1. Thank you for your work, but I want to make clarifications so that there is no embellishment of the situation on your part regarding the business trip (from 10/20/2024 to 10/27/2024) of Karina's manager, in which she allegedly could not promptly answer my questions. So my questions were on such dates: 16.09, 02.10, 03.10,08.10, 09.10, 10.10, 15.10, 31.10. As you can see, the business trip range has nothing to do with it, to confirm the data, I can show the correspondence, my phone number is in the contract, call me – I will be happy to answer. During my business trip, I never wrote or called her, and I found out that she was on a business trip at the office when she was not at work once again.
2. As for the planned arrival at the hotel from 21.00 to 23.00, which you write about, I want to clarify where it is indicated: the contract, the tour program, your manager informed us, or is this your personal opinion?
3. What is the "charm" of viewing in the dark resort towns of Switzerland for an additional fee? The tour began when the sun was already setting, and did not end when it was already getting dark, as you described - these are different things! When we arrived in Lausanne, the sun was already setting, and this was the first city, it was already DARK in Vevey and Montreux, and 10 people got off the bus to see the castle of Chillon, because there was no point - nothing was visible at all.
4. Specifically, in our tour, no one asked for lunches in advance, the guide Irina offered them from the very beginning along with additional excursions, most of the bus did not go to these dinners.
5. We did not purchase the bus tour for the sake of visa support. We have never been to Italy or Switzerland, our passports were clean and there were no visas for the last 3 years, what can you get in a visa center with this scenario? – a minimum visa for the tour dates or a maximum of 3 months and it's all at the discretion of the consul. So another embellishment of the situation in order to somehow justify your employee. Well, then, to be ashamed once again, I will clarify that when Karina wrote out insurance in my name, she made a mistake and she redid it, you can look at your damaged insurance, it's good that I noticed it on the spot and did not have to come and redo everything once again.
I hope that you will admit your mistakes and not embellish the existing situation.

As it was written below, Vitaly from the Gomel branch has a separate respect. A highly qualified specialist, support throughout the time, called and asked about each of our flights. I was also able to get nice bonuses from the hotel. The same cannot be said about Ekaterina from the Minsk branch. Complete indifference, a feeling as if we are the only ones who need it. There are no questions about how they flew, what happened and whether they flew at all. Here are the vouchers for you and goodbye. We didn't fly through the tour agency a lot, maybe it's like that (although Vitaly from Gomel showed a completely different attitude), but the sediment, of course, remained, and we won't contact her for the 2nd time for sure.

And thanks to her, we turned to this travel agency again in mid-September 2024, only for the Italy-Switzerland bus tour. On Saturday, only Karina Nechaeva was at the office, who signed the contract, took an advance payment, answered all questions in the office, but then when communicating with her on Viber there were moments that she did not like: 1. When signing up for the tour, we were warned that one person would apply for a visa normally, and the second would have a VIP, we were assigned a time and when I came for a package of documents for a visa, Karina was not in place, although I told her that I would come that day, as a result, I had to wait for the documents Galina Semyonovich gave it to me, from whom I accidentally found out that I have the cost of Prime Time + Premium service, and the second person does not have a regular feed, but Prime time, but no one told us about it, only the date and time of submission was indicated on Viber. 2. When paying for the second part of the tour, I asked Karina to tell me the exact cost in advance in order to withdraw money from the card because they pay with interest through the card, Karina said well, but she did not calculate anything for 5 hours until I came to the office, as a result I had to withdraw an approximate amount At the time of arrival, she was not even busy with anything. 3. When I took the questionnaires, I did not check them on the spot, because Karina was not there, but her client came to Galina, and when I came home I found errors in the name of the organization where we work in two questionnaires (although we have different organizations) and the phone number was incorrectly indicated in one questionnaire, the questionnaires were filled out by Valeria Sakolina That's why I had to come back to redo it. 4. When I brought the checklists for the passport agency to pick up for us, Karina was not back at the workplace, although I told her what day I would come, I gave the documents to Galina, and Karina turned out to have gone on a business trip and did not say a word that she would not be there. 5. When I asked Karina ( 2 days before submitting documents to the VC) in which hotels we spend the night, because even the city where we spend the night is not specified in the program, the answer came from her only a day later, that 2-3 days before departure she would inform us, and naturally, she did not inform us before departure.There were other moments, but already so much has been written. P.S. she reads all the messages, the principle of Karina's work: if there is time to respond to a message, she answered, no, she did not answer, she forgot - it's okay, in short, she does not worry about anything, the main thing is that she signed a contract, with responsibility Things are bad here. I note that I applied to a travel agency not during the burning season, when there are a lot of customers, but when there is not much work. The average rating of the travel agency will be 4 points thanks to Alina and Galina, I do not advise you to contact Karina. The bus tour is designed so that after the sightseeing tour, which takes 1.5-2 hours, those who do not go to the additional.We have to spend 7 hours wandering around somewhere while others are on an additional tour.escourses for an additional fee.for a fee, and all hotels where they spend the night are located in provinces from 110 km to 500 km from the place of the excursion and as a result, all arrivals to the hotel from 11 am to 2 am, and not a single normal sleep per trip.
