It's a nightmare. I wanted to buy a product on Minipay. But only this bank gives a loan. I had to become a client of this bank. I arrived at the department, the employee took my passport, entered something into her computer and said that everything was OK. Today I'm trying to buy a product and the system gave me that my data is not valid. I call the bank and they ask for a code word. But I didn't fill out any paperwork. She didn't name the code word. As a result, I did not buy the product and why did I become a customer of the bank, if at the same time I cannot use the services of this bank. Now I have to go to the department again and sort it out. I spent half a day yesterday, and again I spent half a day on the trial. And the bank branches are far from my area of residence. I'm not happy, I also said it mildly. The operator says to wait three days, they say, the system will be updated and MAYBE everything will be fine. The first is why the bank did not allow me to fill out any papers if they now require the word, the SECOND is why the employee did not tell me that I need to wait three days to verify the data.
I think I don't want to be a customer of this bank and I don't advise others.
I love Alpha very much, they are polite and can tell you everything in detail. But it's a shame for the time spent: not for the first time in this department, but as a physical person or as a legal entity, there are HUGE queues. You'll be idle for at least an hour. To which I received a response from the bank that it was not so important, the card would still come to the address. As a result: the card did not arrive, I had to re-order. Thanks to the call center girl who edited the data. The staff of the department is definitely a minus.
Excellent service, excellent staff. I have never been dissatisfied with multiple requests. Quick and informative answers to all questions. I recommend both this branch and the bank.

The staff is polite, they really try to help, I saw emotional situations, and there the employee really tried very hard to sort everything out. Parking is nearby. The room itself is slightly cramped. I have been a client of this bank for more than 3 years, the application is cool, everything is convenient, which cannot be said about the bank branch and its device. One day I came to pay the bill according to the sheet from the place of demand in cash, I was one of the first to come to the branch in the morning, took a ticket to the ticket office from where they sent me to a specialist to fill out documents and told me to wait for my number in the queue. I waited for an hour and a half, there were 20 people after me, and as a result, the specialist told me that the bank does not make such payments and I heard the answer to all the questions, well, unfortunately. Absolutely wasted time, nerves and plus incompetence of employees. No one notified me at the checkout, anywhere. So there is also no clearly constructed queue system, I will definitely complain. In a similar branch only from Belarus bank, they immediately helped me without queues and made the payment in just 7 minutes. It's just an outrage.
I use the Alfabank card, everything is very convenient in the application, but if you need to solve the issue at the branch, then you can sit in the queue for 1-2 hours…
