This is not the first time in this hotel! Excellent location (metro station nearby). Shopping center, clothing store, McDonald's, supermarket. Check-in is fast. Many thanks to the Fadi manager!!! The most friendly, responsive, professional in his field. He helped us solve all our issues during our stay at the hotel. Fadi, thank you! The hotel provides a bus to the beach at 9:00 there and at 13:00 back. The breakfasts are a Swiss table, omelets are traditionally cooked, waffles are baked, there are fruits, there was enough food. The hotel has a supermarket. We bought and cooked shrimp and fish. The room is equipped with a kitchen, convenient. Refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. I liked everything.

Nice hotel. It is very convenient that the supermarket is very close in the same building as the hotel. The food court is in this building. McDuck. The room is beautiful, clean at the entrance. They take you to the best beach for free. Everyone is smiling. The metro is very close. They took a pen for the window, but they didn't need it. We took the adapter to the outlet and the extension cord with us. They were very useful.
But they don't clean well. They put up a sign asking to get out, just adjusted the blanket. I could have done that myself. The garbage from their old ironing board is still lying on the floor, etc. The floor is dirty, they don't wash it, you don't walk barefoot. The water is not replenished until you ask for it. Paper too.
The air conditioner blows strongly directly onto the bed.
The breakfast is not tasty.
The pool is very cold. I don't understand why. Why do they pour cold water there... It's too hot on the sunbed, it's too cold in the pool :(
It is located a 2-minute walk from the metro, which is very good. The hotel itself is clean, pleasant, and the reception is always ready to help. The breakfasts are of the same type, but delicious. The only drawback is that there is nowhere else to eat besides McDonald's, KFS and a small restaurant on the 1st floor.
If there is no adapter for an outlet, you can get it at the reception, as well as with a window handle. But it's better to have everything of your own.
Convenient location, the metro is 5 minutes on the left, and 15 minutes on the right. there is a LuLu where you can buy groceries, there is also an exchanger on the way you can buy clothes for children and adults, in the 1st floor hotel. a large selection for breakfast and a grocery store, a 15-minute transfer to Al Mamzar beach. From 9 to 13.00 , there is a swimming pool , sauna, gym, the only thing is a lot of rooms on the floors, so as not to get confused, it's better to go into the same elevator in your block😉have a good rest and mood
Normally for your money - a brief description of the hotel. We chose an inexpensive option that includes only breakfast.
We went out together at the end of November.
About everything in order. The hotel staff is quite loyal, we arrived early, and checked us in at 9 a.m. without any additional charges (as well as checked out of the hotel when it was convenient for us). 10 dirhams/day tourist fee, to be paid on site in cash. The staff is English-speaking, so it's a great opportunity to improve your level of spoken English. They were supposed to settle us no higher than the second floor, but they gave us a room on the third (as I understand it, there is a division into rooms for smokers and non-smokers) overlooking the courtyard. The room has a bed, smart TV, air conditioning, kitchen with a small two-burner stove, toaster, kettle, extractor hood. All cutlery is 2 pieces each. The pot and frying pan are not in perfect condition, it is clear that they have already lived. There was nothing additional (such as salt, pepper, oil, spices, detergent, dish sponge), so either take your own, or you need to buy it in the store, although they will cost a tidy sum, taking into account the price list of the country. But, as I understand it, this does not stop people much, since, basically, guests do not visit the hotel for the first time. The room is very stuffy, the window does not open because there is no handle. There is no ventilation, respectively, things dry for several days. In the room, as in the whole hotel, there is a rich smell of Arab oils, apparently. It should be borne in mind that the outlets there are not European. They gave one adapter at the reception. It is somewhat problematic to charge several devices in turn.
The room service does its job by five points. The room is clean enough, water, tea (it is so disgusting that it is better to buy another one), sugar were replenished daily. Towels were changed every few days. During the week we were there, the bedding was not changed, and it was not necessary.
The breakfasts are standard and classic, nothing special, as in all other hotels in other countries. We didn't leave there hungry.
From the inconvenient: breakfast from 7 to 10:30, transfer to the sea at 9 a.m. (three buses departing one after another with a short interval, so there is enough space for everyone) and back at 13:00. It feels like only Russians go to the sea.
The beach is 10 out of 10. They bring you to the paid Al mamzar beach with two women's days a week, but a five-minute walk from it is not a bit inferior to the free one without any restrictions. There are no sun loungers, but you can comfortably sit under a palm tree in the shade. The sea is very warm, you can see fish, crabs, starfish, cuttlefish, shellfish. The coastline is long, not a paddling pool. If you do not use the transfer, there are two buses with transfers, taxis about 30-40 dirhams one way.
The hotel is located five minutes from the metro station, which is very convenient for tourists. Al Nahada Station. But! It takes about an hour to get to the main attractions by metro only. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, and we are tired of public transport during our vacation. It is better to read about the need to buy Nol cards for transport in advance and the available tariffs.
On the ground floor of the hotel there is a good supermarket with everything you need. Fruits are 10 out of 10, the price is lower than in Russia. We tried a bunch of mango varieties.
The hotel also has a swimming pool, sauna, gym. Everything seems to be free, but they were not used, so I can't comment in any way.
Conclusions. In principle, there are enough breakfasts, because you leave the hotel for the whole day, since it is located very far from everything, and you eat anyway in another place. There are few transfers to the sea. Not everyone wants to wake up every morning with an alarm clock to have breakfast and catch the bus to the sea. The kitchen in the room is not functional. There is enough pasta with sausages to cook, but there are not enough resources, dishes and various extras for some delicious dish. The staff is friendly, smiling, ready to solve your question at any time of the day (if you were able to say what you need in English). Will we come here again? Probably not. It all comes down to finances, of course, but, in my opinion, it is better to add funds by taking a hotel on the first coastline and with its own beach and, preferably, with another meal. Cooking takes a lot of time, effort and financial resources.
Also, the hotel is already asking for renovation. Despite the cleanliness and efforts, it is clear that the furniture and other things are already tired, which makes certain impressions.
The location of the hotel is good: the metro is close and it is convenient to get to all the attractions. In the building of the hotel itself there is a supermarket with food and good prices, a food court with McDonald's, a pharmacy. There is also a Lulu supermarket nearby, where there is even more choice and the prices are also very good. The hotel itself is not noisy. Our room was reasonably clean, cleaned on request (they asked every day if cleaning was needed). Upon arrival, there was a smell of chemicals that had worn off during the day. The air conditioner in the room was working, the temperature can be adjusted, or it can be turned off altogether. The bathroom has everything you need: soap, shampoo, comb, towels and more. All this was replenished if necessary or upon request.
The kitchen in the room had a set of dishes for two, a toaster, a stove, a refrigerator, a kettle and a tea/coffee set. The breakfasts were hearty, everyone can choose something to their taste: there were omelets, waffles, vegetables, fruits, juices, pastries, meat products, local side dishes and sauces, etc.
The staff speaks excellent English, so all issues were easily and quickly resolved. If something does not work in the room or is broken, then after contacting the reception, everything was repaired or replaced within an hour.
Thanks to Abhishek from the reception for the good attitude, help and responsiveness.
A great hotel for your money. It feels like 4 rather than 3 stars.
The breakfast is good, not too varied, but everything is there and everyone has enough
I do not advise you to take lunch and dinner with vouchers, I did not like it at all, we ate there once and did not do it anymore
Very nice staff at the hotel, they all prompt, help, gave an adapter for charging, the safe was broken - it was fixed within 15 minutes after contacting
The room was nice, the kitchen was very useful, sometimes they cooked in the room. Water was put on every day, although they are not required, cleaning is not always perfect, but towels are changed every day and even dishes were washed sometimes....
Transfer to the beach is super, very convenient, if you want to leave the beach later, there is a regular bus for 3 dirhams to the next metro station, from there 10 minutes on foot, or you can also go to the Lulu hypermarket for lunch :)
We went to the free beach almost all the time (5 minutes from the paid one), it's also great and pleasant there, but it's fun to take pictures on the paid one, but not on women's days (it's forbidden)
The pool is questionable, small, but taking into account the other advantages, it did not bother much
In general, the feelings are only positive, thanks to the hotel staff for a great stay!
I can safely recommend this hotel)
An excellent hotel, on the ground floor there is a shopping center with a food court, there is a bank, a grocery store, a McDonald's, a metro station in a 3-minute walk.
The breakfasts were good, everything was delicious.
We arrived at 6:30 in the morning, at 7:00 we were invited to breakfast, at 8:00 we were checked in, it was great, considering the night flight and lack of sleep.
Upon check-out, they were also allowed to stay in the room until 14:00.
The room itself is certainly not new, but the room has everything you need, the hotel staff is trying very hard, although not new, but everything is clean.
The most important thing for me is clean linen and towels, a comfortable mattress and pillows, everything is fine here.
There is also a new large TV with YouTube and a movie search in the room.
And a very good free wifi ✅
There is also a heated swimming pool and a tennis court on site.
Dubai Mall is a 40-minute metro ride away. The beach is 15 minutes away by free bus or taxi (30-40 dirhams).
From the recommendations, take a window handle with you, they are not in the room.
There were no disadvantages, the rest was excellent. We would come again.
A wonderful hotel!
He remained in it, participating in the conference on November 5-10, 2024.
The rooms accommodated several people - a large living room with a sofa, upholstered armchairs, a large dining table; a kitchen with all necessary utensils; two bedrooms (two single beds and one large); two bathrooms with a bathtub + shower - it was very spacious and comfortable!
A good buffet restaurant: a large selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Beautiful conference room.
Friendly staff.
The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym with a sauna, which can be used for free!
A few steps from the hotel there is a metro station. On the ground floor there is a food court with various cafes, including McDonald's!
I know that the review turned out to be too perfect, but in reality everything was really wonderful!
Wonderful hotel, large number of rooms, excellent breakfasts, good location (buses, metro). It may not be ultra-timely, but it's clean. There is a small kitchen, you can eat by yourself, there is a supermarket downstairs. We liked everything)
Good location: clean, cozy, close to the metro. A normal menu, reasonable prices.
There is a swimming pool, the staff is friendly, always ready to come to a meeting)
Thanks to the owner and the team - the vacation was a great success)
I'll write right away, the review is not registered. I have rested in many places, but I have never seen such a wonderful attitude of the staff towards tourists. I am very grateful for a wonderful week in Al Bustan. Firstly, we were checked in immediately; secondly, we were allowed to leave tomorrow at three o'clock in the afternoon, we were allowed to stay, thereby we still stayed quietly on the beach and the transfer would bring us to lunch, which, by the way, we were also happy to change with another day that we were absent from the hotel (we were the whole day on an excursion). The kitchen is in the room, everything is there for cooking. The supermarket is downstairs, take it, buy it and cook. The shrimp will even be cleaned at the market.. The sea is 29, the air temp is 30. We rested and spent 100% of our time. The metro is nearby, so no problem. The food is on the food court, you have to walk a couple of meters, but it's not scary at all. It's very tasty, the portions are huge. The fish is wonderful. Look for her cons. Just take a good mood with you and the rest will be wonderful. Next year I will go to Al Bustan, well, if the prices do not rise. Yes, and I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.
A nice, large hotel near the metro and not far from the airport. The room has everything you need and even a full kitchen with all the necessary equipment. There is a private pool. Delicious food. We took breakfast and dinner. The rooms are clean and large. The beach is 5 km away, so they take a bus. You can relax on both a paid and a free beach. We liked it even more on the free one. There is also a supermarket at the hotel. Although of course the hotel is located near the metro, but it's a long way to all the attractions. If it is essential for you to have the sea and attractions nearby, then choose another hotel.
A hotel with a 5+ room service. If problems arise, everything is solved instantly. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. Of the cons: the hotel is of course old, as evidenced by the plumbing and bathroom, but bed linen is changed often, free water, towels and toilet paper are new every day. There is a TV, a kitchen, a kettle, etc. Transportation to the sea every day and if you walk to the left of the paid beach, it will be free. There are no sun loungers, but there are palm trees under which you can lie down and very few people. The water is clean and without waves! There is a metro nearby and just because of this, we chose this hotel because excursions are very expensive, but you can get everywhere by metro yourself, and see everything. I definitely recommend the hotel! The service of the hotel staff and the breakfasts outweigh the disadvantages. (Unfortunately, no one speaks Russian, but with a Google translator and free Wi-Fi, they will help you solve any issue)
A good hotel for tourists. The metro is nearby. The supermarket is on the ground floor. A transfer takes you to the beach and picks you up. The staff is good-natured and friendly. We had a late flight, at the reception they offered to stay in the room until 15.00. I really liked everything
A good hotel, the breakfasts are super, the location is excellent, there is transport from the hotel to the beach. They offer discount coupons for the food court, but today the cost has increased by almost 60%. There is a supermarket on site. The staff solves all issues in the shortest possible time.
I liked the hotel, it was clean, very large, we arrived for a week, towels were changed twice a day, cleaned efficiently, there are many shops and a grocery supermarket in the lobby of the hotel, there are self-service ticket offices (if there is a card) conveniently.
Great hotel! I recommend it right here! A gorgeous three, even with a plus! There is a good supermarket downstairs, you can buy anything you want. Very tasty shrimp, prices are 3-5 times lower than at the Marina. The metro is a 4-minute walk away. A large Lilo hypermarket is 10-15 minutes away. Transfer to the beach every day at 9 am, at 13:00 back, the beach is paid 5 dirhams per person, cleanliness, there are almost no people. The breakfasts are decent, the staff is wonderful! Buy a window handle, we haven't found it in the area. Alcohol store 2 metro stops
Wonderful hotel "AL Bustan": clean, comfortable, cozy)))*** Located in old Dubai, ten minutes from the airport🛩️ Near the metro station from where it is convenient to travel around the city🚝 The rooms have a small kitchen where you can cook🍽️ We don't need to use it yet, because breakfast and dinner are quite enough😊 You can have a snack somewhere during the tour. Sometimes at lunch we drink tea with buttered buns in the room. There is an opportunity to take pastries or something else with you.
The room is cleaned every day. The towel is changed every day)) If necessary, change the bed linen)) Everything you need is left in the room: soap, shower gels, cotton pads, sticks, etc. Air conditioning, TV,
hairdryer, iron are available in the room.
The staff is very friendly, but there are few Russian speakers. Here there is an urgent need to know English. It's hard when you don't understand at all 🥵
The only drawback is that there is no balcony. There is nowhere to dry things, because of the increased moisture they remain damp for a long time... Therefore, you need to take more underwear and necessary replacement items.
And so the hotel deserves instead of 3 stars, that's it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Undoubtedly, we are happy for a lavish vacation in a fantastically beautiful country. We are grateful
to the staff at the reception of ABHISHER, AHMER for their competence and responsiveness. A hotel with decent service😍
Thank you for a wonderful stay🙏😘
Very good service at the hotel, everyone is always in a hurry to help, they clean the room daily, I took the window handle with me. It is convenient that on the ground floor of the hotel, in the food court of the shopping center, you can have a delicious and satisfying meal for 30 dirhams , a large portion can even be enough for two, lunch includes soup , salad, a large plate of hot and a drink. A pharmacy with good prices and a supermarket are also on the ground floor of the shopping center. You can also buy something from food for lunch, dinner at the lu lu store, there is a lot of ready-made, you can assemble a delicious vegetable salad yourself, buy seafood or something ready-made, but most of the food is very spicy, very tasty vegetables in the vegetable department: cucumbers, super sweet corn, arugula, fruits in all supermarkets can immediately cut, peel and wrap pineapples, etc., we bought coconuts, asked to cut it right away and they give it already with a straw, for 5 dirhams - a liter of coconut milk)) Very tasty loose nuts in large barrels ) Al Mamzar beach is gorgeous!!! It is a daily pleasure, carries and picks up the bus from the hotel , or by taxi for about 25 dirhams . The ticket offices are closed in the morning, our cards are not accepted. In lu lu on the second floor you can buy good sunglasses, and a huge store with clothes, office, inexpensive towels, if you forgot for the beach, and there you can choose beautiful, stylish clothes at affordable and cheap prices, a lot of children's, there are high-quality beautiful women's and men's clothes :)
If the check is from 250 dirhams , on the ground floor, you can make a refund of tax free , as in other stores.
I also recommend the golden fork chain cafe with seafood dishes, everything is very tasty, somewhere a few metro stations away from the hotel, I must not have traveled from this hotel)
The hotel is very hospitable. The staff is all smiling and always ready to help. The breakfasts are good. The rooms are modest, but they try to be clean. The location is good , the metro is 5 minutes away . In 1 minute there is a supermarket with normal prices and a good assortment. There is a transfer to the beach, but we went by taxi to the park and the beach there are umbrellas , entrance is 5 dirhams or by metro map. Monday, Wednesday women's days on the beach. Towels are not allowed on the beach, you need to take them from the room, it's inconvenient, we bought them at the supermarket. Only in Deira, women's days were met on the beach, but we were not upset by the sun, too, we need to rest, maybe there is somewhere else. On weekends, it is better not to go to the beach a lot of Hindus and Pakistanis just very much. Only men. They leave mountains of garbage behind. Frying something on the barbecue, music and dancing, very noisy. On Monday, everything is clean and not crowded. Planes are not heard at all, probably the sound insulation is good, the rooms are quiet, it's comfortable to sleep. I recommend the hotel.
I really liked it. A photo of our room. The service is excellent. The staff is kind and helpful. They took only breakfast, the restaurant was clean and cozy, the food was of high quality.
A very cool hotel with apartment-type rooms. The metro is a two-minute walk away, the hotel has a wonderful shop, excellent service, delicious breakfasts.
but! A tourist tax is required upon check-in and upon eviction they were fined for a stain on the sheets!
It would be more correct to warn about such fines and taxes. They wanted to put a solid 5, but the impression was spoiled.
The hotel corresponds to its cost. The location is excellent, the metro and bus stops are a 3-minute walk away. Al Mamzar beach (entrance is 5 aed, there is also a free one nearby, but it is worse) is taken by bus at 8-30 and 9-00, taken back at 12-30 and 13-00, goes about 15 minutes. By taxi Karim from the hotel to go 7-10 minutes, the cost is about 23 AED. The room stinks of fish, because there is a supermarket downstairs and cheap fish and shrimp are sold there, very tasty, cooked every day) be sure to take a handle to open the window. In general, the room is simple, dirty, but the bed is good, excellent TV, bathroom and kitchen are equipped with all accessories. Very friendly staff!!! I arrived at 6 in the morning, at 8 I was already settled without additional payments and the departure was extended until 14-30. I recommend the hotel for people who will not be confused by the need to travel a lot, because it is decent to get to all tourist places. PS alko shop is 3 km from the hotel)
The center of the old town..There is a metro stop to the nearest megastores.. The breakfast is good..the rooms are an ordinary hotel, the service is excellent ++...they don't take tips))..the hotel has a market where prices are democratic..
We stayed at this hotel from 01/22/2013 to 01/28/2013. wonderful apartments. We had room 2105, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with everything you need (only very weak knives), a living-dining room. A huge refrigerator with a shock freezing function for making ice (very useful). On the ground floor of the hotel, the store is absolutely necessary, but I especially want to mention the SHRIMP, we bought 1 kg every day (price 30 dirhams) + the freshest vegetables and dinner is ready. We went to lunch and dinner a couple of times in a cafe on the ground floor (breakfasts were included), but we still did not understand how their system works with a coupon for 30 dirhams that are issued at the reception. Once we paid for 4 coupons and we were invited to a restaurant where there was a buffet,(it was lunch), another time we were fed at the food court, but we paid for 2 coupons and they put food on us, the fact that we chose portions so huge that there were four of us.
Room cleaning and linen change every day, take a window handle with you, an adapter for sockets is given at the reception.
They take you to a paid beach, but if you walk 300 meters straight, it will be free (toilet, shower, changing rooms, table - everything is there).
Guided tours from the tour operator are very expensive and poorly organized. They offer the same thing on the beach, but it's 15-30 dollars cheaper.
Have a good rest, everyone.
I really liked the hotel. Very friendly staff, good full breakfasts. The location turned out to be not very convenient for us, which is far from the center and from all interesting places. But it's close to the airport. The repair is not very new, but everything is clean, neat, cleaned every day. The room turned out to be bigger and more comfortable than expected. There is a buffet restaurant where you can take a discount coupon for lunch or dinner.
I am at the hotel today is the first day
The hotel is somehow not enthusiastic about the word at all🤷🏼♀️
I don't even know what to call one of the advantages....
Well, probably that it is located within walking distance from the metro, McDonalds and there is a grocery supermarket nearby
The hotel is located next to the Airport 10min drive away
The hotel is very boring, like a hotel with stagnant temporary
The room seems to have everything you need, but everything is kind of shabby
Plumbing is flowing in the Bathroom and there is a puddle of water on the floor, there are 2mini tubes of shampoo, a tube of body cream, five pieces of cotton swabs and, most interestingly, a small piece of cotton wool, I assume this instead of cotton pads, the curtain over the bathroom is short, when you wash the water flows by, towels and a bathrobe are not the first freshness
There is an ironing board and an iron in the closet, but there are no hangers for clothes, the safe is not working, it was replaced by bringing it from another room, the TV does not show
The mattress on the bed looks like it's made of wood, but the bed linen is white
In general, I'm disappointed so far
An excellent apartment hotel, located on the green line of the metro, the station is literally 3 minutes from the hotel. The hotel itself is very decent, there is everything you need both in the room and on the territory: a swimming pool, gym, sauna, tennis court on the roof. There is also a supermarket with very decent products, a bank, a McDonald's on site. A bus from the hotel takes you to Almamzar Beach. In general, I recommend it.
It is a one and a half minute walk from the hotel to the metro and bus stops. The breakfast food was all delicious and the selection was good. Cleaning is good daily, bed linen is changed every two days. After 6-7 nights, tea-coffee and a bottle of water from the welcome kit were added, although they promised that they would be given only upon check-in)
There was plenty of space in the closet, but only 4 hangers. This is also probably the norm for hotels, but it was unusual that there was no warm towel rail in the room.
All the staff is friendly, some words are spoken in Russian, like "signature") Apparently, so that they can be understood with minimal knowledge of English.
On the ground floor there is a supermarket, a bank and many different shops, including a pharmacy. Prices in the supermarket are normal for a supermarket, in the neighboring ones everything is about the same. But in hypermarkets, which are about a block away, walking along the subway in both directions, everything is at the lowest possible prices and 5-20 percent cheaper.
There is a shuttle service to al mamzar beach from the hotel. Very convenient. At the same time, the beach with the park is well-groomed and spacious. It is worth its 5 dirhams more than. If I devote so much time to sightseeing again, I will definitely stop here. Even in bad weather, there is something to do at the hotel.
I almost forgot the main advantage... Cheap!
And a tip: if you do not take mobile Internet, I advise you to leave the center for the hotel no earlier than 20:00, because a lot of people are going home to Deira, and there are traffic jams on the roads.
In early December, we had a vacation with a friend in this department. The rooms are spacious. We had a room with a kitchen. In the evenings, we bought the freshest shrimp in the shop on the ground floor and enjoyed seafood) The staff is very helpful. We only had breakfast included (varied and hearty), but we had the opportunity to buy a budget lunch and dinner there. The portions are simply huge. I highly recommend fish (the most delicate and delicious) and hummus. There are two metro stations near the hotel (we went to the center every evening). A free transfer to the beach allows you to enjoy the sea and the sun at the most pleasant hours for this 8.30.-13.00. The beach is clean and comfortable. The hotel has an indoor pool (towels are provided). On the ground floor there is a beautiful evening dress shop, a pharmacy. There is a large LuLu supermarket not far from the hotel, but the goods are even cheaper in the store on the ground floor. I highly recommend a family-friendly hotel)
A great hotel, the guys are great, they help in everything, they were settled earlier, they were evicted later. The location is super, the metro is nearby, there is a supermarket downstairs, the Lulu hypermarket at the next metro station. The rooms are clean, the food is good, there is a transfer to the beach from the hotel, but it is easier by taxi (25-30 dirhams). The room has all the shower accessories, iron, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, ironing board, tea, coffee, kettle. A very decent hotel, we will be happy to return
A good apartment hotel for an economical holiday.Slightly monotonous breakfasts, but excellent room cleaning and convenient location near the metro. There is a cool supermarket nearby with a huge selection of seafood and fresh fish.
The rooms are cozy, but not everything was cleanly cleaned upon check-in. It feels like they didn't dust or wash the plumbing before our arrival.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook or warm up food.
The hotel is well located - the metro is really only 250 meters away. Very good breakfasts. They try to fulfill the requests of the guests as soon as possible. I would stop again.
It is located close to the metro - it is convenient for independent tourists. Not far from the LuLu hypermarket, in the hotel itself there is a supermarket, McDonalds, an ATM that understands our Gazprom Unionpay cards, a pharmacy and various boutiques. Opposite across the street is a pizzeria, clothing stores (economy, but excellent quality). From the hotel every day there is a transfer to the beach and Al Mamzar Park, the entrance fee is 5 dirhams, but it's worth it - the coolest. The hotel itself has a small swimming pool, towels are issued and rented at the entrance, only for the pool. The breakfasts are excellent, the room (standard) has a kitchen and a minimum of accessories. The room is clean, but outdated.
We visited Dubai on New Year's Eve.
We chose this hotel based on its proximity to the beach, metro station, bus stop, and affordable price. It takes 20 minutes by metro to the center of Burj Khalifa, while driving through half the city, you will see everything). The beach is 10 minutes away by bus. Choose a beach in advance, and plan your route in advance.
The room price included only breakfast (buffet), the rest of the room has a kitchenette in which they cooked their dinner. The hotel is large, on the 1st floor there is a food court and a grocery store. It was possible to eat at local McDucks and KFS, but I wanted something easier to eat.
The only disadvantage of the hotel is the smell in the room coming from the floor covering (high humidity, or the room is not ventilated).
The whole day was spent traveling to local attractions. It was already late when we returned to the hotel, and we cooked in the room, since dinner is not provided at the hotel.
And so the positive emotions from the whole trip, at least once, but you need to visit👍 we want to return again, but to another hotel, another area.
It's a beautiful place. Quietly, calmly. The food is delicious. Things can be taken smaller, because they can be washed. You hand it over in the morning and pick it up after 16:00. For free! We just bought the powder. We took some with us, and then we bought at the Lulu supermarket. By the way, I recommend the supermarket too. He's nearby.
There is a bus to the sea. He will take you and bring you back. You just need to get a card for the subway.
Al bustan, not a bad hotel. The room is clean, cleaning every day. There is a kitchen for cooking. The furniture is good, not killed. Quietly. The pool is normal, everything is clean, everyone gives out a towel. The food was at breakfast, very good. Diverse. There is a cafe nearby on the next street, it is not expensive there. There is also a McDonald's. Acceptable. The grocery store is expensive, it's cheaper nearby. I recommend.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and the kitchen is good. Everything is there. Take dishwashing detergent and sponges and rags with you. This is not provided. Salt and sugar were bought at a store near the hotel. The breakfasts are excellent, hearty, the choice is quite wide.
Metro/bus stop is a 3-minute walk away, the exchanger is 7 minutes away. There is a good grocery store near the hotel, and there is also fresh seafood in it. Take the handle from the house for the window (double-glazed window), because the windows are closed, and the handles are unscrewed from them. We could hear a hood in our room from the street, I slept in earplugs. The hairdryer is good in the bathroom, good, powerful. There is an ironing board with an iron.
There is a transfer to Al Mamzar beach. The beach is nice, clean, there are wooden benches with umbrellas, and everything is located on them. We were lucky, there were only Russians in the area, everyone was quietly resting, they didn't bother anyone. Entrance fee is 5 dirhams per person. It is no longer possible to pay with a Nol card (rested on February 23, 2024), payment by bank card, or at the cash desk in cash. If the cash register is closed, ask the security at the entrance to direct you to another entrance where you can pay in cash. Russian cards, of course, do not work.
If you plan to eat in a cafe, etc., then you will have to pay at least 40 dirhams per person (fast food). And everything is sharp. I took "not spicy burgers" with chicken twice, it was impossible to eat.
Great hotel. There is a kitchenette in each room, the metro is 200 meters away, a supermarket with reasonable prices in the hotel building. Free transfer to Al Mamzar Beach.
A great hotel, delicious European breakfasts, a shopping center with a grocery store on site. There is a swimming pool, a sauna with a steam room and a gym where you can relax in the evening and relax!
Great hotel! We are resting in it now. Very friendly staff!!! Thank you all very much!!! Since, unfortunately, we do not know the language, they tried to understand and help us until we got used to it)) Check-in according to the rules at 14:00, but the room was vacated earlier and we were checked in at 9:00, for which special thanks. The breakfasts are good. The metro is nearby, you can see the city on your own. The bus to the beach is free. In general, everything is great!
A great hotel for your money. We settled in as soon as we arrived, immediately, we were given an adapter for euros. The omelet is great for breakfast, the fruit is fine, the yogurt is great, the only thing I didn't like was the sausages, we ate to bursting. They cleaned every day. For me, the best beach except sun (Indians), a big line, always found mushrooms, shower and toilet are excellent, few people compared to others, went kite and marina more. In the morning we went to the stones on mamzara and saw a stingray, an igloo, fish, crabs and jellyfish. We went 1 time on our own to the beach by metro + bus took 1h 20 min. The hotel bus is 15 minutes, taxi 21-23 dirhams to the beach. It's hard on the green line during rush hour, a lot of Indians drive after work. We got from the hotel ourselves to the safari park by metro + bus 2h + tickets, everything cost 5 thousand, instead of 16 thousand from anex. The store had stocks of slightly spoiled fruits, so they took a large mango and tangerines at a local hotel for 3 dirhams. The nearest alcohol store is 20 minutes by bus, on the way the vivo bananas store is 3 dirhams. In the morning we took a lunch box at the check-out. It's a bit far, but you can get everything by metro.
Close to the metro, but the area is far from the center. The beach is next to the fire, on weekdays you will be alone on a five-kilometer beach 😂
The food is fine, the cleaning and the staff are polite and helpful. There are nuances in the form of a limit on bottled water or a toothbrush, but this solves everything at the first request. You can take everything in reserve for at least a week. I didn't manage to enter the gym once, and I didn't manage to enter the pool either.
The best hotel, the breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are clean, there is a kitchen. A comfortable bus takes you to the beach. The hotel has a heated swimming pool. Near the metro, the exchanger. The location is great. There is a McDonald's and a grocery store in the hotel itself.
For the first time in Dubai! And I am absolutely delighted! The convenient location of the hotel, near the metro, on the ground floor there is a supermarket with the freshest products, and the main advantage of this hotel is a mini-kitchen in the rooms and take you to the best and cleanest beach of Almamzar.
Not a bad hotel. The room stock is tired. We lived in a 2-room apartment. It's passable, but it could be better. The kitchen has dishes, a kettle, a refrigerator. Cleaning and replenishment of tea, coffee, daily. The pool is small, but there are always few people there. There is a supermarket on the ground floor. There's a pizzeria across the street, not bad. There is a bus to the beach. The food is not bad, but the choice is not great))
A hotel for a relaxing and eporomny holiday. The lobby is small, the Russian language is not well understood. Saved English. The food is not very good, mostly fast food and a lot of seasonings. The metro station is close, the rooms are not noisy, relatively clean, there is a sink and refrigerator, air conditioning. There is a fitness and a swimming pool, but everything is very small and not cozy. If for a week it will do, it's better to settle closer to the center and attractions for longer.
