A good ski resort. There are many slopes and cable cars. There is a rental of equipment. It is better to take rooms for living in houses. I really liked the All-Inclusive system. I haven't seen this anywhere else!

We were traveling from Almaty, for a change. The tracks are short, the upper KCD does not work in the wind, and apparently this happens often. On weekdays, only 2 cable cars work at all. The food is delicious, but the portions are small and can be served two or three days ago (we were served black, not tasty mantas). The rooms are nice, the snow is gorgeous. The weather may not be good: frost, fog or wind.

I was very surprised, the service is at the highest level (they treat visitors with understanding) We ourselves came there from the city of Semey, we were there for the first time and only pleasant memories remained!!! We will visit the Alps more than once, I advise everyone!

The service is lame, the employees are not interested in the customer returning. There were also some problems with food, for which I would have taken another half a glass.
On the other hand, there are few people, a lot of snow and it is soft, not like in Almaty or Karakol. In general, I liked the 3-day vacation, I wish the resort development and greater customer orientation.
