do not know how to cook it, three types of grilled fish are absolutely tasteless. Squid is rubbery, like crayfish. You either need to take an additional fish specialist cook and not spend so much money and fish products. Meat is better, vegetables are good too. The children's menu is just creepy. Every day there is the same vermicelli soup that becomes snot as the vermicelli stands. They would just cook a delicious boule so that they could add porridge themselves. The child lost 10% of his weight in 2 weeks, in short, it was just terrible, I had to go to McDonald's to feed him at least something. We went to the kids' club twice and got sick, but we apparently had the virus, and many children caught rotavirus in the pool and were taken away by ambulance on a drip. The eldest son also got sick after the pool. To sum up the sad result, the rest is ruined because we chose this hotel. It was good - the territory, the sea and the mountains. The service is bad, the food is bad, the sanitation is a bunch of infections. We were really looking forward to returning home . We will never come to Akka Antedon again!!! Perhaps once the hotel was good, but now it is old and with poor staff, they are probably poorly paid and they hate tourists. The sea and the mountains are of course excellent. I can also mention a large selection of alcohol, but I think good alcohol is not worth a spoiled vacation!

We had a vacation with my wife in the period from March 8 to March 18, 2021. Everything is very decent, good well-groomed territory, hammam, heated pool, nice rooms, water park, staff-everything is at a decent level!!There are cool sun beds on the beach, very soft towels, a decent gym with a set of exercise equipment!Special thanks to the waiters!!During the pandemic, they had more work to do!Special thanks to the waiter Hassan Karakoun, who most often serves my wife and me!!Well done, thanks to him!We also thank animators Hussein and Emmanuel, good, funny and positive guys.If there is an opportunity, we will fly again!One inconvenience we encountered at the hotel was low noise insulation and overpopulation, which was especially annoying for numerous (to put it mildly!) mothers with children.

We chose this hotel on the advice of friends. They went to Akka Alinda twice and were delighted both times. We recommended to relax in Antedon, as the service is at the same level, the differences are only in the hotel territory, Antedon is an order of magnitude larger. And we did not regret our decision and choice. We have been resting here since 19.09. 2021. A few more days of comfortable rest. The main advantage here is the food, it is more diverse than ever, there is something to compare with in previous "all inclusive" in other hotels. The fish is incredibly delicious, snacks, steaks, desserts, pasta, cheeses, vegetables, lemon ice cream just clouded my mind))There are no queues for food, you will always find a free table, a chaise longue by the sea and by the pool. The room is cleaned daily and linen is changed daily, as well as towels. Evening programs! Strong drinks, cocktails, etc., daytime entertainment for every taste, water slides! The mini bar is updated daily. Thank you for the attitude, comfort, cleanliness and special thanks for the antique furniture in the hotel building.

We had a rest at Akka Antendon at the end of July, it turned out to be a great vacation. The climate is comfortable due to the proximity of the mountains and the sea, it is not so hot at +40 degrees. There are several restaurants, a coffee shop and a snack bar on the territory of this hotel, you will not stay hungry))) A large and clean swimming pool, it's noisy and fun during the day thanks to the animators. Guest Relay is trying to solve the problems, but there were a couple of misunderstandings. The room is spacious, cleaned well for tips (as in all hotels). We went to Gunyuk Canyon from the hotel, a little extreme)))
We will return to this hotel next year!
