It is beautiful and majestic both day and night. The rotunda with a monument to the poet opens a park with a large number of monuments of Uzbek writers and poets in the National Park.

The monument to the Uzbek poet and educator of the XV century Alisher Navoi is located on a hill in the heart of the largest National Park in Uzbekistan. Now the park is named after this outstanding statesman (although initially – at the time of its creation in 1937 - the park was named after the Lenin Komsomol, because Komsomol members worked at the national construction site). To the majestic sculptural composition, crowned with a blue tent above the rotunda, visitors to the park willingly climb the numerous steps to take a photo at the foot as a keepsake. And to read the most relevant saying of the most famous poet, who wrote in the Chagatai language under the pseudonym Navoi (melodious). A quote is written in four languages – Uzbek, Russian, Arabic and English – on a golden rim under the dome: "Understand, people of the whole earth: enmity is a bad thing. Live in friendship with each other – there is no better fate"
