It happened to me twice.The first time on the eve of the trip, no one called to confirm and in response to my call they simply confronted me with the fact that there was no flight, and it was 19-00 and it was the end of December, and the second time, my mother, an elderly man, stayed on the road, because the bus passed by, although they confirmed boarding at the Motel the day before. And when I asked over the phone how this happened, I was just rude in response. If the review could be written obscenely, it would be more semantically accurate.
We booked tickets for the Moscow-Donetsk flight two weeks before departure. The operator informed us that a day before departure we would receive a confirmation call, but such a call was not received. Therefore, we contacted the company ourselves and found out that the flight was postponed to another time and from another bus station.
Despite this unpleasant situation with the transfer of the flight, in general, the trip went well. We were able to enjoy our journey and spend time at the designated place. This situation has also taught us to be more attentive to notifications and check our email and mobile devices for updates.
We are pleased with this trip and are grateful to the company for the opportunity. We recommend it to other travelers and hope for even more pleasant adventures in the future.

The worst carriers in existence. 18.03 Donetsk-Moscow, bus 927. We drove for a total of 28 hours!!! Of which they stood broken for 4 hours, they went to buy a part for three hours, they didn't say a word what happened, how long at least approximately we would stand, they still repaired it for an hour. It's infernal heat in the cabin, the stove is broken. You can't do less, because "it's either that or nothing." Because of this, all the passengers felt bad all the way.
