A good sanatorium. I had a rest there in May of this year. The food is delicious. The treatment is varied. The staff is very polite. The territory is large, the mountains are visible, a lot of greenery and flowers, I walked with pleasure. My room was standard. There are two pools, outdoor and indoor.
The procedures are carried out daily, without a break for the weekend.
Disadvantages: paid procedures are expensive, there was no safe in the room, there were few hangers in the closet. They all asked for it, then they brought it. The benches on the territory were unpainted, old, and their clothes were dirty.

Very competent specialists and doctors. I recommend it for rest and treatment. I flew here from Novosibirsk.
I was on vacation about 15 years ago on a voucher from the organization.
The food is excellent, according to the order of the menu.
Swimming pool, sauna, hammam, cinema, library, walk in the park inside the sanatorium, fresh mountain air.
And yes, I am hypertensive. High blood pressure for the last year (on daily medications)
And I'm only 44 years old.
But I don't take them for the second day, I don't know why the pressure is normal, even slightly lowered.
I recommend it to hypertensive and cardiac patients.

The sanatorium is located 9 km from the center of Alma-Ata, it seems to be in the city, but quiet, cool in hot weather. Nearby: The Park of the first president, the Botanical Garden and the Almaty Central Stadium. The territory of the sanatorium is large, a natural oasis, clean pine air. The rooms are comfortable. One of the wonderful places for a family holiday in Almaty! Both in winter and in summer. In summer there is a swimming pool, tennis courts, walks in a large park area. When staying in the sanatorium, 5 meals a day, healthy and tasty.

Very good complex, staff, food, everything is very good. A special chic walk through the terrencures, It's getting dark fast now, it would be possible to have more lanterns and benches!!! Everything is clean, after repair, but the feeling of a Soviet sanatorium remained with our whole group. The staff is responsive, but not very nimble. We had a great rest. After the hustle and bustle of the city, it's so quiet that it starts to buzz in the head. I highly recommend it. The staff is friendly and courteous. The food is delicious, Karaoke, swimming pool, cinema, billiards, terrancourt.

An excellent sanatorium with a medical building, open all year round. A large territory, regardless of the season, always pleasant walks, there is also a gym with a swimming pool, a tennis court. Meals are served 5 times a day. Cleaning the rooms daily, replacing the pastel accessories every other day is important. There is a library, cinema, karaoke. The medical building has all kinds of services from baths to plastic surgery.

The best pool in the upper part of the city, surrounded by pine trees, even squirrels sometimes run, we have been going there for 10-12 years, the water is clean, very pleasant staff, there are Finnish saunas, if suddenly the children overbought and freeze, you can warm up yourself too, the water is checked periodically I see a woman in a bathrobe who takes water samples, since there is a sanatorium on the territory, I think they monitor this carefully, in summer there is a kitchen and a good bar with adequate prices and good cuisine, it is very sincere and good there!👍

Nice cozy, comfortable rooms. Daily cleaning service. The staff is very friendly and courteous. A variety of procedures. Nice pool. The water temperature is comfortable. There are saunas for those who like to steam. The food is varied, to choose from, based on the recommendations of doctors (but not like in a restaurant, of course). A huge territory, firs, pines, squirrels. The scent of pine needles. There are several routes for outdoor walks.

Впервые приехали отдыхать в данный санаторий. Очень внушительно понравилась локация и природа, очень много зелени, большая территория, огромное количество белок, которых можно покормить прямо из рук.
Огромные корпусы, за день спокойно можно "нашагать" 8000 шагов, пройдясь от номера до ресторана внутри санатория (завтрак, кумыс, обед, полдник, ужин). Два бассейна, один на воздухе, другой крытый. Не понравилось, что сауна мужская и женская раздельно.
До отдыха в этом санатории, мы отдыхали в Бурабайском филиале санатория Окжетпес. И нам есть с чем сравнивать. В плане сервиса Алматинский филиал намного уступает Бурабайскому. От питания и обслуживания в ресторанах и в номерах, в Бурабае было на высоте. В Бурабае вода каждый день была на столах и на каждом шагу.
В номерах каждый день освежали полотенца, и выставляли туалетную бумагу и моющие средства.
Персонал будь то в медицинском корпусе или в отеле, в Бурабае более приветлив и любезен.
Но в плане санаторно-курортного лечения Алматинский филиал порадовал удобством посещения процедур по времени до 19.00 и без выходных.
Поэтому моя оценка для Окжетпес Алматы Резортс это "4".

Well, first of all, before booking a room, I asked if there were radon baths here. I was answered in the affirmative. Upon arrival, I find out that they were not and are not. They promised to find out nearby places where you can take radon for payment, but they did not find out. Like many others, I don't understand why you draw 5 stars for yourself. There is no tea, no appliances, no water in the rooms. There is not even a water cooler on the ground floor, you have to run on the second floor. There is no foot towel in the bathroom. I asked for a toothbrush, they said they wouldn't give it out. Fortunately, the bathrobe was brought after an hour after the call. Is it exactly 5 stars?
Koumiss is given only from 11 to 11.30. I have a massage at 11.00, so I have to run from one block to another block every day to have time to drink the paid koumiss. Once I came to dinner 5 minutes before closing, they said they would not feed me dinner until 19.30. And the fact that it's 19.25 now doesn't bother anyone. The waiters are generally rude on the same shift, they respond as if I owe them money. The second shift is good. Below I saw a review about the dry ration on the day of the tour, as all international sanatoriums do. There is no such practice here. They promised that dinner would be waiting for us after the tour. I arrived at 22.00 after the tour and they tell me dinner is waiting only until 20.00. Well, why cheat? I would have eaten quietly in the city, and would not have gone to bed hungry.
In general, I do not understand why 5 stars is a maximum of 3. I have lived for 2 weeks, and so much negative customer experience. And just a minute, I spent 1.5 million tenge! All the employees themselves say that our service is poor. Next time, choose a sanatorium near Koktebe.
Now about the good things. The senior manager at the reception is very caring, friendly, always smiling, will tell you, tell you. All the medical staff is great, everyone does their job at the highest level.

We stayed for 10 days in this sanatorium with children. The sanatorium positions itself as 5 stars, but there are points that are questioned. Shelves are broken in the closet in the room, there are no disposable accessories (cap, toothbrush..) only gel and shampoo with soap, few hangers (2 pcs per family is not enough) There is no kettle or iron in the room, although it would be very useful, especially in cool rainy weather. There is a balcony and a place of comfort where you can enjoy the view from the window, but the hanging wire on the entire balcony spoils the beauty of the mountains. Cleaning was not done regularly, not thoroughly (especially the bathroom). The territory is well maintained, green, the paths are great for walking at any time, there are a lot of squirrels and birds. The fitness room also does not pull in 5 stars, the simulators are worn out, some are not working properly. The cardio zone is better represented.
In terms of medical services, everything is fine, the doctors and medical staff are competent, attentive, and very pleasant. They will listen, study the tests, and select an individual rehabilitation and treatment plan. That's what we needed. The goal was rehabilitation after pneumonia in a child. We coped with the task 100%. There is a wide range of additional paid services, there is a large staff of massage therapists and a beauty salon on site. Meals are organized on a 4-time basis. It is held in several restaurants in the sanatorium building, the order is on the menu. We are not picky in food, for 10 days we ate porridges, soups, hot dishes, everything that was offered. But there were two unpleasant moments when long hair was found in the salad and in the hot one, which spoiled the appetite. And broken dishes (kettles) also do not add points.
In total, the treatment is 5 stars, and the sanatorium itself is more like a solid 3 stars.

Прилетели из Астаны на 10 дней Санаторий расположен на живописном месте.Вокруг чистый воздух , деревья огромные.Белки вокруг бегают.Обслуживание на 5+.Персонал очень вежливый .Процедуры тоже на высоком уровне.Едим в ресторане " Жібек жолы".Кормят 4-раза в день.Плюс фрукты ,кумыс.Мне и супруге очень нравится.Дети в восторге.Каждый день бассейн ,сауна.Везде очень чисто.Короче мы очень благодарны.Огромный АЛҒЫС всем тем , кто здесь работают!

The territory is gorgeous, the building and the interior are excellent. But I didn't like it: the food system, i.e. there is no restaurant with meals on order, there is no way to order food in the room, there is no official alcohol sale on site, i.e. you can't come to the lobby or bar and drink a glass of wine. And the food in the restaurant is not tasty and not enough. We came for 3 days.

Пребывали с мужем. Обслуживание на 0. Персонал 50/50. Даже не знают элементарныз вещей. Территория супер, погулять можно многт где, только это понравилось. Еда 50/50, бывало вкусно, бывало нет, дают меню выбрать питание на следующий день, приходишь несут тебе другое, отвечая, что того нет, тогда зачем спрашивается мы пишем, что хотим поесть и выбираем из предложенного ими же. Так же в столовой, всегда нужно ждать чистые стаканы. Номера старые, много что сломанное. Даже шампуни не давали, якобы их нет, то халатов нет. Всегда что-то. Врачи каалифицированные, но относятся конечно не должным образом, раз у тебя нет болезней и ты приехала просто отдыхать, платишь в сутки такие деньги, а тебе входит только еда и сон в номере. Сначала улыбаются при заезде, а потом совсем равнодушно относятся к постояльцем. Не соответсвует своей цене.

Санаторный бассейн для очень спокойного отдыха без чудес и прекрас. Обслуживание в кафе на 3-, но к бассейну они как бы не относятся, но на звездах я все таки отразил, ведь, если кого-то пускаешь в свой сад, то будь любезен, сохрани достойный уровень. Могут потерять блюдо или отдать не тем, если сами не заберёте. Цены на пиво завышены не по месту. Ресепшен приветлив. Вода чистая и с комфортной температурой. Лежаков больше, чем шкафчиков для переодевания. Мужской туалет очень вонючий против уличной свежести. Душ тоже оставляет желать лучшего. А вот волейбольная площадка и спорт инвентарь - хороши, но одного теннисного стола маловато. Цена за вход завышена для всех категорий граждан. Для детей нет ни одной горки или мелкого бассейна. Но, отдохнуть в свежести сосен на лежаке реально. Также небольшой плюс, полотенца входят в стоимость без ограничения количества. Ну и расположение удобное -близко от городской суеты, и при этом весьма тихо и свежо!

Отдыхаю в санатории с 2011года всё нравится и еда,и номера чистые,территория большая,бассейн чистый и тёплый с подогревом полов,очень важно когда отдыхаешь с детьми.
Персонал кстати хотела сказать,молодцы что поддерживаете давно работающий персонал,приезжаешь сюда и сразу как к родным относишься.
Отдельное спасибо хочу сказать Руслану который встречает с широкой улыбкой на ресепшене,всё четко грамотно объясняет и сопровождает и консультирует весь отдых, и спасибо сотруднику Кенже что в ресторане Жибек жолы,очень внимательный всё объясняет и сопровождает весь отдых👌

Санаторий на 5 звёзд, все понравилось. В номере чисто и уютно. Питание на выбор - рыба, курица, мясо. Персонал вежливый. Большая территория, где можно погулять, подышать свежим воздухом!

Отдыхали на Новый год, приобретя ногодоний пакет, который вкл проживание, питание, новогодний ужин. Все понравилось. Кормят вкусно. В бассейне теплая чистая вода. Но по ощущениям в бассейне нужен ремонт, кажется давно его делали. Номера уютные, теплые. Спасибо кассиру на ресепшен- очень милая приятная женщина. Руслан на ресепшене любопытный …

Отличный персонал обслуживания, еда соответствует меню, организация на уровне, требуется улучшить просмотра фильмов кинозала более современными показами, или сделать выбор отдыхающих, приём медперсонала в центре очень качественный и улучшенный, отличный бассейн и парная ! Не рекомендую место ни для отдыха ни для проведения мероприятий. Понятия международного и национального гостеприимства отсутствует совсем. Много персонала, здороваются только уборщицы. В столовой ( рестораном это назвать нельзя) встречают с грозным вопросом какой у Вас номер стола, который на 3 утро был снова другим, подача блюд только после уговоров. На 3 утро были вынуждены пройти в зону готовки с вопросом подачи блюд. Все разложено, 10 человек смотрят и стоят. Ушли так и не позавтракав. Разговор с менеджером, администраторам абсолютно непродуктивный. Нет понятия решить вопрос с гостем, не говоря об извининениях. У них кто-то должен быть виноват, понятно, что это ты. Книги жалоб нет. То есть попытка решить вопрос, не вынося сор из избы бесполезна. Категорически не рекомендую это место ни для отдыха, ни для проведения мероприятий. Надо как то дожить ещё 2 суток.

Здравствуйте! Была у Вас с 8 сентября по 11 сентября, чисто и уютно!!! Но было очень жарко, система вентиляции была отключена., на окнах нет сеток. Кухня молодцы- все вкусно!!! К администраторам тоже есть претензии
