I applied to this organization based on positive reviews on the Internet, the problem was in the form of a recessed honor 9x lite phone. I handed over the phone, they said they would call me in 3-5 days. They forgot to notify me about the readiness (it was the same thing the next few times), so I had to call myself. I took the phone away, I didn't see anything criminal at the reception. Later, I noticed that the phone was smeared with glue /sealant, the phone frame was damaged, the back cover was bent, debris appeared under the camera lens, and the display module was as cheap as possible, which was crookedly glued and, attention, NOT GLUED completely! Yes, there were small gaps between the display and the phone frame. After literally 20-30 minutes, artifacts began to appear on the display, the sensor spontaneously triggered, and it happened that the picture became static. With these shortcomings, I returned the phone to the service for the second time. After the second repair, I was not notified about the readiness of the phone again. This time, the phone was glued AGAIN, pressed and blinked spontaneously, but these defects appeared less often. The display was still poorly glued. I was told by the glue, sealant and the curve of the glued frame that it was a "small joint". After two previous repairs, I handed over the phone again under warranty, they promised me that a new module would arrive, we would paste it in and everything would be great, so I decided to hand over the phone for the third and last time. The new module traveled for about ten days, when initially the deadlines were around two days. Yes, as a result, they fixed it, pasted a more or less normal module. But, glue joints, debris in the lens, sealant, bent back cover - all this remains. In general, the phone works, but there are big questions about the service, the accuracy of the work, as well as the timing - they promised to fix the phone in one time, but the repair lasted almost a month.
Yes, they initially said that they might not fix it, but why spoil the exterior of the phone? I understand that it costs 500 rubles, but if it was a 12 pro max? S21? Is this really normal? I will not contact this organization anymore, I think that "in garages" will do better.
