I highly do not recommend dry cleaning. She was a regular customer. Once again, I brought a white down jacket with the usual dirt on the sleeves, collar, and gave it to the cleaners. When I came to pick it up, I saw that the sleeves were not cleaned at all, I asked to fix it. I was refused, I expressed a desire to write a claim. The employee changed her mind and accepted the jacket. When I came to pick up the jacket again, in a boorish tone, without greeting, I was informed that the contamination was in place and they did the job well the first time. I examined the item and still saw improvements. However, even at the first wear after dry cleaning, it turned out that now fluff is coming out of the jacket and remains on the clothes, in large quantities, it is impossible to wear it. I repeat, I cleaned this jacket earlier and the result was good. Now I have ruined the thing and will have to throw it away, which is especially sad, given the current prices for down jackets.

Do not hand over blankets to this dry cleaner! The blanket was returned after cleaning with holes on the edge and in the corner! Unfortunately, my husband took the blanket packed in a bag after cleaning and did not want to unwrap it. We found the holes already at home.

The whole family has been using the services of this dry cleaner for a long time. There were no special complaints, but apparently everything changes over time. On September 18, 2021, we arrived to pick up the next order (two blankets and a coat were given for cleaning). Everything would have been fine, but when I drew the attention of the receptionist that one of the blankets was left with stains all over the perimeter, an ordinary circus began. No one wanted to hear or listen to me. The girl explained that she had nothing to do with it, all questions about the quality of the work performed should be asked to the receptionist who accepted the order. And in general, according to the terms of the contract, the spots may partially remain, which I should have been warned about. But sorry, when 40% of the surface remains stained, it is no longer partially so. I was particularly surprised by the unwillingness to resolve the current situation. They refused to repeat the dry cleaning, they did not want to provide a discount. At the same time, the whole conversation was in a rough form.
Bottom line: minus one client in my person; I will not recommend this dry cleaner to anyone else, and even more, I will dissuade them from using their services.
Wishes to the management: with such a staff, you will lose customers every day; in any situation, it is possible to find a compromise, but you must teach your employees how to find it.

I recently had an Italian Etro down jacket cleaned here. The down jacket has been in other cleansings, it is tenacious - it has been checked.
When receiving and issuing, I was unpleasantly cut by the boorishness of the staff, almost rudeness.

They returned it to me refreshed, devoid of pollution - this is a plus.
They promised to remove the peeling from the thing - but everything remained.
I reminded them about it, but they keep saying they didn't want to damage the fabric, so they left the pellets. There are false promises when accepting an order.

Out of 10 buttons on the product, 4 are destroyed and completely split. Imagine branded buttons in the color of the product. I have a lot of searching and spending to do to find some decent replacement.
This is a huge minus!!
I ask: well, how is that?! They answer me sharply: well, we had to dry it somehow!!
I agree - dry it, but you have to be careful!
You're not working with a padded jacket! And you take 40 rubles !
The belt of the product was not accepted for cleaning at all((
It's a very unpleasant impression. I'm not going back to that dry cleaner.
