Great arena, everything is clean and modern. We were at a concert — the sound is great!It's a cool place, but parking is hard to find. It is better to arrive in advance.
We go here for hockey — it's convenient, the visibility is good from any place.The acoustics are great, the organization of events at altitude. I recommend.

A good complex, a lot of different entertainment activities for all ages.We went to the Basta concert, since the building is quite large, we had to contact the staff and volunteers of the events, explained and conducted where everything was with politeness and understanding, which could not but please, despite the huge number of visitors with many more than one-time appeals to them.Both the building and the complex are very clean, which is good news.The audience was restrained, everyone followed their order and did not cause discomfort for everyone.There are fast food cafes and waiting areas before events.The prices are too high, just like in any other entertainment place, this is the only disadvantage so far!

We were at the concert Hands up! We came specially from St. Petersburg. I liked that there are different entrances for different stands, it's very convenient. We had a fan sector, it took 5 minutes, a lot of volunteers who direct the flow of people! It's also convenient after the concert, everyone went their separate ways. A security cordon has been set up! I'm thrilled with the concert!!!

Also, during concerts, catering points are not thought out, as the rules are weekdays, everyone goes after work, hungry, and there is one disabled hot dog spot where employees feel like they are working the first day and the waiting time for 1 order is at least an hour.

Those who want to learn how to ride a motorcycle are taught there. On the second floor there is a huge fitness room, for a small subscription fee, with beautiful, huge panoramic windows. You can train on the simulator and, for example, enjoy a beautiful sunset.

A good stadium, courteous staff and volunteers. Large-scale events - I was at the Scorpions concert - are held at 5+. Cafes and merch sellers are not greedy.
I'm taking off one star for the lack of an evacuation plan. That is, after the completion of a large-scale event, you just need to stand in the crowd and walk in any direction for a kilometer or two or three, until you can call a taxi (at the stadium itself, this is physically prohibited by the traffic police, and a traffic jam forms everywhere around)

It is very difficult to get there in the evening, because buses rarely run anymore, and the arena itself is far from the center.
There are many residential buildings nearby. It was difficult to find any coffee shop or even a grocery store along the way to take a break before/after the concert.
Inside the arena there is clear navigation, you will not get lost. It feels like it was either built recently or actively maintained in decent condition.
