Everything is fine, and everyone is doing well, they are trying, it is very pleasant that there is goodwill in the team, there was not enough entertainment, maybe net balls, and they also really wanted to ride a chairlift in the summer to see the beauty of nature, but it does not work. Trout fishing is great, we caught 7 pieces in half an hour, but the staff on the shore lacks cohesion. As it is, everything is fine 👍

It totally sucks. I rarely write long reviews. But I would like to share about the Altai Alps. We arrived 1100 km from Nur Sultan. The service is below the baseboard. We had a rest with my wife from 03/15/2021 to 03/18/2021. You carry your luggage 300 meters from the parking lot to the room. Although someone was delivered by snowmobile. We checked into suite 706. The TV is not working. We contacted the administrator. He fed me with promises for two days. Then he said if you want to get your money back for the rest of the day and leave. Apparently, there are a lot of people who want to join the pandemic. They refused to leave. We barely got into the bathhouse on the last day. Everything is scheduled as there is no more entertainment. They asked to bring sheets, towels and tea with honey to the bathhouse. All this was worn three times because they themselves were confused in the order of three positions. For each arrival, 1000 tenge was charged for delivery. I've never seen this anywhere. The most amazing ski hotel in which I have ever rested. The room has never been cleaned in three days. Bad wi-fi. The cheapest room is 44000tg.

The nature is beautiful. We were in the summer. No one on weekdays. Usually there are people on weekends. We rented a junior suite. I didn't like it very much, the sofa is old and greasy, the old palace. There is a shower and a toilet. They feed you 2 times a day, you pay for the third meal yourself. The food will go for 4, but it's expensive. There is nothing from entertainment except trout fishing on weekdays . I liked the fishing, the fish is paid.

A good ski resort. There are many slopes and cable cars. There is a rental of equipment. It is better to take rooms for living in houses. I really liked the All-Inclusive system. I haven't seen this anywhere else!

I ordered a room remotely. Junior Suite.
What does "semi" mean?
The bed, as stated, is large.
And the sheets and duvet cover are small and synthetic.
There is a TV.
There is even a router, but it does not work.
The rooms are not cleaned.
Towels are not changed.
Walking with equipment from the barrier to the hotel is 300 meters...
From a good one.
There are few people, the trails are good.
The food is delicious and inexpensive.
It's a paradise for locals.
We drove, ate and left.
Not so much for vacationers from other regions.

The lifts are very old. They break down all the time. You need to cover a decent distance between the slopes (lifts) on foot with equipment. There is no food. The menu is very poor. There is no children's menu. The housing stock is barely breathing. The bed linen is the cheapest and oldest. The towels are smelly.
There is a lot of snow. For freeride 👍

This place is still far from five stars. There are few trails. Equipment for hire is often given damaged. The cafe located there was not impressed by either the service or the menu. And also, most importantly, the maps for the lifts are white. If it falls out of your hands, you won't find it anymore. In general, you can and should rest there.

We were traveling from Almaty, for a change. The tracks are short, the upper KCD does not work in the wind, and apparently this happens often. On weekdays, only 2 cable cars work at all. The food is delicious, but the portions are small and can be served two or three days ago (we were served black, not tasty mantas). The rooms are nice, the snow is gorgeous. The weather may not be good: frost, fog or wind.

The service is lame, the employees are not interested in the customer returning. There were also some problems with food, for which I would have taken another half a glass.
On the other hand, there are few people, a lot of snow and it is soft, not like in Almaty or Karakol. In general, I liked the 3-day vacation, I wish the resort development and greater customer orientation.
