They gave recommendations on the engine, shared good advice. In general, I liked their attitude towards customers, they are polite, they explain it in an accessible way.
Separately, I want to note that the managers responsible for pre-registration to the specialists are very honest guys, strictly follow the order without missing the "thieves" and "coolies". While they were sitting in the waiting room, they unwittingly witnessed such a case, as a cool one arrived at the point, and immediately wanted to be served, but the guys steadfastly defended the order, did not even succumb to the call "from above".
