I was delighted with my stay at this hotel! When booking a room, I was given free access to the water park, which was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed the water slides and relaxation pools without spending extra money.
Breakfast was included in the room rate and it was simply delicious! A large selection of dishes, fresh pies) and fragrant coffee created a great mood for the whole day.
My room was neat and warm, with a cozy bed and everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, I was pleased with the compliment from the hotel - a bottle of water in the room, which was very convenient.
The general service at the hotel was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful. I was satisfied with my stay and will definitely come back here again!

Beginning of June 2023. The rooms are super! Large, clean, daily cleaning. The staff is polite. The restaurant is expensive, but clean and tasty, 20% discount for residents. The price includes a visit to the water park. The Water Park itself is not bad for children, but the pools are too small for adults. The children's club "Rainbow", which is included in the price of the hotel, is not very interesting. It is not suitable for children over 8 years old. A big minus is the lack of its own territory and Windows on the embankment (noisy). The beach is small, it is normal out of season, there will not be enough space in the season

I was vacationing in this hotel and I did not meet such a boorish attitude and disrespect for the guests. At the reception, the administrators show with their whole appearance that they are not very happy with the guests. It feels like unexpected guests have arrived at their home. They weren't taught to say hello either.There is no air conditioning in the room, there is an old fan that cannot cope with cooling in the heat of 30 degrees. There is no light on the stairs at night.I do not recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days, paid for 3-bed accommodation.
The room is nice, comfortable bed, clean bed linen. The third adult had to sleep on a small armchair in the bed, which is very uncomfortable to sleep on. They didn't bring a pillow for the chair! I had to give one away from the big bed. Bed linen on the armchair yourself! There are no shower facilities in the shower, only soap is poured into the dispenser, to which we had a terrible allergic reaction.
Bathrobes and slippers must be purchased for an additional fee! There is no kettle in the room, there is also no cooler on the floor! Upon check-in, -1 rpz is given 0.5 water per person, then you need to buy, no matter how many days you live.
The breakfasts are good, the staff is polite.
I'll probably look for another hotel next time. It is better to pay for a water park and live in a room with bathrobes, shower accessories and a good sleeping place for an adult child.

Hello, I'm giving a really low review, because of the hotel's policy. I visited this hotel in 2018, and then I really liked it, a big plus is that the cost of the water park is included in the price of arrival. The water park is probably the best in terms of the number of people, slides.
In May 2024, we decided to go for a walk around Minsk again, go to the Water Park and stay at this hotel.
In March 24 we booked a suite, as there are 4 of us (two children and two adults), without payment. The day before arrival, we were informed that the price of our room had increased by 12000 rubles, for 3 nights and 2 days.But since I was already ready, we accepted the price and went. Arriving at the hotel, they asked how it happened, they did not answer anything intelligible, like wait for the administrator, decide with him. The girls at the reception are never friendly. The solution that was proposed was to go through the SPA in the water park.
Breakfast for 3. Sausages and chicken wings made of meat. Macaroni and potato amlet. You can't call it a buffet.
There was cool water in the shower in the Suite room. As I understood the peculiarity of this number.
The cherry of this trip turned out to be the story of the departure, I waited 15-20 minutes to check the room, after which there was a verdict, there is not one coffee mug. In a bad tone, they said to pay, in response, I said that I would give them a fair review, to which they replied that they would find it later.
The fish rots from the head, as I understand it, they decided not to earn for everyone, without improving the service. I previously recommended this hotel to all my friends/colleagues, until I went this time. You can't do business like that. Review the Soviet film "the queen of the gas station" and the approach to people may change. I'll give you two stars, and that's just for the water park.

We were on a weekday, the queue was only for the best slide, but it seems to me that it is not worthy of such a queue because it is not scary at all, the scariest slides were in the open part of the water park. A three-star hotel deserves three stars. Everything is very modest. Behind a rather beautiful facade, everything is more than modest. I came to Minsk traveling from Moscow via Pskov, so that's what surprised me that the hotels in Pskov are just mega cool (and I stayed in three and I have something to compare with) unlike Minsk, they are cheaper by about 1000 rubles. at the same time, they are a star bigger and super interior, service, and breakfast is just a bomb really restaurant cooking (by the way, Moscow would like to learn from this). The result of the trip - it was possible not to go further than Pskov. R. S. This hotel has an aqua park, so take swimming trunks, though the aqua park is for an amateur.

We checked into this hotel yesterday. The hotel is not bad, quite fresh. The rooms lack a kettle, mosquito nets on the windows, shampoos and other accessories in the bathroom (there is only soap), there is no minibar.
Everything would be fine if we, having walked around the beautiful Minsk and having bought up in the water park, did not come as a family for dinner at 21:30 at the hotel restaurant. This institution is open until 23. We were met by a completely unfriendly waiter, who immediately stated that the dishes would have to wait 40 minutes. A strange greeting, we thought, but after looking around the hall and seeing only 2 tables occupied by guests, we decided that we should not pay attention to this. We ordered 2 salads and 3 hot ones (one of them is macaroni and cheese for my daughter). Salads and drinks were brought quickly enough, but there were really some problems with the hot one. They brought it about an hour later (and this with an empty hall). And almost immediately an unfriendly waiter comes and demands to pay off. I almost choked on such insolence. Well, OK, we paid. We are already chewing more actively. At 22:58, as it turned out later, the administrator of this institution, in outerwear, goes behind the bar, takes the remote control and turns off the TV, which we watched out of the corner of our eyes. If they had not made comments that such a "customer orientation" does not make them beautiful, then perhaps the lights in the hall would have been turned off further. Andminsha said that she was on a shift, she didn't care if we ate or not, and in general they warned you.
So we'll stay at the hotel for a couple of nights, but we won't have dinner there, that's for sure
Upon returning to the room, we were unpleasantly surprised by the repair of all the elevators at once and had to walk up to the last floor. And also at night, for some reason, there was no hot or cold water

We visit this hotel with our family for the 2nd time. The first one left a pleasant impression.
Therefore, we decided this year to repeat our stay in Aquaminsk for the May holidays with the opportunity to visit the Water Park unlimited. We booked the room back in January. Before the trip, we checked the reservation, where the check-in payment was marked (when there was no other type of payment).
2 days before check-in, when the suitcases are already packed, we received a clarifying letter from the hotel, whether our reservation is relevant to us. To which we confirmed it with the remark that we would arrive after 18.00.
And then there were very interesting commercial tricks: it turns out that the hotel had (as it turned out in March) re-pricing and now our booking costs 30% more!
The first wish was to cancel everything. But when you promised the children, you're trapped. It is clear that 2 days before the May holidays you will not find any alternative....
Yes, the trip took place. Minsk is beautiful. Both children and adults are delighted with the Water Park. But the sediment remained.
It was disappointing that the hotel did not consider it necessary to inform the guests who booked without prepayment about the change of tariffs before changing prices.
The hotel itself is not bad. The cleaning is mediocre, but there is.Also, if you book a two-room family room (which includes accommodation for 3 adults and one child (3-9), be prepared to pay 25byn (per day) for a set of linen, or take your own with you.
It's because of these "deceptions" that you pay for it, pay extra for it.... there was a feeling of inhospitality..... And profiteering!
There is a business, but there is NO service!
Next time we will give preference to apartments or other hotels with the best service, which are enough in the chic city of Minsk! And just go to the Water Park once (which is, please, the only trump card of this place).
P.S.: if you have reservations for busy days and high season, check in advance about the final price of accommodation or write a letter to be billed so that the reservation is guaranteed!!!!

A clean hotel, but such a price implies a level of service.
There are no cleaning supplies from the word at all, bathrobes and slippers are from the realm of fantasy and this is if there is a water park nearby. The service at the bar is very slow, although the price is again not childish.

I'll give you 5 points in advance. For a city of 2 million people, there is a bombastic aqua complex. Huge Parking, convenient check-in from the MKAD. Inside, as for the slides: decent high-speed tracks, an adrenaline rush is provided. A large area of swimming pools.
In my opinion, there are disadvantages:
1. The locker room is very small lockers and judging by the numbering there are more than 3 thousand of them. If they were twice as big. It would be much more convenient for visitors. The shower area is too small for the number of lockers and parking space.
2. I really didn't like the thermal zone. Firstly, the scale (not large). We were on a day off, there were a lot of guests. The thermal baths do not gain the desired temperature regime, as guests are constantly cruising. The hammam didn't work at all, and the smell of urine in it is a separate topic. There is an infographic on the doors of all the baths (do not pour water, etc.), but some guests bring containers with them and pour water, consumer terrorism.

I do not recommend going to the aqua Minsk hotel when we lived in a room with cobwebs on the ceiling, almost all the table lamps did not work and the batteries were bitten in the TV remote control when we contacted the staff with these problems, they told us "well, the light bulbs were broken" And did nothing.

We had a rest with my husband from 08.09.23 to 16.09.23. The hotel is not big, the staff is young and polite. The price included breakfast and a visit to the Lebyazhy water park all day (you can go out and in as many times a day as you want). The room has water only upon check-in, there is no air conditioning, but there is a fan. There is only soap in the shower, 6 towels (for two). The room is not big, clean. The breakfasts are varied, everything is very tasty. A ticket to the spa area can be purchased at the water park for an additional cost. The ticket price for one is 28 Belarusian rubles (ours turns out to be 952 rubles), but if you leave the water park, you will not get to the spa anymore, you need to buy a ticket again, i.e. the system of visiting the whole day as in the water park does not work here. In the spa, you can steam in the baths (very important when the weather is cold)(7 different baths) + a pool with hydromassage +a font. There are more hydro-massage rooms in the aqua zone (water park) than in the spa. When visiting the water park, take your own towels, or rent one (one towel costs 3 Belarusian rubles (our 102), towels cannot be taken from the rooms). There is a large park around the hotel, there is a Playground, mini golf. The only drawbacks are that there is not a single cafe or restaurant nearby (except for the restaurant at the hotel) or a store. To get to cafes, restaurants, or shops, you need to take a taxi or a bus. If the hotel had half board, it would be much more convenient.

It's not worth 3 ⭐️..The room is nothing, a towel with a hole..There is a very long wait in the restaurant. At lunch, we waited for soup and steak for an hour. We stayed at this hotel from 24 to 26 November 2023.Of the advantages:new furniture in the rooms, more or less fresh renovation, Parking and a good location.
Minuses:the absolute absence of noise insulation (you can hear both what is happening in the corridor and in the next room), the TV is not working.Breakfasts , costing 750 rubles, pull a maximum of the dining room .The choice is meager:omelet, sausages, cucumbers, porridge.Everything is cold, there are bones in the sausages.And the most interesting thing:plastic spoons in this hotel are reusable!they are washed and put by the guest again and again.There is nothing in the room, slippers cannot be bought, they simply do not exist, and bathrobes are available for rent.
Perhaps the water park will meet your expectations, but unfortunately we didn't have time to visit it.

At the end of April, there was a tariff with breakfast, a water park and thermal baths.
The hotel and rooms are very tired: shabby walls, traces of other guests, all mattresses are in poor condition, washed out, you roll off them. We were in several rooms. The beds are either mesh or plywood. Upon check-in, the frequency of bed linen change was specified once every three days. We were 4. The linen was never changed. When contacting the reception, the girl rudely said "why are you sure you didn't change, you changed everything." The dialogue didn't work out at all. When we were evicted, we were already told different information: once every five days. Room cleaning is mediocre.
Upon check-out, the maid accepts the room according to the configuration, it takes some time. If something is missing, then you will pay compensation. The water in the room is complementary only upon check-in.
Breakfast in general, you can find something to eat: omelette, sausages, sausages, potatoes, pasta, buckwheat, cabbage salad, beet salad, oatmeal porridge, strange pancakes, yogurt, cereals, tea and coffee.
Aquapark: very tired, rust on metal structures, mold on the seams in the showers and aquazone. Several hydro massage devices. Good slides, rental of towels and bathrobes. Take your slippers with you. Try to guess the hours of the minimum number of people. On Saturday, several buses are brought to the water park in groups around 11 o'clock.
Thermal baths: there are a lot of people, they sell alcohol in the bar, you can steam up with fumes.
Conclusion: there will be no desire to return anymore, you feel not like a guest, but obliged to all the staff for coming at all.

This is the worst hotel I've ever met for that kind of money. There is no air conditioning in the standard rooms, you will be kindly provided with a curved fan. Half of the outlets are not in working condition. The mattress in the room is just hell, hard that you feel the springs on your back, so it was also broken and you roll off it to the left side - the main thing was to survive the night. A family of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children-5 and 10 years old) had a rest at the end of October this year. We chose a Bungalow housing option. It was possible to choose a two-room suite, but there is a bed for a couple and a place for 1 child. The second is additional. Plus there is no kettle, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Also for smokers -a bungalow is an ideal option. Of course, you can't smoke inside, but I went outside, there's a bench and a trash can. The bungalow is a separate cottage with a super layout. 2 entrance doors (key and card for the functioning of the house). The floor in the whole house is covered with carpet, and of high quality. It's nice to walk. The first floor is a huge living room with a large corner sofa, a cool armchair, a low large comfortable table. Opposite there is a TV on the wall and a lot of storage cabinets. Next to the dining area with a round table and, in my opinion, 6 chairs. Everything is very good and of high quality. Kitchen:countertop,sink, refrigerator,microwave,dishes. There is a bar counter with bar stools. There is a stove, but it does not work intentionally, for safety reasons. Here, on the 1st floor, the toilet with a washbasin is spacious (i.e. there is paper).Oh, yes, a huge panoramic window almost the entire wall with a height of 2 floors. The same curtains are huge and super high quality. The door to the terrace. Stairs to the 2nd floor. (The only surface where there is no carpet). 2nd floor 2 bedrooms are gorgeous. As well as bed linen-snow-white and very high quality. A double bed in an adult bedroom is probably 2*2. Soft headrest, super mattress. 4 pillows. The bedspread is also of the highest quality. 2 hanging bedside tables . There are lamps right there. The TV is on the wall. A desk, a wardrobe with a mirror, in which there is a spare blanket, although the main one is enough (the quality of the blanket is a bomb). 2 white terry dressing gowns. Fat. I have never met such a quality. It is very interesting to find out where the hotel buys it all. Air conditioning (they are available throughout the house). All over the house and batteries , with regulators .
In the bedroom there is a round table and 2 armchairs. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Wide, the quality of bedding and the rest is also the same as everywhere else. Table,2 closets, with spare blankets. A phone from where you can call the reception and the bar. (There is also a telephone on the 1st floor). Another huge room is a bathroom and toilet. Underfloor heating. A large coil, several large hangers,a countertop with 2 sinks, there is soap. The mirror is cool, with a backlight. There are a lot of towels, I didn't count them. Also snow-white, thick and high-quality. Toilet, bidet,bathroom with glass or plastic transparent doors. A window on the street with blinds. Tile bomb.
In general, there were 4+ in Turkey, the conditions were not even close. Straight very very)))).
The maids are very friendly.

We chose a hotel to go to the water park several times a day. At this rate, it is possible. Since the water park is basically cold. The water in the main pool over the entire area is clearly not 28. 24 maybe, maybe 25. It's warm in the nursery. But due to purges from all sides, you can't stand more than an hour. An hour-and run under a hot shower to warm up. The jukes saved a little. Those who don't like roller coasters quickly get cold. And those who are on the slides, do not have time to cool down and they are normal. Therefore, 2 hours in the water park, then a snack, to the hotel, on an excursion or somewhere else, after lunch again the water park for a couple of hours. Then the city or the hotel again. In the evening, before closing, the water park again. This is a huge plus of the hotel that you can go in and out several times.
About the hotel restaurant-we were in Minsk for 3 days. Of all the cheap canteens, cafes that were found on the Internet - here are the most budget prices. In particular, the children's menu. Very creatively designed dishes and delicious. Therefore, they ordered both children and adults from the children's menu. The amount of the check for four at lunch, with ice cream -43 rubles. (Again, everything was from the children's menu, except ice cream and salad).
We will definitely come again.
A big wish of the hotel administration-please make 2 bedrooms in a two-room suite, not a bedroom and a living room. Then a family of 4 people can safely settle here. After all, we have mostly large families in our country. And one family to rent 2 rooms is somehow not very much. And a kettle with a microwave should also be in the suite. After all, everyone has children. Let the price for the room be slightly higher, but this convenience is important.
In general, not 3 stars, but all 5 I would give to this hotel.
By the way, you can drive up to the bungalow in your car and leave it there.
Wish people - take more towels with you if you plan to visit the water park several times a day. You can't take hotel rooms with you.

I took the hotel because it is with a water park, but I visited it 1 time, it was very cold for us, at a temperature of 24 outside, the smell of live chlorine. The food at the hotel amazed me! In the evening we waited for dumplings for an hour and they were brought cold and boiled, the children's menu was edible and beautiful! And the next day everything turned out to be delicious, fast and beautiful! They say it depends on the cook! It's a pity that such a contrast! There was no air conditioning in the rooms. I have never seen a worse hotel in Minsk!
Immediately upon arrival, my sister's room rate increased by 90₽ (2500₽), which we were very long and hard to prove that she had been warned! (After a long time and a completely different admin, he found that they sent a message to telegram, my sister does not use it, which means she did not see it!)
My cost remained the same, since my phone number was not found. If we had been warned, we would have changed the hotel, which we had to do!!! 500₽ (14000₽) this hotel was not worth anything! (Breakfast and water park included) maybe all the money goes to the water park🤣

We booked the Aqua Minsk hotel from home (via the official website), the manager called back, clarified everything, answered my questions in detail, and there were quite a few of them, since we were traveling with a small child of 1.10 months. I was interested in questions about the microwave, refrigerator and baby cot. All this is available at the hotel! Upon check-in, we issued the documents and went up to the room. Everything is very clean, beautiful (although the hotel is 3 stars) white satin stripe linen, white terry towels, and a baby cot with bedding was also provided. A hairdryer, a refrigerator, a TV are all in the room. Each guest has a bottle of still water. Breakfast (buffet) was included in the room ratethe choice is huge, everything is delicious and fresh. You can have lunch and dinner with this breakfast))salads, porridge, omelette, sausages, cheese, sausage, chicken sausages, pasta, stewed potatoes, tea, coffee, biscuits, biscuits. An unlimited trip to the water park was also included in the room rate. Spa for an additional fee. Only positive emotions remained from this trip, we will return here again.
