Either change the schedule on the stand and in Yandex Maps or work!

This exchanger is always working on its own schedule. He's been here since 10:20! The lunches are weird and the working hours themselves are weird too! It feels like he is generally living his life , as you will not always come, then there are breaks, then it is closed for technical reasons !

Хороший обменник.
Иногда можно попасть на тех перерыв. Но рядом в том же здании есть кофикс, и там можно спокойно подождать.
Иногда дают совсем мелкие купюры.

Что тут сказать, нормальный обменник. Вход делит вместе с кафе или что там. Менял деньги и оставил документы, вернулся все на месте)). Не очень хорошо видно вывеску, первый раз прошел мимо
