I have been using their services for a long time. I must note the high level of professionalism and courtesy of the staff.
There are two branches, one for legal entities, the second for working with individuals. There is a 24-hour information kiosk and an ATM where you can not only receive money but also deposit funds to a card.
The department was small, there were few employees, a huge queue, until I called the hotline and had a fight - nothing changed, and I managed to go to the clinic before I was served, then there was a complaint, they served without waiting in line, sad...
There are always some problems with the info kiosk!

The bank is modern and very attractive. But there is one big disadvantage, customers are very often deceived. I personally encountered it a couple of times and my friends also told me about the notoriety of this bank. I would strongly advise you against this institution.
