1. Do not send payments from 16 to 17. They take off 6.99rubles just because the time is like that. If you send it after 17, it will be paid the next day. (1. Why not warn about this? 2. What kind of payments should not be sent after 16 the next day? Why not warn in the application that it will be written off???)
2. If you think about taking an alpha cash register, reread the reward points. They wrote such nonsense that you will pay for air. It will be cheaper to borrow from another bank.

Of which you talk to an employee for at most a minute and a half. The rest of the time is waiting for a connection or "wait for clarification". 2 the manager had a long conversation with me, and something seemed to start to take shape, but as a result, the manager told me that she would be absent to clarify the information and hung up a minute later. 3 the manager listened and said, oh, well, this is for you in the translation department and switched me to a phone that has no one on it (I listened to the beeps for 5 minutes and decided to call back again).
4 the manager put forward the theory that my transfer payment includes a commission from other purchases (aliexpress). When asked how Aliexpress was involved in this payment, the guy began to push about bank secrecy and about some financial papers, saying that the payment is considered completed only after receiving financial papers. From whom? I didn't figure it out myself. The guy also promised to clarify the information on the current issues and call back. The second day has gone by, but there is still no call.
I switched to alfabank only because it was possible to pay for orders abroad, and therefore I made all payments at this bank, but after this case I will definitely study the proposals of other banks, because this approach to work does not suit me. Tomorrow they can write off all my money, and the bank will say that this is a commission or they will come up with some other noodles.
