I understand that the amount is ridiculous, but the fact that, first of all, the bank is a joint. Secondly, they returned less than they withdrew. All desire to have accounts and be serviced here has disappeared.

В понедельник с утра ожидал большие очереди из желающих воспользоваться услугами банка, но, на удивление, не было даже необходимости ожидать.
Единственный минус — электронная стойка с выбором услуг и получением талона находится прямо в центре зала, между столами и креслами ожидания. Не сразу получилось ее заметить, было бы неплохо и намного удобнее для клиентов вывести эти стойки ближе ко входам в банк.
Сотрудники доброжелательные, вопрос по открытию новых карт как нерезиденту был решен менее чем за 30 минут. Сотрудник банка всё объяснял, не оставлял недоговорённостей, отлично выполнял свою работу.
Кресла в отделении — отдельная любовь. Обязательно попробуйте в них откинуться назад, очень удобные.

Была довольно большая очередь, но благодаря Мега удобным креслам и столам с зарядкой время пролетело быстро, и это невероятно приятно, нет этого томного настроения от ожидания в очереди
Конечно, из-за наличия кофейни в части где идёт обслуживание, довольно шумно и не хватает какой-то прозрачной стеклянной перегородки. Ибо в кофейню приходят все кто угодно, и дети, и подростки и кто угодно.
Обслуживала девушка, и вместо стандартного подхода на неудобном стуле , ты сидишь в очень крутом стуле и сотрудник банка так же, что создаёт довольно приятную атмосферу. Это большой плюс для банка

Очень неудобное отделение. Перед входом находится кофейня, немного теряешься куда идти. Аппарат для выдачи талонов находится не на входе, а посреди отделения за стойкой, куда подходят всегда люди, его просто невозможно увидеть. Сотрудники работают за такими же столиками, как просто ожидающие очереди люди. Если талон не в кассу, то сотрудники повторяют сами номер талона, если ожидаешь не прямо возле них, а возле кафе, то можно и не услышать. Обращалась в отделение во время обеда, даже не вечером и время ожидания начиналось от часа. Мне пришлось ждать чуть больше часа. Для отделения почти в центре города это слишком.

Лучшего обслуживания я не получал очень давно!!
В терминале взяли талон. Все четко, быстро и по делу без «слюней», как у других якобы плохо обслуженных клиентов

Две звезды, только за возможность проводить необходимые операции и месторасположение, сам офис с постоянными очередями, каждое посещение в течение последнего года - это 2-3 часа потерянного времени. Половина людей в электронной очереди не дожидаются и уходят, но даже это не влияет на скорость... Не помешал бы в ПО на киоске функционал, который будет показывать время ожидания перед выдачей талона, рассчитать среднее время обслуживания клиента, думаю не сложно...
Очень не удачно совмещены офис банка и кафе. Электронная очередь направляет клиентов на рабочие места специалистов банка, а распознать номера рабочих мест сложно, так как они не подписаны, персонал озвучивает номер своего рабочего места, дублируя бот электронной очереди, но зачастую их не слышно. Рабочие места оборудованы как столики в кафе, что затрудняет общение со специалистом, так как появляется много внешних раздрожителей (проходящие мимо по офису люди, голоса других клиентов), которые отвлекают и клиента и сотрудника банка. В офисе всего две кассы, но работает всего одна, а как результат - большое скопление клиентов, что в свою очередь создаёт дополнительные проблемы для специалистов и клиентов, работающих здесь же за столиками. Один из лучших банков, но организация работы этого отделения требует модернизации.
Я прихожу второй день в это "чудесное отделение" и ухожу оттуда ни с чем. "Работают" 2 девушки, ну как работаю, просто сидят в кресле качаются, Сидел мужчина,видимо иностранный гражданин, он не понимал как что сделать в банкинге, так вот сотрудница банка ни чем ему не могла помочь)))отвечала ему на отвали и качалась в кресле)))Очереди просто ужасные, сотрудники банка вообще не шевелиться, просто ужасно...
1 звезда только если за кондиционеры и возможность сидеть в бесконечной очереди, а не стоять.
«Специалисты» работают как сонные мухи.
Кажется, о сервисе здесь не слышали. На все вопросы - прекрасные ответы: «понимаете, все ждут», «у нас есть клиенты, которые уже 4 часа ждут»(эта фраза мне особенно понравилась), жаль, конечно, что отвечая игнорируют тот факт, что в час через 2(двух!) «специалистов» проходит 1-2 клиента. Сюдя по всему зарплату они получают за то, что красиво(на любителя) сидят в карсных креслах и томно ведут беседы. Время простых людей здесь не в цене.
Надеюсь больше никогда сюда не приду.
