The price does NOT match the quality.
The price is definitely too high for the "fu" service.
We had a bungalow, the price was 700bun per day. Very few!
It started with the fact that check-in starts at 15.00. And no one will be able to apply for documents earlier (although you can apply earlier all over the world, just the card is activated from a certain time and you can enter the room from a certain time)
Here "mom said a can of milk" = check-in from 15.00
Well, okay!
We arrived at 15.00 , and the queue at the reception is already on the street. And the receptionist girl proudly informed me that they have 100 guests to check in. And there are only two people serving!
People with children, tired of standing..Why?! Well, these are the rules ! And no one is interested in where you came from, how long you drove, and so on.
Further, if you do not have an origin for children, no one will settle them. And it doesn't matter that you've stayed here before, it doesn't matter that you have a photo of your birth certificate on your phone and you can send them. No, that's it! "Mom said a can of milk " = well, the same rules! And it doesn't matter what your circumstances are!
I remind you the price is 700bun per day
And the reservation cannot be canceled, the fine is 100% Carl, 100% fine!!!
For your money they wipe their feet on you!
Two stars for the water park!
Conclusion it is easier to check into a nearby hotel with a much lower price tag and just go to the water park than to overpay for the "fu" service!

Overall, it is comfortable, the room is clean and cozy. The towels are fluffy.
One of the disadvantages is the cobwebs on the windows in the hallway.
The usual but delicious breakfast food. Everything is very conveniently arranged. The staff is polite and friendly. Well-maintained area around the hotel. There are beautiful paintings in the hall.

July 24th year. We visited the hotel and the water park with my girls. The check-in was disgusting, there was a huge queue and an hour of wasted time in the queue... There was no air conditioning in the room... It's a little dirty... We went to have lunch on the menu, a very poor choice for a restaurant... Surprisingly, re liked the buffet breakfast.

I visited this water park for the first time. If we compare it with Russian ones, then Lebyazhye certainly has cleaner and adequate visitors. No one fills the stoves like in Russia , everyone is steaming calmly and having fun. The water was a little cold in the large pool, and the Jacuzzi was pleasantly pleased.
In the spa area, I did not have enough light in the steam rooms and near the pool, in my opinion, I need to make that part brighter.
In general, it is quite a good place to "soak" after working days.

A very good water park with a large aqua zone, where everyone will find entertainment to their liking.
There is an aqua bar and fast food with quite reasonable prices and decent quality.
However, it is very often overloaded, the number of visitors is not regulated by the administration, everyone is allowed to start, as a result, this leads to the fact that you can stand in line for 20-30 minutes on the slide.
From personal experience, it is much better to visit the water park in the first two hours after opening and in the last two hours before closing.
But there are many questions about the hotel:
1) During the four days of stay, the towels were changed only once and then after an outrage at the reception.
2) When checking in, the blanket on the bed was not made, I had to suffer myself in the evening.
To the question "what is it?", the administrator politely replied "The decision of the management".
3) Bed linen and towels are very worn, with disheveled edges and sticking threads.
4) It seemed that for 4 days the room was not cleaned once, only the garbage was taken out.
5) For some reason, the maid arbitrarily took away a duplicate key card.
6) There is no air conditioner.
7) The restaurant and lobby bar are simply with extortionate prices and questionable quality.
8) At the time of check-in, there is just a giant queue at the reception.

It was our best vacation ever. The hotel is excellent, clean and cozy. The breakfast is delicious, a lot, varied. We ate our fill. The water park is large, clean, the water does not smell of chlorine. There is a lifeguard on duty at each pool. I advise everyone to visit the Lebyazhy Water Park at least once.

We come to the Water Park from Gomel 2 times a year. The rooms are always clean, no spiders have ever been seen, the buffet is of high quality - I judge by myself, I have long-standing stomach problems and he determines poor-quality food right away, so it's never been bad, everything is delicious.
Advice to those who have never been to the hotel. If you want to check in quickly, do not arrive by 14.00, but two hours earlier, otherwise you have the risk of waiting in line for 1.5 hours.
There was one minus for the last visit in May: the room key did not want to react to the door lock in any way, as a result, they could only get into the fourth or fifth in a row. The staff is polite, but I would like in the future not to run from the third floor to the first floor to replace the key.

A good hotel at the water park. Everything meets expectations. It can be seen that there is a lot of traffic, worn in places, but generally clean. The rooms are quite cozy. The breakfast is varied and hearty. The location in the green zone is a great advantage. The opportunity to visit the water park is an unlimited pleasure. It was nice for a summer family vacation.

We visit the water park regularly. But this is the first time in this hotel, but we are very pleasantly surprised. We were here on New Year's weekend. There was only one goal - to spend the night. It was a great surprise for us that there were no hygiene kits, bathrobes, slippers for guests, an additional set of bed linen in the room (the reservation was for a day with a child, there was a folding chair in the room). It was drafty from the window, so we decided to move the beds and sleep with the child. After I moved one bed, I found an empty Coca-Cola bottle and a champagne lid under the bed, i.e. the work of the housekeeping service is at a "high" level. In the morning, when the curtains were pulled back, a swimsuit hung on the radiator.
Breakfast: It was included in the booking price, but it wasn't worth the money. Oatmeal porridge, omelette, sausages, sliced vegetables (cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes), breakfast cereals, biscuits, compote, tea bags, meat and cheese cuts, coffee (espresso and coffee machine selection), yogurt. In principle, you can have a snack, but with this money you can have a better breakfast in Minsk. The wife found some bones in the sausages.
The staff is friendly and friendly - you can't take that away from Belarusians.
Perhaps the main focus of the hotel is the water park, but we did not use it, and chose this hotel only because there were no other options for this day (available options ~ 400byn).

1. Kitchen. The menu of Belarusian cuisine is indicated in all elevators. Lived for 10 days. For 10 days, nothing from Belarusian cuisine was available, and half of the rest of the menu, too. The staff, with rare exceptions, is boorish.
2. A children's room has been declared. It is in a terrible dirty condition, there are almost no toys, there is a gaming machine in the middle of the room that simply does not work (by the way, there is a strange inventory number on it), there is an electrical panel in the room that is not closed.
3. Lived in a suite. The hot water started running only after 15 minutes, after turning on the hot water tap.
4. There was always a queue at the reception. I waited for check-in for about an hour.
In general, I do not recommend it. So you can go to the water park.

We had a family vacation from 07.03 to 09.03.2024. The two-room suite is beyond praise (shampoo, toothpaste, brushes, bathrobes, slippers, even for a 7-year-old daughter).Previously, we took the usual standard in this hotel, so there is something to compare it with. The breakfasts are very good and delicious. There are no complaints about the aquazone - everything is at a good level. I liked everything. We went as a family with two children of 3 and 5 years old. We stopped by around 15.30 . No queues. We went straight to the water park. There we skated, swam, etc. until 19.00. even my 5-year-old daughter and dad went downhill.
Then we went to the Lebyazhy restaurant, which is located outside the water park. We had dinner and went back to the hotel to sleep. In the morning, the children got up early, we went to have breakfast for free at the hotel and again to the water park. We stayed there until 11:30 because you need to leave the hotel at 12.00
In general, everything was great. They gave 323p + 45p for the hotel, like for an armchair. The Lebyazhy restaurant gave away more)))))) but everything is expensive and rich there)))))

On the plus side, the rooms are relatively fresh, not killed, there is an elevator.
Among the disadvantages are the food in the restaurant, there is no air conditioning in the room (even the central one did not work or was turned off at all), the attitude of the staff to the guests (everyone is busy with their more important things), the working hours of the Lobby and the restaurant (orders are accepted only until 22.30)

We went with the children to Minsk specifically to the water park. The choice logically fell on the Aqua Minsk Hotel. Firstly, the hotel is within walking distance from the water park. Secondly, the hotel has a special rate that includes a visit to the water park. At this rate, you can go to the water park at least several times, and you can also make it in the morning before check-out (12:00). The hotel itself is quite new and fresh, the rooms are cozy and clean, decorated in turquoise and beige. An extra bed was laid in the room for the eldest son. The youngest (2 years old) slept with us on the main bed, which, by the way, is very wide and comfortable. There is a spacious parking lot in front of the hotel, when the hotel is fully loaded, there have always been parking spaces. The hotel has a restaurant where we had dinner, we especially recommend draniki, the children really liked it. In the lobby there is a lobby bar with delicious desserts and a small children's playroom. And on the street for children there is a good playground with slides and in general the territory is very well maintained, the lawns are mowed, there are only birch trees around, a river is visible nearby.Svisloch. The breakfasts in the restaurant are quite hearty: omelette, sausages, sausages, porridges, vegetables, fruits, cornflakes, pastries, glazed cheeses, juice, tea, coffee, etc. In general, we recommend this hotel!!! At a price of 15,000 rubles for a room 2 + 1 per day, toilets should not leak, sinks should at least be clean. I really want the carpet in the rooms to be replaced (very untidy) and finally air conditioners installed. About the breakfasts, which are now included in the price, is an abstract topic. To begin with, we went to Minsk, especially from St. Petersburg, to the hotel on the territory of the Aqua Park, because the children really wanted to spend more time in the Aqua Park. A bunk bed and an armchair, unfolded, a maximum of 180 cm will fit a person, and then ...????!! A child of 6-7 years old will not get bored for sure, at that age they are allowed to go on quite extreme slides, which pleases. There is a pretty good and tasty cafe there. The SPA is for a fee for an amateur, in general it suits me. The disadvantages include poorly inflated bagels for skating. Also, corrosion processes have already begun on some metal structures, which does not make them look natural. In general, the appearance of the four is a little untidy. Now for the hotel. The hotel is much neater, the rooms, although small, are cozy, they have everything you need. The staff is responsive, not annoying.

We were with my wife for the first time. The first impression. The water was a little cold, maybe coincidentally. It was difficult to figure out where to go at first. There were practically no waves in the water park (maybe they save money). The sauna is taken separately. We took one bracelet for two and changed in turn. There were a lot of people in the foot zone. It's better not to take coffee there, almost like colored water. The food is so-so, but maybe. A clean little hotel on the outskirts of the city. We were there in November 2022, a large company. The room was given on the 4th floor - small but cozy. The 3rd sleeping place is an armchair-bed, not comfortable. The linen is snow-white, the towels are also boiling white. There were 2 nights, towels were changed. I didn't like the restaurant. Even a good tip did not save the situation. Breakfast and dinner are long and not tasty. The water park is included in the price. You need to pay extra for the sauna area. I think it's 25 Belarusian rubles, I don't remember exactly. There were significantly fewer people on Friday than on Saturday. The complex is not wow, but everything is very decent. We arrived at the water park it turns out that the hotel is 300 meters from the water park, but there is no direct road, I had to go back to the MKAD and 15 km to make a circle to drive up to the hotel itself, it's just some kind of trash so that you can drive 15 km instead of 300 m, it's easy! And you specify on the website that it is not possible to drive by car from the water park to the hotel. The hotel itself is normal.
