This is an apartment hotel, we lived on the 29th floor, the view of the sea and the entertainment area with singing fountains is impressive. The apartments themselves are clean, bright, with a modern design, with a balcony, air conditioning, there is a kitchen area with an electric stove, an electric kettle, a microwave, beautiful dishes. We booked through the "Island". The manager is always in touch, advised a bunch of cafes and restaurants, visited everything - all aerobatics! The beach itself is to cross the road. It is close to the airport and the railway station, by taxi - 10 lari and 20 minutes on the way. The area is still being built up with modern skyscrapers, and the Alliance Palace itself looks futuristic. If you don't like the noise of the city, you don't need to come here.
Complete delight! Friendly, courteous staff, special thanks to Vitaly, helped in organizing excursions, called a taxi. The hotel is located next to the sea, the view from the window is gorgeous, just walk 300 m and you are on the embankment. There is a bus stop near the hotel, a taxi to the center is inexpensive (150-200 rubles), you can call a taxi via Yandex, drive 15 minutes. The room has all the amenities. A new, clean room with a balcony, snow-white linen, a large bed. The room, like the apartment, has everything: an electric stove, refrigerator, hair dryer, dishes, ironing board, TV, wardrobe. The room is tastefully furnished! The shower cabin, terry towels were updated every day, slippers, bathrobes, shampoo! Everything for a comfortable stay!
A great hotel with beautiful views of the sea and the city. The beach is 200 meters away. Nearby there are delicious restaurants, a multi-kilometer equipped embankment, a lake with a musical fountain and malls.
Fresh linen, cleanliness, friendly staff, quiet at night, high-speed elevators, all amenities in the room.
Of the advantages: location, spacious rooms, there are all the necessary utensils, a view from the window, that's probably all.
Of the minuses: the most unfriendly staff! Room cleaning is based on the principle of "I see it that way", i.e. on some day the table is not cleaned, in some bathroom, in general, I did not have time to grasp the logic in a week. The persistent smell of sewage in the lobby, I hope it was just my bad luck and there were problems with plumbing. An understandable, but mega inconvenient system with an elevator, you can use your card to choose only your floor, in order to go to visit, you need to directly catch each other at the door and ask to call an elevator so that you can jump into it))) the back stairs are closed in principle, and I like to walk. Well, a super boring breakfast, I won't say that it's bad, but it can't be called good either, I wouldn't stop there a second time
She lived in an apartment. These are two large rooms with a kitchen, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, the equipment is complete. The cleaning is excellent, the location is great: the embankment, shops, cafes. Ali and Nino are a 15-minute walk away.
Very cozy apartment, clean, has everything you need for a stay, almost on the shore, the view from the balcony is amazing, close to shops, food outlets,a promenade for walking.
Pros - location, rooms with kitchen are good, breakfast for 4*, not bad, sea view.
Cons - stolen breakfast cards 🫤there is no cleaning on the 13th floor, we live for 5 days, we have never washed the floors, the bathroom, even when asked at the reception, the bed is made every other time, the water is also put every other time.... We are waiting for the elevator for about 5 minutes.
In my opinion, if we pay for a hotel, and not just an apartment, the service should be...
A great beautiful hotel, located in the tourist center of Batumi, next to the embankment. The service is at a high level, the staff is polite, they speak Russian and English. We booked 1+1 apartments for one day, but then decided to stay for another day. The employee made a discount when booking directly at the reception, it was nice that they went to the meeting and left the same room. There is a restaurant downstairs, the prices are above average. Among the disadvantages, a small parking lot for such a large hotel and a lack of places, I had to find a place in the area with difficulty.
Overall, we liked this hotel, we recommend it.
There are no words that can describe our stay here. let's start with room cleaning, which was 4 TIMES during the three weeks of our stay, but should be every day. And then every time I had to yell at the maids and go down to the reception so that we could at least change the towels. The next point is the wild Russophobia from the employees of this hotel. Just hate in every word and look. Starting with the fact that everyone understands Russian perfectly, but they ask to speak English. No problem, I can also express my opinion in English, which I did. Room cards are the most pressing topic. Entering the elevator, which you wait for 10-30 minutes, you take out the card and press your floor, but what a surprise when you waited for the elevator for 20 minutes, and your card does NOT OPEN the room. And you wait for the elevator for 20 minutes to go down, stand in line at the reception for 30 minutes and wait for the elevator again for 20!!!! The manager of the hotel in general does not want to do anything, and when I once again demanded to call him, I was beautifully sent) this institution pulls 2 stars. It's a hassle every day. And every day a spoiled mood.
Cockroaches also climb out of the air conditioning cracks. Right on your head and the bed.
I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS SHIT TO ANYONE.
The room is new, quite comfortable and well-appointed. The view from the window (from the loggia) is amazing. But the main advantage is cheapness! We ordered and paid for the room through the Ostrov service.
I take off one star for the fact that not all reception staff are familiar with the concept of hospitality.
George is sharply different from the general background. He solves any request or task at the same time. The ability to communicate with clients at the highest level.
I think George can be a mentor, an example to other reception staff.
In general, the atmosphere at Alliance is conducive to returning there and being a regular guest
A normal hotel. It is convenient to go to the beach. There is a Turkish cafe nearby, on the street, if you find it, you are lucky. It's very tasty and satisfying there.
The height inspires respect. The interior is not bad. There are often traffic jams at the elevators. Guests from different countries: India, Iran, Israel, etc. Very expensive parking - 40 GEL per day. At night, you can park the car across the street to the left. It's much cheaper there.
A great hotel with wonderful views of Batumi, the sea and singing fountains. Good sound insulation, spacious rooms with balconies, pleasant staff. All the sights of Batumi are within walking distance along the beautiful and shady embankment. There are many shops and restaurants nearby with a good assortment and good prices. The only drawback is a very small parking lot, you can park the car only if you are very lucky.
We booked at the booking office, canceled the reservation so that the owner of the apartments would not pay a commission to the booking.
Gorgeous view from the balcony, everything is there: washing machine, hair dryer, iron, stove, dishes…
Rarely, but there may be a queue for the elevator.
There is a delicious cafe Ardagan nearby. The prices are low, the portions are large, unlike the restaurant in this hotel.
A nice complex with a hotel and apartments. There are very crumbs, there are a little more. A lot of Russians, a beautiful lobby, a lot of elevators. The location is the best.
The hotel has a decent view, but the service is lame. It seems as if they are giving rooms further away in order to move you closer with a view of the sea for money.
We looked through 6 rooms, and only two did not smell of sewage.
The rooms are cleaned perfectly, there are dishes and even a frying pan in the room. The breakfast is decent!
Everything is great. As expected. What to comment on, you need to see it, you need to settle there, feel the location, the service. Good luck to this company
The hotel is the business card of Batumi. His appearance is recognizable. The room stock is still 4+ cheap gels and old, not very pleasantly smelling soap. Room cleaning every other day. I lived in a two-room room on the 30th floor, clean, good furniture, kitchen utensils. But somehow there is little comfort, no feeling of home and warmth. The reception staff is great. All issues were resolved quickly and with understanding. The Georgian cuisine restaurant is delicious and the portions are quite large. The waiters work well, and give good recommendations on the menu.
Over the past 2 years, the service has been falling rapidly. Staff turnover is obvious. The worst shots are coming. High service means the competence of employees, emotional interaction with guests, flexibility and adaptability. First of all, it is important for the reception staff. And all the services that interact with the guests. I have a question for the permonal service: Do you see who you are hiring? Where is your competence. Increasingly, I see the active participation of the chief engineer (Mamuka) in the processes of the reception and not only. This is the only competent employee and those employees who have left. Very sorry...
I booked on airbnb. Due to the disadvantages, a day of stay was added.
Among the advantages: excellent service at the reception, cleanliness, accessibility of the building, pleasant views. The noise is better than in orbit. I didn't feel an earthquake of 4 points.
Of the cons: The room was very dirty, the cleaning was redone right on the day of arrival. The refrigerator is running. The dishes were not completely clean. There was not enough chair for work, there were only wicker ones on the balcony and they were broken, there was no full-length mirror. There was no dryer (in the cold period, this makes it difficult to dry clothes). They didn't put the basic things: paper, gels, shampoos. The Internet was not paid for. During the stay, the Internet lagged a couple of times.
I advise you to check everything clearly before checking in.
Our hotel is beautifully written on the Internet, but in real life you have to pay for everything the pool is separate, the kitchen is separate, but only the room is everything that is there. You change the linen yourself, wash only the bathrobes and shampoos are brought and everything is not delivered to the room. We just looked on the Internet everything was written that includes both a buffet and a swimming pool and in the end you pay separately for everything the room cost 13 thousand a day on the 32nd floor the hotel is located on the seashore nearby there is a wonderful restaurant zazendali ka there is delicious and huge portions a cable car nearby a dolphinarium you need to sign up in advance the statue of Ali and Nino is a wonderful sight 10 min is everywhere nearby of course but expensive
Good apartments, but without a garbage chute, as in normal skyscrapers. Garbage needs to be taken out on a shared elevator, walk with it through a beautiful hall with a bunch of people, then along a busy street, etc. :D
Excellent hotel with stunning sea views, very budget in February, everything is in the room, washing machine, induction hob, roomy refrigerator, convenient
Cons: There are crowds of people around the hotel, construction, dirt, noise. Parking is almost impossible to find.
In the rooms, a weak trickle of water flows from the faucet and shower in the bathroom, there is almost no pressure. When asked to fix the problem, they sent the chief engineer, who could not fix anything. The request to move to another room was refused, because "You are only here for one night."
Positive: modern interior, balcony, dishes, washing machine, ironing board.

The most disgusting hotel I've ever lived in. We booked a room through the hotel's website, everything is OK, the high floor has a sea view. There were problems with breakfast (if you book not through the website, but on the booking you will get a cheaper room and breakfast is still included), but this is our problem that we did not book there and overpaid, although at the time of booking, we did not find the option "breakfast included" on the hotel's website. Oh well. Cleaning was done every day, but very conditional, sometimes they didn't even change the towels, to change the bed you need to CATCH a cleaner. No one will do anything just like that. The floors were washed only if we were in the room at that moment, the first week we walked in the evenings, so the floor was very dirty. As for the room itself, it stinks of sewage. The bathroom smells like a public toilet after using the washing machine, many still complained about the weak water pressure in the shower, but these are small things. The washing machine ruined ALL the white things. Although the mode was set to hand wash, the new linen shorts were torn 👍🏽 They asked 3 times to bring a dryer to the room and heard only: "Yes, yes, of course, we will bring it today." Spoiler: nobody brought us a dryer). One day we went to the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel for dinner. They struck 2 teas for us - they didn't bring ANY) The receipt is in Georgian, of course. The waitress brought the wrong dish and proved to us that we told her what we didn't tell her, and that's not all! Upon check-out, we came up the day before to clarify whether we could leave an hour later, to which they told us at the reception: "Yes, of course! You can pay no extra, everything is OK." On the day of the eviction, we went to clarify, other people were already sitting at the reception and sent us to three letters) They said leave as expected or pay. Obviously, the impressions of the hotel are questionable, I do not recommend it. The staff is disorganized, there is essentially no cleaning, there is no pool and spa, stated in the description of the hotel, TOO, it turns out 🤗 And yes, before I went to the hotel, I wrote a few days on the hotel's whatsapp, to clarify about the transfer and other questions, of course no one answered, and when I came to the reception to clarify what I was interested in, the staff said that it was necessary to write to whatsapp. I showed them what I wrote.… And they answered me: "WELL, I SHOULD HAVE CALLED" 😭 Of course, they spoiled the mood on vacation with their "service"
A good hotel. Delicious breakfasts. Small rooms. The elevators are very slow, there are often traffic jams of people. It's too bad that the air conditioner doesn't work while you're away.
A gorgeous place, an apartment with a view of the sea and the alley of heroes, this is certainly something! The building has 39 floors, but the number of high-speed elevators, and there are five of them, cope one hundred percent.
Already at the reception, it is necessary (alas) to look for a person who speaks Russian. They let animals into the hotel, and they bark. Very GOOD breakfasts. Clean rooms and a WIDE balcony
He lived in a view apartment on the 36th floor. The only drawback is that sometimes you have to wait a long time for the elevator. Otherwise, everything is fine
I really liked it, we rented an apartment on the 28th floor, overlooking the sea, there are a lot of elevators, they drive fast, we were in August, there were no problems, there were dancing fountains, cafes and restaurants nearby, there are the same large buildings with colors, we really liked it
By 4 points out of 5 due to the long service at the reception. Well, upon arrival in our room there was just a stink in the bathroom. They helped us at the reception and moved us to another room, which of course had a worse view, but there were no toilet smells. In general, the building is modern, normal rooms with a kitchen. And balconies are everywhere.
Among the advantages: the room has a kitchen, a beautiful view balcony.
Of the cons: the room smells unpleasant of sewage, very big problems with the water in the shower, low pressure and the water is not hot.
For the first time I encountered Russophobia, being with an Asian appearance! And what if I don't know English and Georgian? Russian Russian I did not know how to explain my problem and began to speak in sign language and in Russian, as it is more convenient for me, then a miracle happened, suddenly the guy who initially told me "but rashen" began to answer me in Russian. It was very unpleasant. My Russian is as foreign as English or French, why is there such a staff in the field of tourism and recreation?
Fresh renovation.
Good room facilities (including a washing machine and coffee machine)
Gorgeous views from the windows.
You will have to go down to the reception for your guests because the elevator does not work without a card.
I do not recommend rooms located close to the elevator shaft, the night silence will be disturbed by noise.
Hello, my name is Timofey. The rooms are nice and the view is good too. The cleanliness is good, but the service is terrible. The silence is good, but the hotel is still 4 stars.
