A complex with the most convenient location, absolutely everything for a comfortable human life. Great room, restaurant with really good cuisine. The evening view is beautiful within walking distance, a walk near the Palace of schoolchildren 5 minutes on foot triathlon Park. The complex has a clinic with 7 floors of MRI CT, X-ray, ultrasound, check the stomach. A full-fledged medical center with wards where you can check up, take tests, dig in, and I think this is not the limit because there is also an operating unit with multiple awards from professors and surgeons. Clean, neat and tasteful. He will settle down for work, check the body and spend time without wasting time searching for the right one.

Positive:
- cleanliness in the hotel and in the rooms;
- polite hotel staff;
- convenient location;
Minuses:
- a very modest set of dishes for breakfast;
- breakfast dishes run out fast enough and they are not replenished;
- there are no coolers on the floors (although there are kettles and tea in the rooms);
- they refused to provide additional water to the room (only for a fee).

We really liked the hotel. The room has everything you need, including a safe. Excellent breakfast: 3-4 hot dishes, including porridge! Which is important at our age. Cottage cheese, honey, jam, fruits, cheeses, juices and much more - an extremely rich and varied table. Cakes, cookies, cakes... Friendly staff will tell you what you can watch, call a taxi, hold things after check-out if the plane is in the evening. It is conveniently located near the intersection of two avenues. Near a shopping center, banks, an exchange office, an inexpensive but very good dining room (it seems, "Yulka has pies"?), I write about it on purpose, a good choice. The city is modern, shiny and elegant. It is being actively landscaped, unlike in Moscow, where trees and lawns have disappeared on many streets. There are also pyramidal poplars and tall hedges of shrubs. This is both shade and protection from exhaust fumes, and from strong wind, which is often here in winter. People are responsive, even paying for us on the bus, because we didn't have a card.

The staff is polite. The 2-bed junior suite has a set for one person. The breakfasts are average, the juice is diluted with water, the variety is so-so, in hotels of a lower class, it can be much better. I do not recommend a sauna, a room with an electric fork.

When choosing a hotel in Astana, the choice was made in favor of Aland.
The location is very convenient.
The staff is responsive. All requests were met with lightning speed. The waiters are very friendly. Unfortunately, I did not remember their names, but I thank them very much.
The room is very clean. Very good sound insulation. Excellent thermal insulation of windows. It was minus 20 outside the window, and even with the battery-powered fans closed, the room was very warm.
The plumbing is kept exceptionally clean, thanks to the maids.
Very comfortable accommodation!

A great hotel. Very clean, the rooms are classically decorated - something like the Anglo-Saxon style - paintings, carved furniture with bent legs, fireplace, crystal :). The food is delicious and the staff is attentive. The management is 10/10, and the maintenance is 7/10, but not bad either. The location is good, the view from the window is gorgeous

It takes literally 30 minutes to drive from the airport.
The rooms are clean, spacious and have everything you need.
A minibar with democratic prices. Smart TV. All toiletries.
A decent breakfast.
There is a shopping mall in front of the hotel.

Disgusting breakfast. It ends at 10 a.m., but there is no food at 9. Fancy cold fried sausages and everything in that spirit. The Internet does not work even at the reception. The sockets are hidden behind the bedside tables, there are no sockets in the public domain at all.
Of the advantages: a large room, clean enough, the reception desk is round the clock.

I stayed at Alanda again, I didn't choose it, it just happened. The room is an improved standard, it seems clean, BUT the bed linen is washed, the soap and soap are of disgusting quality, the breakfast is sooo meager, noisy. In general, nothing has changed in a few years. I don't recommend it, there are better hotels for this money!!!!

I was on a business trip from 09 to 13 October in Astana and stayed in Aland. Clean, cleaned every day. The room was warm, which was good, because my colleagues were freezing in another hotel in the city. The breakfasts are normal, without much variety, really. Before leaving in the early morning, we asked for a lunch box, but even a hot early breakfast was prepared and delivered to our room. It was very pleasant.

The staff does not want to say hello at all (even in response). The breakfast is mournful (((( The watering can is flowing in the shower. They couldn't find the registration for half an hour and, it seems, they didn't work very hard. Wi-Fi killed.
