I have been a client of Alfa Bank for a long time. I always applied to the branch on Sovetskaya Street in Gomel. Excellent service, responsive and competent staff. They will always solve any issue. I don't understand negative comments - approach any specialist quickly and clearly.
Yes, sometimes there are a lot of people in the queue. But when we had to transfer a large amount of money to pay for a car, the specialists did it as quickly and seamlessly as possible. It took a maximum of 10 minutes to do everything about everything. Despite the fact that I had to open an account, install Internet banking, change the currency and make a payment.
Absolutely incompetent "specialists" are working. They don't know anything at all, neither how to pay for some service in the app, nor how to transfer money. I've already asked them about many basic questions, and they can't answer anything at all. They just run around and call out to someone else, saying maybe they know something.
My favorite, the best bank. A very convenient Banking application (insing) everything is thought out, everything works in one click. And I really like the constant updating of news, various promotions about partners, and many other things. Of all the banks that I used, this one is the most modern and good.
There are constant queues for specialists serving businesses. 3 people is not enough, expand the staff. I took a ticket - there are 2 people in front of me, but I've been sitting for half an hour. Do something about it already.

I will not recommend this bank and branch to anyone. They do the map for a week. They like not to talk about paid options, raise the price for them tenfold and write off funds until you accidentally notice it. Then they refer to the fact that the information was on the site. They cheat and do not want to provide recordings of negotiations with the operator, because they understand that they are wrong! They wrote off money for 20 rubles a whole year!
The only bank in the city where you can read data from an ID card to confirm an account in the ICI. In the window, I was told to go to the computer and do everything myself, because no one in the bank knows how to use it. Everyone looked away at my requests to help me, as if they didn't hear me and shifted responsibility in this matter from one department to another. I called a senior manager (or a manager, I don't know exactly the person by position, a girl without a badge), to which she told me to buy such a reader home, because everyone should have it, and here it is purely out of "charity". My problem has not been solved
The bank branch is spacious. The organization of the space is excellent! You can apply for any service from currency exchange to specialist service on any personal issue. They will tell you everything in an accessible way. If there is no queue, then the service is fast.
The staff are friendly to people, always friendly, explain everything, help with the mobile application. An excellent bank in general and an excellent branch.

It was necessary to verify the id card for the ISI system: "here is a computer, do it yourself, we do not have consultants on this issue." It doesn't scare me, there were instructions. According to the instructions, it gave errors: the card was read, the pin was entered, BUT the system gave an error. I had to call the toll-free number 141. Bottom line, I beg the bank, make a NORMAL instruction for people!
(FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE ALREADY IN THE SYSTEM, BUT REPLACED THE PASSPORT WITH A CARD)
1. Log in (on that computer) by SMS or password
2. On the left in the menu (already in your profile), select the id card (I don't remember literally, something about adding a biometric document)
3. Select count/add id card (it looks like a link in the window that opens)
4. Put the card to the reader (you can insert it, I had a lot of time spent on experiments), a field with the card code read and pin1 should appear. Enter the pin. Press the enter/ enter button.
5. A success window appears, close it and log out.
6*. Call 141 (for MTS, a1). And you ask if such data has been received. Ps. The room is paid, but I think it's worth making sure. Updates should happen in a day.
How people should get into the system using a new document that is not yet in the system is not clear to me, it contradicts any sound logic. Alfabank, review your instructions. They are not true!

The electronic queue is not clear, there are sooo few bank employees and they serve for a very long time, roughly speaking, they do work for 5 minutes for 15 minutes and you sit in a queue of 30 which is not clear how it goes. Banks, unlike others, are more conscientious, the currency can be changed much more profitably, the exchange rate is good. The staff is polite, loans are issued quickly. everything is OK.
The girl in the business department does not know her job, there is no clear answer to any of my questions and immediately calls "Irishka", the person in front of me could not find his card for 25 minutes, communicates rudely, rolls her eyes every other time
I did not like the bank for servicing, I have to sit in queues for a long time, the girls serve slowly, and the interest on deposits is not transferred on time, they are delayed for many days and not everything. I do not recommend the bank!
