This point indicates the need to improve navigation on the bank's website. An intuitive and convenient branch search system would greatly simplify the lives of customers.
After visiting the department itself, I noticed its modest size and, contrary to weekday expectations, a large number of visitors. Perhaps this is due to the popularity of the bank or the specifics of the area, but the fact remains that I had to spend time waiting.
As for the quality of the service, it did not make an impression of special friendliness. The staff performed their duties, but there was no genuine interest in helping customers. In general, my experience cannot be called unambiguously negative, but there are certain aspects that the bank should work on to improve the level of customer service.
I have no complaints about the branch or the bank 's staff , they do their job perfectly. The claim is only to the department that approves the loan, I have been officially working for more than a year with a good stable po of more than 1200, I just wanted to issue some kind of over for 2500 to insure myself, as a result, I refused, I had a clean credit history, I had never taken loans or installments in my life, there were no fines either, and the bank even he can 't name the reason for the refusal , because there isn 't one ) Belarusbank just laughed at the work of the department, which is considering approval or not . Strangely enough, Belarusbank gave us an overdraft card for the requested amount and said that we could do more. I wanted to be serviced at Alpha, but I guess I'll have to work at one of the leading banks.
The ATM does NOT WORK, Very often "temporarily does not work". And it is simply impossible to deposit or withdraw money from the card from 12.30 to 15.00 at this time, there is only one cash register (lunches) for 15 minutes per person at best!
Some inconveniences and advice: go across the street to another branch, so the ATM doesn't work there either.
